The recalled lamps come in two styles: a clear, heart- shaped glass container approximately 6 inches tall called "The Vintage Rose Oil Lamp" and a clear, doorknob-shaped glass container approximately 5 inches tall with heart-shaped beads on the outside called "Love Potion Oil Lamp." Both recalled lamps have an insertable wick with a glass wick holder, which sits on top of the glass container.
The recalled lawnmowers were sold under the NEUTON-brand name. They have model number EM 4.1 printed on one side of the deck and "NEUTON" printed on the other. The lawnmowers have a 14-inch cutting width, with rear bagging capability.
The recalled Little People® Animal Sounds Farms are shaped like a barn and make animal sounds when the doors of the cow or horse stall are opened. The recalled toys have a model number of 77973 or 77746 and a six-character manufacturing date code that begins with 168 through 212, followed by the number 2 as the fourth digit. Both the model number and date code can be found on the underside of the green ramp. The Fisher-Price logo appears at the top of the tallest side of the barn in red and white.
Only battery packs manufactured between May 1, 2001 and Nov. 20, 2002, with model numbers EY9230, EY9136, EY9231, EY9200, EY9106 and EY9201 stamped on the top of the battery pack are included in this recall. The battery pack is black and yellow.
The recall includes two models of 20-inch BMX bicycles. The Next Voltage model bicycles are metallic green, have model number 8535-99 and were manufactured between March 2002 and June 2002. The Vertical Street Blade model bicycles are dark blue and chrome colored, have model number 8527-99 and were manufactured between March 2002 and April 2002. The model name is written on the bicycle frame, and a label on the frame near the crank housing shows the model number and manufacture date.
The recalled RCA® 650-Watt Home Entertainment amplifiers include model numbers RT2600, RT2600DVD and RT2600DVD5 and serial numbers beginning with 220 through 230. The model and serial numbers can be found on a label on the back of the unit in the lower left corner. The recalled units may also have an "A" as the last character in the model number. The amplifier units are silver and are about 17 inches wide, 16 inches deep, and 5 inches high.
The centipede-shaped drumsticks were sold with the Parents Bee Bop Band drum set. They're about 10 inches long and were sold in either lime green or blue with black stripes. Model numbers involved in this recall are PM9137T2 and PM91372. The model numbers can be found above the UPC code on the packaging. Drum sets sold with a sticker that reads, "NEW 2003" is not subject to the recall.
These red metal gas grills have a tripod stand. They have a logo on the label of the lid and grill base, showing a devil cooking at a grill with the writing "Red Devil." The lid also reads "The Portable Outdoor Kitchen." Components sold with the grill include a heat plate, an oversized skillet with handles, a table-safe serving trivet, and carrying totes.
The Playskool® Magic Start Crawl 'n Stand is a multicolor plastic toy with a round base and three arched legs that support an electronic activity center. When crawling babies touch the frame of the toy, music, lights and spinning balls are activated. Babies can pull themselves up on the legs of the toy to play at the activity center. The Playskool logo is imprinted into the plastic base and on top of the activity center. Writing under the activity center includes "ITEM # 06952" and "Made in China."
These products are 4-wheeled vehicles intended for use in off-road areas.
Fiddlesticks are wooden rhythm instruments designed for use in the Kindermusik classroom and at home. The recalled instrument is 7" long, 1" in diameter, and is made of wood. It is hollowed out in the middle. Steel balls are inserted into the middle of the instrument to create a shaker sound and the ends are capped with wooden plugs. They are primarily sold as part of a music instructional kit.
The Bionic-model Crampons have product date codes of 1360, 2235, or 2250 written on the top of the crampon steel adjustment strap.
The recalled Party Poppers are packaged in units of four. The Party Poppers were sold in clear cellophane wrappers with blue, yellow and red cardboard headers. The Party Poppers and the packaging are labeled "TNT BIG FUN PARTY POPPER." The Party Poppers are shaped like rockets with 3½-inch wooden support sticks.
The refrigerators have the side-by-side upper doors and a freezer drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator. There are two types of activity toys involved in this recall. One toy is a flower shaped toy intended to attach to a stroller, with a green painted metal wire on which plastic beads slide along. The item is the Lamaze Flower Stroller Wrap (SKU #97222). The other toy is a floor-based toy with a foam stuffed base, a blue painted metal wire on which plastic beads and stuffed animal heads slide along. This item is the Lamaze Soft Bead Buddies (SKU #97325). Each item has a sewn-in label with the Lamaze logo on the front.
The 10-inch plush bear is white and dressed in a hat and jacket in one of the following colors: red, blue, hunter green, pink, purple, light green, light blue and white. The 10-inch snowman doll is dressed in a hat and jacket that are blue and pink. The snowman dolls also have white scarves and a red ball nose. Both the bears and the snowman dolls have a label on their backs that reads, "DIST BY: DOLLAR TREE" and "MADE IN CHINA." The bears and snowman dolls were sold with ear tags that read: either "Christmas House Plush Bear" or "Christmas House Christmas Plush."
The recalled infrared remote controls were used only with Adjustamagic, Scape and Maxwell Adjustable Beds.
This recall includes 2001 Toro Snow Commander snowthrowers with model number 38600 (serial numbers between 210000001 and 210999999) and model number 38602 (serial numbers between 210000001 and 210999999). The model and serial numbers are located on the rear of the axle plate, between the wheels.
The recall involves all Maytag Gemini Gas Ranges. The Gemini ranges are free standing, have separate upper and lower ovens, and come in white, black, bisque and a stainless finish. The "Maytag" and "Gemini" names and logos appear on the control panel. The recalled ranges have a model number of MGR6772 and a serial number with the alpha characters AJ through AX or CA through CC, both of which are located on a flip-up serial tag behind the upper left corner of the control panel.
The recall involves 7 1/4-inch circular saws with model numbers C7SB2 or C7BD2 and serial numbers that begin with C62, C72, C82, C92, C02 or CN2. The model number is located on the green nameplate on the motor housing below the name "Hitachi." The serial number is stamped at the lower right of the nameplate. The saw's housing is green and the name "Hitachi" also is written on the metal blade guard.
