The recall involves Oceanic-brand ATOM 2.0 dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 2,079 (Revisions 2E, 3A, and 3B) and AERIS-brand EPIC dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 712 (Revision 1A), which can be accessed and viewed on the computer's display. Also, the serial number and date of manufacture are printed on the bottom of the unit (Oceanic ATOM 2.0 from August 23 to November 23, 2006, and AERIS EPIC from October 18 to November 14, 2006). This recall does not include any other Oceanic or AERIS brand dive computers.

The recall involves large, inflatable bounce houses inside which children can jump and play. The recall includes the following models: "Castle Kingdom," "Jump 'N' Kingdom," and "Bounce 'N' Playhouse." The bounce houses are inflated by a yellow, horizontal fan. The fan's model number, FJ4-330C or FJ4-330C2, is printed on a silver sticker on the fan's housing. Bounce houses with an "N" at the end of either model number on the fan are not included in this recall. The Castle Kingdom and Jump 'N' Kingdom are approximately 10 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 feet high. The Bounce 'N' Playhouse is about 8 feet long, 11 feet wide, and 9 feet high.
The recalled rings are silver in color with red paint and a simulated diamond cluster on the top. The ring's packaging is a yellow card with "Claudia Jublot" printed on the front and UPC # "1524100121266045" on the back.
The children's necklace and earring sets have birthstones made of plastic gemstones in various colors. The pendants on the necklaces are shaped like flowers on a silver-colored chain. The matching pierced earrings have round birthstones. The month of the birthstone and "Kidsite" are printed on the front of the product's packaging. Kmart is printed on the back.
The white remote control has model number NS-A1113 and "Insignia" printed on the front. The keypad has black numbers/letters. The recalled remote controls were sold exclusively with the Insignia 100W DVD Compact Shelf System. The remote controls were not sold separately.
This recall involves Everlasting Jelly candles. Models include Champagne Glass with Heart, Model #502; Large Oval Bowl with Sand & Shells, Model #109-XL; Tumbler with Sand & Shells, Model #101-S; Round Shape with Curly Top and Red Roses, Model #506; Round Shape with Penguins, Model #604; Tumbler with Blue Roses & Leaves, Model #805-11; and Round Shape with Two Butterflies, Model #806-8. The candles were sold in clear glass containers of various sizes with a smaller glass of gel in the middle of the candle.
The recall involves three models of multi-purpose butane lighters sold under the brand name, The Grill Care Company®. The lighters are nine or 11 inches long and have the words "The Grill Care Company" and "NOM" printed on the label affixed to each lighter. As shown in the pictures, the lighter's body comes in several colors. Only lighters that have Spanish warnings and do not have English warnings are included in this recall.
The recall involves indoor models of the Power Vent 199,900 BTUH tankless water heaters. The brands and model numbers included in this recall are listed below and are located on the front of the unit and the rating plate. The water heaters have a cream jacket or gray jacket enclosure with the piping on the top and bottom of the unit. The rating plate is a silver label located the front of the unit, in the lower right hand corner. The recalled product is used to warm sake at restaurants, bars or for home use. The counter-sized unit is about 11 inches wide by 11 inches deep by 19 inches high. The unit warms sake to between 115 and 145 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a front-mounted spigot to control the flow of sake and uses an external 18-liter bag in the box reservoir or an external three-liter refillable plastic reservoir, both of which contain sake and are placed on top of the unit. The recalled units have model number SM05 followed by serial numbers: 1001 through 3074, which is written on the left side of the units.
This recall involves Thomasville table and floor lamps in the Felicity Collection. The recalled table lamps include model numbers starting with 60001 and ending with 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1018, 1019 and 1020. The floor lamps include model numbers starting with 60001 and ending with 1016 or 1017. The model number is printed on the packaging and on the bottom of the lamp base.
The recalled Link-N-Lite™ Magnetic Light-Up Puzzle, which is a double-sided plastic magnetic puzzle for ages 3 and up, has two designs. The Disney-brand puzzle shows the Disney Princesses on the front and Ariel, from The Little Mermaid, on the back. The Marvel-brand puzzle shows "Spider-Man & Friends" on both sides. Each puzzle measures 8 inches by 10.5 inches, contains nine pieces with four or six magnets per piece, and lights up when all pieces are in place. A 9-volt battery is placed in the center bottom piece that contains a battery case.
This recall involves the Laugh and Learn Learning Bunny that measures about 10 inches tall. The yellow bunny with one green and one orange ear has musical and counting sound effects. The words, "Laugh and Learn" are printed on the bunny's shirt. Product numbers involved in the recall are: K0468, K2960, K2961, K2962, K2963, K2964, K2965, K3440, K6898, K7884, L0327, and K5862. The product numbers are located on the fabric tag sewn to the body of the bunny. Only bunnies with three-dimensional pompom noses are included in this recall. Bunnies with flat or embroidered noses are not subject to this recall.
The recalled Zoeller brand septic pumps have a 20-foot black cord with a plug. The pumps have date codes 0906 and 1006. On models 53, 57, 151, 152 and 153 the date code is printed on the nameplate on the top of the pump. On Model WM48 the date code is printed on the tag near the plug. "Philippines" is stamped on the plug. A list of specific part numbers, model numbers, date codes and UPC codes can be found at www.zoeller.com. Pumps that have already been hard wired during installation (where the plug has been removed) are not included in the recall.
This recall involves children's hooded sweatshirts and windbreakers sizes S to XL. Hooded sweatshirts included in the recall were sold in pink, white, light blue, yellow, navy and gray. The nylon windbreakers were sold in royal blue, olive, pink, light blue and navy. A tag sewn inside of the garment reads, "Basix USA." Style number PK215, PK218, KPF265, KPF275, or KH185 is printed on the garment's hang tag.
This recall involves boys' outerwear jackets with a Carter's-brand logo on the front. The jackets were sold in toddler and boys' sizes. Toddler sizes range from 2T to 4T. Boys' sizes include S, M and L. The outerwear jackets were sold in charcoal, navy and red.
This recall involves battery packs used with FLY WHEELS XPV toy vehicles. The battery packs were sold with a charger (item number 73904) and with the radio-controlled XPV toy (item number 73906). Item numbers are printed on the product's packaging above the barcode label. The batteries are marked "Fly Wheelz," "XPV," and "JAKKS Pacific," "Lithium-ion Polymer battery (LiPo)" followed by a list of warnings and precautions. The XPV Xtreme Performance Vehicle is not the subject of this exchange program.
