The rope candle is a 20-foot coiled beeswax candle that feeds up to a scissors-like clamp. The candle is lit above the clamp. The candle has an antique copper finish. It was sold under the name "Self-extinguishing Rope Candle."
Only model number MH18B Mr. Heater "Big Buddy" and "Tough Buddy" propane heaters are included in the recall. The model number is located on the rear panel of the unit. The heaters are either black with yellow accents around the burner tiles or light gray with red accents around the burner tiles. "Mr. Heater" is printed in the lower right hand corner of the heaters.
Model year 2004 and 2005 Bombardier DS650 ATVs under model numbers 0003A5A00, 0003A5B00, 0003B5A00, 0003B5B00, 000799700, 000799500, 000771900, and 000771700 are part of this recall. The ATV model number identification decal is located on the right side of the frame, in front of the engine.
The gel candles come in a glass container in either 5.5-oz or 11-oz. sizes. They were sold in multiple colors and scents. There is a label on the front of the candle reading "Nature's Finest Candles." The UPC codes of the recalled candles, located on a sticker on the bottom of the candles, are 3863300100 through 3863300114 and 3863300200 through 3863300214. This recall includes only Nature's Finest gel candles. Other Nature's Finest candles are not involved in this recall.
The recalled KitchenAid® ProLine® countertop toasters are painted die-cast metal or stainless steel and come in 2-slice or 4-slice models. The model and serial numbers, which are on labels affixed to the bottom of the toasters, include: 2 - Slice Models KPTT780PM KPTT780ER KPTT780BU KPTT780TG 4 - Slice Models KPTT890PM KPTT890ER KPTT890BU KPTT890TG Serial Numbers of the recalled products begin with the letters "WTP…" or "WTR…"
The product is a non-motorized two-wheeled scooter with a folding hinge and an adjustable handlebar. The scooter platform is purple with a bright pink Bratz logo on the top surface. Scooters containing information identifying the product as Item No. 266563, with a date of manufacture prior to July 2004, and manufactured by Jurong Dumar Bicycle, Inc. are included in this recall. This identification information can be located either in the area directly beneath the scooter platform or at the bottom of the scooter near the rear wheel.
The recalled includes 2005 Arctic Cat 500 and 650 FIS, and 400 and 500 TBX model ATVs. The FIS models affected by this recall have the vehicle identification number (VIN) ranges of 4UF05ATV15T226237 through 4UF05ATV15T242874, and 4UF05ATV55T246510 through 4UF05ATV55T248189. The TBX models have VIN ranges of 4UF05ATV15T221345 through 4UF05ATV15T223967, and 4UF05ATVX5T251024 through 4UF05ATV55T251397. The VIN is located on the left rear frame tube of the vehicle near the upper shock mount. Only batteries used with the RCA portable DVD players with model number DRC600N are being recalled. The DRC600N model DVD player with the battery attached is about 7½ inches wide, 5½ inches deep, and 2 inches high. The cabinet housing is plastic, except for a metal "skin" on the top of the player. The metal "skin" is silver colored, and the rest of the DVD player is tan or dark gray. The logo "RCA LiFE," along with the words "DVD VIDEO" are printed on the top of the DVD Player. The battery attaches to the bottom of the DVD player.
The recalled "Mazarakis" rugs are white only. Two models/sizes are recalled: "Mazarakis Flokati 3A" measuring 5 feet by 7 feet, pile and backing 100 percent New Zealand wool and "Mazarakis Floco" measuring 5 feet, 6 inches by 8 feet, 6 inches, 100 percent New Zealand wool pile and 100 percent Polypropylene backing.
The recalled Graco toddler beds are white plastic and steel with openings between the slats in the guard rails and footboard. The beds were sold under the names "Cozy Toddler Bed," "Glow-in-the-Dark Toddler Bed," and "Classic Toddler Bed." There is a label on the guard rail or leg containing one of the following model numbers: "8801, 8801WR, 8821, 8824, 8828, 8833, 30066, 34434 and 11030," a serial number, and the manufacturer's address. Model 8828's headboard has a blue sky with a yellow moon and stars. Model 8801WR has red legs. "Graco" is printed on all of the beds' footboards.
Suzuki 2004-2005 model year LT-A500F Vinson, Suzuki 2004-2005 model year LT-F500F Vinson, and Suzuki 2005 model year LT-A700X KingQuad ATVs. Suzuki Vinson and KingQuad ATVs are adult-size ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. These ATVs are available in yellow, green, red or camouflage and have the model name (Vinson or KingQuad) on the side of the fuel tank.
The recalled Kawasaki ATVs include the Prairie™ KVF700-D1 4x4 model, which were manufactured between June 2004 and February 2005. The ATVs come in green and red and have the words "Kawasaki" and "Prairie" printed on each side of the vehicle's fuel tank.
Model year 2005 Polaris "900 Fusion", "900 RMK", and "900 Switchback" snowmobiles with model numbers S05PL8DSD, S05PM8DS(A)(B), S05PN8DS, S05PS8DS, S05MP8DS(A)(B)(C), S05PL8DS(A)(B)(C) are part of this recall. The snowmobile model and serial number identification decal is located on the right front side of the tunnel. The serial number is permanently stamped into the tunnel and the model number is embossed on the decal.
The candleholder is shaped like a lotus flower. It is plastic and consists of eight small candles that are ignited by a center flame. The small candles open up to resemble a flower blooming. There is a battery inside the center candle that allows it to play the music to "Happy Birthday".
These are indoor HID light fixtures with acrylic reflectors and cords. They are generally used in locations such as retail spaces, light manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, and gymnasiums. Only certain models of specific wattage lights are included in the recall. Recalled fixtures have a date of manufacture from June 3, 1999 through May 31, 2002. Check the Lithonia Web site for a list of the specific model and wattage combinations included.
The recall involves custom titanium bicycle frames for road bicycles manufactured and distributed by Roark. The bicycle frames have a "Titanium" sticker on the top tube and a "Roark" sticker on the down tube. Every bicycle frame is built to the unique specification of each customer and has serial number and manufactured date located on the bottom bracket. Bicycle frames affected have serial numbers 001 through 422.
The recall includes models I354, I356, and K364 sold under brand names I.C.E. 9 and Khumbu. The recall includes products with UPC numbers beginning with 619120036 and ending with 204, 211, 464, or 457. These model and UPC numbers are listed only on the packaging, but not on the products themselves.
All 17 Bernat "Fur Out" yarn colors are involved in this recall. The recalled yarn can be identified by UPC numbers beginning with "05735527" and ending with one of the following numbers: 1319 1326 1333 1340 1357 1364 1371 1388 1395 1401 1685 2583 2590 2606 2613 2620 2637
The recall includes Black & Decker® brand ProBlend® models BL5000, BL5900 and BL6000. The recalled ProBlend® products are 5-speed, 550-watt blenders with 48-ounce marked glass jars. Each model has a die-cast, brushed stainless steel base bearing the name "Black & Decker." The model number is located on the bottom of the product.
The cribs are made of wood, sold in three finishes, including: natural, cherry and white. Model numbers 4464-1 (white), 4464-2 (natural) and 4464-4 (cherry) and "Taiwan" are printed on the mattress pad support board.
