The recall involves select 2006-2008 Polaris "Outlaw" ATVs with Independent Rear Suspension (IRS). The affected models are: 2006 OUTLAW 500 "IRS" 2007 OUTLAW 500 "IRS" 2007 OUTLAW 525 "IRS" 2008 OUTLAW 525 "IRS" The model name is printed on decals located on either side of the fuel tank.
The cribs are wooden. The recalled cribs include: Majestic Curved Top cribs with model number 9500; Majestic Flat Top cribs with model number 9000; Essex cribs with model number 7100; Brighton/Sussex cribs with model number 9100 and Captiva cribs with model number 5100. Only cribs with manufacture dates between November 1, 2005 and November 1, 2007 are included in the recall. The crib model number is printed on the white label on the bottom inside of the right side rail. The crib manufacture date is printed on either the white label near the model number or on the white label located on the bottom of the headboard. Cribs with a green sticker on the mattress frame are not included in the recall.
The magnetic dart board is about 15 inches wide with a black, white, green, and red bulls eye checkered design and was sold with six 4-inch-long magnetic darts. The darts magnetically adhere to the dart board when thrown. "Made in China" is embossed on the back of the board.
The recall involves the Universal Nonverbal Intelligence Test-Symbolic Memory Cards. The memory testing cards are part of a kit used to test children's physical and mental abilities. They are white with green figures, measure 1 ½" x 1 ½", and were sold as part of a kit (model number 922782), or were sold in packages of 10 cards (model number 922775). The model numbers are located on the packaging.
The recalled necklaces include a cat with silver and pink rhinestones, a heart and lock with pink rhinestones, a silver-colored heart with a rhinestone crown, and a silver-colored lock and key. The necklaces hang from silver-colored chains.
The recall involves Greenheck Fan Indirect Gas-Fired Furnaces models PVF, PVFH, IGX, IG, ERH and ERCH. The model name is located on the control center door or the furnace door. The furnace is either natural gas or LP gas (propane) fueled. Only units with ignition control module model number 35-615922-125 are included in the recall.
The recall involves Rinnai EnergySaver Direct-Vent Wall Furnaces, Models RHFE 431 and RHFE 556. They are either natural gas or LP gas (propane) fueled. The following model numbers are included in the recall: Model RHFE-431 FAIII-N FAIII-P WTA-N WTA-P WTA-72B-N WTA-76B-N Model RHFE-556 FAIII-N FAIII-P WTA-N WTA-P The model number is printed on the top of the rating plate located on the right side of the unit. The recall includes only those units manufactured from February 2000 through December 2007. The manufacturing date code is the first four digits of the serial number, written as YY MM, and is located at the bottom of the rating plate.
This recall involves electric oscillating tower heaters with the name "Aloha Breeze" printed on the top. The white heaters have model number 02044 and dates codes 06/06, 06/07, 06/08 or 06/09. Model numbers and date codes are printed on the silver label located on the back of the heater, near the bottom.
The recalled ladders are Type I, IA, or II extension ladders with fiberglass rails and "D" shaped aluminum rungs. The model number and the manufacturing date code are located on the left side rail of the ladders. Ladders with two green dots near the bottom of the left side base rail have already been inspected or repaired and are not included in the recall.
The recalled plastic water bottles have a Spiderman® picture on the cup and a Spiderman® figure on the screw-on lid. The water bottle is red, white, blue, and black and measures nine inches high.
The electric ride-on toy resembles the Pontiac Solstice. It is light blue and has Cinderella graphics on the front and sides. The wheels, steering wheel and two seats are pink. The white dashboard may contain an optional radio. "Pontiac Solstice" is printed on the back of the car. "Walt Disney's Cinderella Special Edition" is printed on the license plate. It is designed for children 4 to 7 years old.
The recalled bracelets have a silver-colored chain and silver-colored charms, including a Bible, angel, cross, heart, and praying hands. The bracelets were sold with clear, crystal and pearl white beads. The recalled sets include a bracelet for a girl to wear, along with a smaller, matching bracelet for her doll.
This recall involves a full-size, drop-side crib from the Wendy Bellissimo Hidden Hills collection, model number 5446-0504. The model number is located on the bottom rail of the headboard. The crib was sold in a Navajo Pine finish. No other models are included in this recall.
This recall involves select 2005 through 2006 model Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler 500 ATVs. The model and serial numbers are printed on a decal attached to the front side of the radiator (Sportsman) or the top of the front cab cover (Scrambler 500). Serial numbers are permanently stamped into the left frame rail behind the left front wheel. The recalled models are listed on the chart below. Karl Kani boys' full-zip fleece hoody sweatshirts with model numbers MB7808, MB7809, MB7810, MB7812. The model numbers were printed on the original hang tag. The words "Kani Polo" are printed on the sweatshirt neck tag. The sweatshirts were sold in various colors including, blue, gray, black, red and brown in boy's sizes small (8-10) and medium (12-14).
This recall involves the remote-controlled helicopter toy "Fun2Fly Microcopter" with item number 91001. The helicopter comes with a transmitter that controls and recharges the helicopter. The helicopter is made of foam and plastic and measures about 6 ½ inches by 2 ½ inches. The transmitter measures about 4 ½ inches by 5 inches. "Fun2Fly" and "Microcopter" are printed on the packaging. The item number is printed above the UPC label.
The recalled tea light candles were sold in the colors and quantities listed below. The individual candles are 1 1/2 inches in diameter and 5/8 inches high. The recalled gas dryers are 42 inches tall (back with backsplash) and 27 inches wide, and were sold in white. GE gas dryers model number DWXR463GGWW with serial numbers starting with AM, TL, SL, VL, and ZL are included in this recall. To find the model and serial numbers, open the dryer door and look in the lower right corner, in the area that was covered by the door.
The recalled table and chair sets are natural colored. The table is either round or rectangular, has a shelf under the table and includes two chairs. Model number ALZ024-3 or ALZ023-3 is printed on the packaging.
This recall involves Trek girls' bicycles model MT220 and model years 2005 (light metallic blue), 2006 (metallic silver and metallic purple or pink and pearl white), and 2007 (pink and white pearl or metallic purple).
