The recalled candleholders are constructed of black wire and stand about 18 inches high. The tree branches hold six tea light candles in orange glass pots.
The Perfect Air Ultra™ is an air filtration device to counter indoor air pollution. It measures approximately 12 inches high, 15 inches wide and 6 inches deep, and weighs about 3.2 pounds. The outer casing is made of white plastic and has a gray function plate that is inserted into the top of the unit. The purifier has four stacked tubular rows with a series of horizontal vents along the length of each row. "Perfect Air Ultra™" is not written on the unit, but is written on the instruction booklet included with the unit.
The recalled tea light candles were sold in the following six different scents/colors: Coastal Mist (Blue) Wild Currant (Red) Sandalwood (Brown) Tahitian Vanilla (Ivory) Sonoma Pear (Green) Jasmine (White) The tea light candles measure 1 ½ inches wide by ¾ inch high. Each of the candles comes in a plastic holder. They were sold 12 candles to a box. "Home" and "Tea lights" are printed on the top of the box. "Distributed by Target Corporation" and the name of the candle scent are printed on the bottom of the box.
The recall involves the Nikon rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack with model number EN-EL3, which is written on the side of the battery. The batteries are rated at 7.4V/1400mAh, which also is written on the battery. The battery is included as a power source for Nikon's digital SLR D100, D70, and D50 model cameras. The battery pack was also sold separately.
Yamaha has announced a voluntary recall of certain 2005 and 2006 Yamaha Bruin 250, Bruin 350 4WD and 2WD, Big Bear 400, Kodiak 400, and Kodiak 450 ATVs, and certain 2006 Wolverine 450 ATVs. The candles measure about 3 inches in diameter and come in two sizes - 3 inches and 6 inches high. Each candle has a black paint coating and has eight diamond-like ornaments at evenly spaced points approximately 1 inch from the candle's bottom edge. They are packaged in clear plastic wrapping, which is tied at the top with a ribbon. "Distributed by Target Corporation" and the number 054 09 1533 or 054 09 2528 are printed on a label on the bottom of each candle.
The recalled battery-powered ride-on vehicles include the Pink Corvette®, Torch Red Corvette®, Yellow Race Car Corvette®, Red Electroplate Corvette®, Fire Engine, and Batmobile® with the model numbers listed in the chart below. They were sold under the brands Safety 1st and Kid Trax by Safety 1st. The ride-on vehicles were manufactured between January 2004 and August 2005. The manufacture date is located on the underside of the unit and is molded into the plastic body as shown below. The circle on left displays the month of manufacture, the circle on the right displays the year of manufacture. The model numbers are located on the underside of the vehicles near the date code. This recall involves Picasso bike racks with a collapsible shelf. The bike rack can be mounted on the wall and has slots to support two bicycles. The metal rack has the Delta logo and name printed on the front of the rack.
The recall includes only beige and champagne leather shag rugs with Hellenic's name on the label. Large sizes include 5 feet by 8 feet and 8 feet by 11 feet and small sizes include 3 feet 5 inches by 5 feet 5 inches, 2 feet by 3 feet and 2 feet by 8 feet. A label on the rugs reads, "Hellenic Rug Imports, Inc."
Sold under the brand names Architectural Audio and HomeTech, these in-wall volume controls were professionally installed as part of whole house audio systems. The switch plate covers for the recalled systems are white or almond, and "aVc" (amplified volume control) is imprinted above the volume control. They have the following model numbers: Brand Model Numbers Architectural Audio 20127 20128 HomeTech 10114 10115 The model number is not visible to the consumer, and consumers are instructed not to remove the keypads from the wall to look for a model number. All serial numbers are included in the recall.
These battery-operated Miniature Musical Bells Christmas Trees have the item number 233010. The tree is about 18 inches high and 8 inches wide with three tiers of bells and a lighted star at the top. Each tree has "Made in China" embossed on the bottom. The trees use eight "AA" 1.5-volt batteries.
The Jack 'O Lantern buckets are tea light candle holders, containing eight tea lights, sold in three colors: orange, cream and black. The buckets are about 6.25 inches high and about 7 inches in diameter at the top. They have item number 14609-00 or 14609-02 written on a sticker located on the bottom of the buckets.
The recall involves certain limited "Gas-Packs" sold under the brand names Airquest, Arcoaire, Comfortmaker, Heil, Keeprite, Kenmore, ICP Commercial, and Tempstar. The affected units were manufactured between the 41st week of 2000 and the 26th week of 2003, and are installed outside the home. The model and serial numbers of affected units are printed on the unit's rating plate, as shown in the photo. Model numbers appear in the following typical format: PGC036K060A; serial numbers appear in the following typical format: L004112345. Affected models begin with PGC, PGF, PGS, GPFM, GPSM, or GPCM. The recalled cribs have their model number 37001 or 27601 printed on a label on the bottom rail of the head or foot board. The 37001 crib comes in three finishes: chestnut, white and cherry. The 27601 crib in aspen also comes in three finishes: natural, pecan and cognac.
The jumbo pencil has a red eraser on the end and comes with a pencil sharpener. Pencils are either short, 8 ½ inches long and one inch wide, or long, 15 inches long and ½ inch wide. The pencils are blue, red or striped. The sharpeners are pink or blue and come in a clear plastic pouch. Model number 70505 is printed on the pouch.
These backpack blowers have serial numbers ranging from 264264925 through 264740832 which are located on top of the engine's cylinder on the fin. The spark plug boot can be removed to view the serial number from the exterior of the blower.
The recalled lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs are used with various HP and Compaq notebook computers (see list below). The recalled battery packs are a subset of those manufactured March 2004 through September 2004, and will have a bar code label starting with GC, IA, L0 or L1. The recall involves all model year 2005 900 Fusion, 900 RMK, 900 Switchback snowmobiles, and select model year 2006 600HO Fusion / RMK / Switchback, 900 Fusion / RMK / Switchback, FS Classic / Touring, and FST Classic / Touring / Switchback snowmobiles. The model and serial number (VIN) identification decal is located on the right side of the tunnel underneath the seat. See affected model table below. The recalled stroller has an aluminum frame and a cloth seat, with a sun canopy. The recalled stroller has model number 20050016 and serial numbers: S1000001D0504 through S1000800D0504 and S1000001D0506 through S1000200D0506. Each stroller has a tag, located inside the child's seat compartment, which lists the model name and number. A sticker on the rear frame lists the serial number. There are two yellow handle-locking clips, one on each side of the stroller frame that secures the handle from movement.
The recalled vehicles are model year 2006 Outlander 800 H.O. XT Bombardier ATVs. The model numbers affected are 2J6A and 2J6E. The model numbers are located in the serial number on the identification sticker under the seat. The ATVs have the words, "Bombardier" and "Rotax 800" on the fenders.
