The recall involves the Silk Kimono Top, sold as catalog/Web site item number 194-860. This is a two-piece garment with a kimono outer shell and an orange inner camisole. The outer shell's sewn in label states the following: "Single, 100% Silk, RN 80763, Made In USA, Dry Clean Only." A separate label shows the item number 194-860. The Silk Kimono Tops were sold in paisley print pattern with metallic threads.
The charms are small silver-colored metal shapes that include flowers, bugs, pumpkins, and picture frames. "Art Accentz," "Changlz," "Provo Craft," and "For ages 3 and over" are printed on the charm's packaging. The charms were sold as decorations for craft projects such as scrapbooks, home décor and jewelry making.
The recalled "Chicken Limbo" is a plastic electronic game consisting of two red vertical poles set in yellow bases and an orange horizontal bar with a plastic white chicken at the center of the bar. The game is intended for children age 4 and up.
The recalled batteries were sold with the SoundStation2W wireless conference phones, and separately as replacement batteries. The SoundStation2W Part Number is printed on the underside of the telephone. The recalled battery Part Numbers can be found on the bottom right hand corner of the white label on the battery pack. The date code can be found to the left of the Part Number. Recalled batteries have the date code of 1205 (December 2005) or earlier printed on the white label of the batter pack.
The inflatable pilates balls are blue with black handles. They are about 26 inches in diameter when inflated. They are sold with a blue air pump.
The recalled espresso makers are black and silver, have a silver control panel, and can make two cups of espresso at once. The word "KRUPS" is printed on the front of the machine. The recalled sweatshirts have a black dog on the front and are sold in youth sizes up to size 12, with drawstrings through the hood. Sweatshirt colors include navy blue, gray, red, pink, black or oatmeal. "The Black Dog," "Est. 71," or "The Black Dog/Martha's Vineyard" are printed on the back of some of the sweatshirts. A tag sewn on the inside of the garment reads, "The Black Dog." Style numbers are K086, K088, K090, K062, or K063 are printed on the garment's hang tag.
The recalled Blade Turbo™ paintball marker is bright blue with a black handgrip on the nozzle. Two carbon dioxide cartridges are inserted into the back of the marker covered by a clear plastic screw-on cap. The silver-colored carbon dioxide cartridges are about three inches long. The Paintball Breakout Players Kit™ includes a Blade Turbo™, black mask and CO2 cartridges. "Blade Turbo" is printed on the side of the paintball marker. Paintball markers are sometimes referred to as paintball guns.

The recall includes Strike First 2.5 lb and 5 lb dry chemical fire extinguishers with model numbers WBSF-ABC110AP, WBSF-ABC210AP, and WBSF-ABC340AP. The model number is located under the manufacturer's address on the far right hand side of the instruction label. The fire extinguishers are red, and designed for commercial, industrial, multi-residential and vehicle applications.

The repair program involves only the roof glass in sunrooms (including skylights installed as part of the sunroom) that reflect sunlight onto nearby cedar shingles or cedar shakes. It involves reflective Code 77 roof insulating glass units. It includes new sunrooms sold from 1996 through 2002, but possibly constructed later, and those sunrooms, regardless of when built, that had roof glass or skylights replaced with Code 77 glass from 1996 to 2005.
Weil-McClain GV water boiler Models GV-3, GV-4, GV-5 and GV-6 with a serial number/date code range of CP5075477 to CP5221234 and built from April 1, 2005 through October 31, 2005. Serial numbers and date codes are located on the left side of the jacket, above the boiler rating label.
The recalled walkers have eight wheels and an activity tray with interactive toys. The walkers are blue and pink with various designs on the cloth seat. "Imported by Ace Han Corp" is printed on labels located on the base of the walkers.
DESA 40-80,000 BTU Portable Propane Convection Heaters generate from 40,000 to 80,000 BTUs an hour. The following model names and number are involved in this recall: Reddy Heater (RCP80VC), All-Pro (SPC-80CC), MASTER (TC80VC), Universal (80-CC), and Dayton (6BY73). These heaters have serial numbers between 017390000 and 017632220. The model and serial numbers are on the carton and on labels attached to the heater. The designation "Made in China" is on the carton and model label attached to the heater.
The recalled walkers have eight wheels and are sold in various colors including dark blue, pink and white, or pink and red. The activity trays on the baby walkers have a steering wheel, various rattles and a mirror or animal themes. The trays play music when the baby pushes a button. "Baby" is printed on a sticker on the tray or the walker's base.
The recalled walkers are intended for babies 6 months and older. The walkers are blue, green, pink and yellow. They have musical activity trays with various toys and themes including rockets and a tank with an army print cloth seat, lights and a steering wheel with a teddy bear cloth seat, and a monkey's face with a teddy bear seat cloth. "Baby" and "BEBELOVE" are printed on labels on some of the walkers.
The recalled electric smokers include models BTST02 (stainless steel) and BTIS1 (black) and consist of a smoke generator, a smoke tower and two power cords. The model number appears on a silver label on the back of the smoker. The products have a "Bradley Smoker" logo on the door and at the bottom, under the red light "Power Indicator." The recalled black smokers contain one of the following serial numbers: 0508000110000001 to 0508000110000354 0508000113000001 to 0508000113000294 0508000116000001 to 0508000116000354 The recalled stainless steel smokers contain one of the following serial numbers: 0508000111000001 to 0508000111000354. The serial number appears on a label on the back of each smoker.
The recalled model is CH920. The ceramic portable electric heaters are the oscillating tower type. They are gray and have a control panel attached to the top of the unit. "Maxi-Heat™" is printed on the control panel. The model number is printed on the ETL label on the bottom of the back side of the unit.
The recalled garments are various color jackets, coats, sweatshirts and sweaters, sold in youth sizes up to size 12 with drawstrings through the hood. Many of the sweatshirts have the names of colleges and universities written on them. A tag sewn on the garment reads, "Steve & Barry's Quality Athletic Goods." The style numbers are 15178, 16105, 16168, 16230, 16231, 16257, 16509, 17197, 17285 and 18346, which is written on a collar or side label.
