The Fun Ball is an orange stuffed ball toy that measures 4 inches in diameter and is designed to look like a basketball. The ball is printed with colored numbers, letters and "Reg. #PA-10623(HK)."
This recall involves Triax PK7 (model 8509-24) and Vertical PK7 (model 8596-71T) 20-inch aluminum cushion framed bicycles. The Triax model was manufactured between November 2005 and October 2006, and the Vertical model was manufactured between August 2004 and December 2004. The model numbers and manufacture dates are printed on a label affixed to the bicycle frame.
The recalled inflator pump has a blue body with a black handle, hose, and pressure gage. The pump is 5 inches (12.7 cm) high and weighs about 3 pounds. West Marine is printed on a white sticker on the top of the pump housing. A second label contains a "caution" statement along with Ho Lee Co., Ltd. and UL listing information. The manufacturer's model number HB-183BG and the date code 1203 are also on the label.
The robes are 100 percent cotton chenille robes sold under the names "Quacker Factory Holiday Cheer Chenille Robe," with QVC item number A4623; "Quacker Factory Novelty Chenille Robe," with QVC item number A4629; and "Quacker Factory Whimsical Chenille Robe," with QVC item number A2202. Each robe has a product care label, which has "Quacker Factory" and "100% cotton" on the front and the QVC item number on the back.
The recall involves Radius Triple Clamps sold as an upgrade for use with a certain make and models of motocross motorcycles. The clamps are black in color and display the Universal logo on each end and the name "UNIVERSAL" on one side. They were ordered under part numbers 1025-40-0618 and 1025-40-0678.
The product is a green/silver infant back pack carrier made of heavy duty nylon with a lightweight steel frame. Only carriers with style number 2512 and 2592LX are included in the recall. Style numbers are printed on the metal frame of the product. The carrier has a 5-point safety harness, padded shoulder and hip straps, padded leg openings and heat support. The carrier also has a top canopy and large diaper bag which attaches to the frame. "Baby Trend" is printed on the back of the seat of the carrier. The backpack folds into its own diaper bag for storage and travel.
This recall involves Sky Squadron Model 4153 (sold at RadioShack) and Sky Rangers Model 4161 (sold at Wal-Mart) radio controlled airplanes with rechargeable lithium batteries. The airplanes have a wingspan of about 18- to 20-inches and a polystyrene foam fuselage. Model 4153 is a blue Corsair single engine airplane with a Number 15 decal and a black and blue transmitter/charger. Model 4161 is a red twin engine plane with an all-black transmitter/charger. The model numbers are on the box and instructions.
This recall involves the Infantino SlingRider™ carriers with item numbers: 141-210; 151-210; 151-528; and 151-534. The SlingRider™ consists of a fabric carrier with a strap attached that is worn by the user to carry an infant up to 20 pounds. The carriers are sold in black or khaki. "Infantino" is printed on the plastic slider located on the strap. The item number is printed on a label inside the SlingRider™. Products labeled "Made in Thailand" or "New 2007 Design" are not included in the recall.
The recall involves Digital Security Controls FSA and FSB series photo-electric smoke detectors. They are wired directly into the building circuitry, and do not use a battery. The dome shaped units have a metal mesh covering around the smoke sensor.
This recall involves "Oyster Bay" model wall sconces. The Tiffany-style design includes multi-colored glass with a black outline. The following model numbers are involved in the recall. The recall involves certain Maytag- and Samsung-brand front-load washers. The Maytag washers have model numbers beginning with MAH9700 or MAH8700. The Samsung model number WF306BHW or a model number beginning with WF316. Not all serial numbers are subject to the recall. The model and serial numbers are located on a tag at the bottom of the door opening. This recall involves model CTK-710 of the Casio® 61-key full-size electronic musical keyboards. The size of the keyboard is 37-11/16 inches by 14-1/16 inches by 5-1/4 inches. Products with serial numbers ranging from 7030001 through 7040400 and 7041901 through 7043500 are included in this recall. The brand and model information are found on the front of the unit above the keyboard and the serial number is found inside the battery compartment located on the underside of the unit.
The recalled product is a Suzuki 2007 model year QuadSport Z90 ATV with model number LT-Z90K7. The model number is located on the lower right side of the ATV frame. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is located on the left rear side of the ATV frame. Refer to the VIN list on www.suzukicycles.com These ATVs were sold in yellow and white colors. Writing on the ATVs includes: "QuadSport," printed in silver or white letters, "Z90," printed in red/black letters and "Suzuki," printed in black letters.
This recall involves Laars 9600 CB Condensing Heating Boilers and Laars 9600 HWG Condensing Water Heaters with black vent pipe/tubing. The recalled boilers are used to generate hot water for heating systems including baseboards or radiant flooring. The recalled water heaters generate hot water for use in homes, such as showers, sinks and dishwashers. "Mark II" and "9600 CB" or "9600 HWG" are printed on the front of the boilers and water heaters. The model number and BTU size are printed on the right side of the unit. The recalled boiler and water heater exteriors are putty and black-colored or taupe and black-colored. Only the following models are included in this recall. The Children's Crossover Tee and Lounge Pant set and the Cropped Johns have the name "Hanna Andersson" on the sewn-in label. The Crossover Tee and Lounge Pant set and the Cropped Johns were sold in girls' sizes 80 cm through 160 cm. Women's sizes are not subject to this recall. The recalled children's necklaces have metal pendants shaped as monkeys, dolphins, and frogs holding colored marbles, a fleur de lis painted in various colors, a silver and black fairy, silver-colored letters "BFF" with rhinestones, and tiny handcuffs painted in various colors. The pendants hang from silver-colored chains. "Claire's" or "Claire's best friends forever" is printed on the packaging.
Only Amprobe brand digital clamp meter models ACD-10PRO, ACD-10 TRMS-PRO, ACD-14 and ACD-14TRMS, except those model numbers followed by "FX" or "PLUS," are included in the recall. "Amprobe" and the model numbers are printed on the front of the units. These clamp meters measure 0 to 600 volts alternating current (VAC), and 0 to 600 volts direct current (VDC). In addition, they measure 0 to 400 amps alternating current. The tester body is red and gray and measures 7-1/2 inches in length by 2-1/2 inches in width by 1-1/4 inches thick.
The recalled children's mood necklaces have multi-colored pendants including hearts, moons, dolphins, dragonflies, stars and butterflies that hang from a black cord. "Mood Necklace" is printed on the necklace's packaging.
The recalled product is a 12-cup programmable "Kaffe Combo" coffeemaker with model number CM830 and a glass carafe and two travel mugs. The name "Gevalia" is on the front of the coffeemaker and the model number is located on the bottom of the unit. No other Gevalia coffeemakers are affected by this recall.
The recall involves Cooky Stationery Sets, which include a pencil, various color markers, plastic scissors, erasers and the razor blade cutter. The cardboard backing of the set reads, "Cooky Staitonery (sic) Set." "Cooky Stationery" is written on the erasers and markers.
