The product has three handrails and a seat, and it is designed for a capacity of six children. The platform surface is flush with the ground surrounding it. Recalled model numbers include 560-0042 or 560-0051. Owners of the equipment can contact BCI Burke to determine which unit they have.
This recall involves all Black Diamond Equipment PIEPS Pro IPS Avalanche Transceivers. The transceivers are black plastic with an LCD screen below a yellow mark button. They measure about 5 inches long by 3 inches wide. PIEPS appears in yellow lettering and PRO IPS in white lettering on the front of the unit. The first four numbers in the transceivers' serial number range from 2326 through 2445 for recalled units and can be found on the label on the inside of the battery compartment door.
This recall involves GIKPAL 12-drawer dressers with model numbers HI1437_13, HI1437_14 or HI1437_02. The dressers were sold in rustic brown, black or white wood finish with black frame, fabric drawers, and black handles. They measure about 31 inches wide by 12 inches long by 48 inches tall, and weigh about 35 lbs. The model number, "Fabric Dresser" and "Made in China" are printed on the product packaging.
This recall involves Precor-branded Resolute Cable Multi-Station exercise equipment, Model No. RMS905, sold to gyms. The exercise equipment includes an adjustable pulley carriage that allows users to perform cable resistance exercises from different heights along a vertical rail. The brand name Precor is located above the vertical rail and "Model No. RMS905" is printed on a label on the underside of the pulley assembly's top frame, between the vertical rail and the weight stack. The exercise equipment measures 68 inches x 58 inches x 94 inches, has either a silver, black or white frame, and multiple upholstery options.
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2025 Kicks vehicles. The "Shift-to-Park" warning may not activate as intended when the vehicle is shut off and still in a gear other than "Park." As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 114, "Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention."
