This recall involves mattresses sold as part of PBteen Ottoman Beds with registration number CA-31586(TW). These are multifunctional ottomans that can be used to sit or sleep. The ottoman can be turned into a twin-sized bed. They were sold with a cover in stone, navy, ivory or pink. The ottoman cover has a tag that reads "PBteen" and a label with registration number CA-31586(TW).

This unit does not include ceramic logs. Only products with serial numbers running sequentially from 0081959SD through 0087754SD are affected. The model number GFP207 and the serial number are printed on a label that is located inside the door on the base.

Model numbers involved in the recall are R2600 through R2615 (outdoor extension cords), EE6 through EE20 (indoor extension cords) and MP6DG (power strips). "Brightway" is printed on the cords. Model numbers are printed on the product's packaging.
This recall involves boys' black hooded jackets with a belt and an elastic drawstring at the neck. "North Sportif" is printed on the jacket's belt. The recalled vest is black and blue and is reversible. The vest has a drawstring around the waist. The garments were sold in sizes small (8-10) and medium (12-14). Both garments have a tag on the neck that reads North Sportif Urban Expedition.

EACH TRANS/AIR SYSTEM COMES WITH AN ELECTRICAL KIT WHICH CONTAINS A RELAY BOARD AND EC PC BOARD WHICH IF IMPROPERLY INSTALLED COULD OVERHEAT.

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE LOCKING HOOK ON THE SUN SHIELD (TEMPORARY SOFT TOP) MAY NOT ENGAGE CORRECTLY INTO THE LOCK CATCH WHICH IS POSITIONED ON THE WINDSCREEN FRAME OF THE VEHICLE.
HEARTLAND HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA OF A NONCOMPLIANCE ON CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 TRAIL RUNNER AND NORTH COUNTRY TRAVEL TRAILERS FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 567, "CERTIFICATION." THE FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION LABEL DOES NOT CONTAIN THE CORRECT GROSS AXLE WEIGHT RATING (GAWR) INFORMATION. THE LABEL STATES THE GAWR FOR EACH AXLE TO BE 5,200 LBS WHEN THE ACTUAL GAWR IS 5,080 LBS.
The recalled girls' jackets have drawstrings at the waist, sold in sizes 1 to 8 and the names and corresponding style numbers are: Lily #91549, Rose # 91552, Daisy #91555, Posey #91558. The style number is printed on the tag inside the neck of the jackets.
STERLING TEK HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA ABOUT A NONCOMPLIANCE IN CERTAIN VOX 803 SIZE S MOTORCYCLE HELMETS. THESE HELMETS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE PENETRATION REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 218, "MOTORCYCLE HELMETS."
ELDORADO NATIONAL - CALIFORNIA HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA OF A DEFECT IN CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2005-2010 TRANSIT BUSES FITTED WITH RICON PUBLIC USE LIFTS. THE RESTRAINT BELT ON THESE LIFTS WAS DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE LIFT FROM MOVING, UNLESS THE TONGUE OF THE BELT IS FULLY ENGAGED AND LATCHED IN THE BUCKLE. RICON HAS DISCOVERED, HOWEVER, THAT IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE OPERATOR TO INSERT THE BELT TONGUE INTO THE BUCKLE WITHOUT FULLY ENGAGING THE LATCHING MECHANISM. IN THIS CASE, THE RESTRAINT BELT WOULD APPEAR TO BE LATCHED, AND THE OPERATOR COULD RUN THE LIFT. IF THE RESTRAINT BELT TONGUE IS NOT FULLY ENGAGED INTO THE RESTRAINT BELT BUCKLE, AND LATCHED, THE LIFT MAY OPERATE WITH AN OCCUPANT ON THE PLATFORM.
GOSHEN COACH HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA ABOUT A DEFECT IN CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008-2010 BUSES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2007 AND FEBRUARY 2010, EQUIPPED WITH CERTAIN RICON S SERIES AND K SERIES L-MODEL WHEELCHAIR LIFTS, DUE TO A PROBLEM IN THE SOFTWARE THAT CONTROLS THE LIFT'S "UP" FUNCTION. IF THE "UP" SWITCH IS RELEASED BEFORE THE FLOOR LEVEL LIMIT SWITCH IS ACTIVATED, THE LIFT MAY CONTINUE ITS UPWARD TRAVEL FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 SECOND BEFORE STOPPING. THE CONTINUED UPWARD TRAVEL MAY OVERRUN THE FLOOR LEVEL CUT OFF POINT.
SUZUKI HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA OF A DEFECT IN CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 EQUATOR TRUCKS MANUFACTURED FROM FEBRUARY 22, 2010 TO MARCH 13, 2010. THE FASTENERS SECURING THE PASSENGER FRONT AIR BAG MODULE, AND ALSO THE FASTENERS SECURING THE STEERING SHAFT POSITIONING BRACKET MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED TO THE PROPER TORQUE SPECIFICATION.
The recall involves Evenflo models 10502 and 10512 Top-of-Stair Plus Wood Gates made from October 2007 through July 2009. The model number can be found on the bottom rail. No other Evenflo model numbers or gates are affected by this recall.

Each product has a metal rating plate attached to the grate of the log sets or to the frame of the fireplaces containing the unit's model number, serial number and other information. The yellow lids have two slots labeled "IN" and "OUT" and are embossed with the name "Carolina" and "Lid" in raised letters.
