The recalled bracelets and necklaces are gold or silver with charms. The charms include a yellow painted metal shirt with "Viva La Juicy" printed on the front, a cheerleader's megaphone with the word "Juicy," a green heart with "Juicy Couture," a black dog, the letter "J," and a purple flower. The jewelry is sold in a pink box with "Juicy Couture" and "Made with Love G&P" printed on the top. Style numbers YJRU0722, YJRU0723, YJR0724 and YJRU0538 are included in this recall. The style number is printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the pink jewelry box.
The carrier is a seat for a child that is attached to the back of an adult bicycle. The carrier is gray plastic with a blue rubber back and seat pad, a gray head rest, and black straps. Model number SW571T is printed on the carrier's packaging and in the owner's manual. "PTI" is printed on a yellow warning sticker on the back of the carrier seat.
The recalled Fireplace in a Box kit includes a 2.5-inch high by 2.5-inch wide plastic fireplace that resembles stone masonry with a black mantle, a tea light candle to fit inside the fireplace, and a small booklet "Fireplace in a Box." "Fireplace in a Box," "Mega Mini Kits," and "ISBN 0-7624-1603-3" are printed on the fireplace's packaging.
The recalled silver-colored metal charms were included as a free giveaway in certain Shirley Temple movie DVDs in specially marked pink boxes. Some DVD boxes contain only charms. Others contain charm bracelets with charms. The charms come in various shapes including animals, hats, treble clefs, and lollipops. The DVD boxes are marked with "Bonus Charm Bracelet Inside," or "Bonus Charm Inside." Charms sold with the following DVD titles are included in this recall. The two metal frame slingshots being recalled are the Daisy Models ERG-100 and ERG-300, marketed under the name "The Natural." The model number is written on the packaging. These slingshots have an offset fork design, a sling made of bright green tubing with a black leather ammunition pouch and small balls inside the tubing where it connects to the frame. Both models have black plastic handles. The smaller ERG-100 model has the words "Powerline Daisy Mfg. Rogers, AR" on the handle, while the same words are found on the adjustable wrist brace of the larger ERG-300 model. This voluntary recall does not apply to Daisy's Powerline Slingshots models F16, B52 and P51, which have yellow tubing.
The recalled Phil & Teds e3 twin buggy has a metal frame and side by side cloth seats. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including red, orange, black, charcoal gray and navy. "e3 twin" is embroidered on the front of each seat and the Phil & Teds logo is printed on the crotch piece of each harness.
The recalled helmets are identified by the model name Anthem C Elite and Anthem C Elite WSD. A label inside the helmet identifies the helmet as "Trek Anthem C." The helmets are available in men's sizes in black/charcoal, blue/silver and blue/red, and in women's sizes in aqua blue/silver and white/silver. This recall includes all sizes of this helmet.
The recall involves ONELINK™ battery-powered smoke and combination smoke/CO alarms. "First Alert" and "ONELINK™" are printed on the front of the alarm. The model number and date code are printed on the back of the alarm. Model number SA500 or SCO500 with a date code prior to March 3, 2006 are included in this recall.
The recalled toy phone is made of wood. It has push buttons with black numbers, and has a black rubber antenna. The toy phone sits in a wooden caddy. The caddy has "TELEPHONE" printed on it.
The recalled choker-style necklaces are silver-colored hearts, crosses and clovers that hang from a blue, maroon or black velvety cord. The jewelry's packaging is white cardboard with "In Style" printed on the front, and UPC number 041838140766 on the back.
Apollo® Item #VWBUL44 (Office Depot Model #177-446) is steel, has a pyramid design, has three shelves, stands 44 inches high and comes with a three-outlet electrical assembly, including a cord-winding bracket. The affected Model VWBUL44 Carts have a model number tag on the underside of the top shelf, that reads: "SC: 18" and a date code "REF" date code of 07/26/05 or later.
The recalled exercise benches are free-standing and typically used for free weight workouts. They have white, gray, or black steel bases, with a black vinyl bench seat and backrest. The Hoist "5-Position Fold-Up Bench," "Folding Flat Bench," and "Folding Ab-Crunch Bench" are included in this recall. Although the bench names and model numbers do not appear on the benches, the serial number is located on a white sticker behind the seat of the bench. Only benches with certain serial numbers are included in this recall. The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including: midnight blue, navy, red, black, silver and orange. A metal plate above the footrest shows the Mountain Buggy logo with "Mountain Buggy," and "Urban," or "Breeze" written underneath on the metal plate. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 015276. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 009221. The recalled Mountain Buggy Breeze strollers have item number B1204-001, and serial numbers between 000000 and 000191. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate.
The recalled boots are sold under the Georgia Boot brand name and include style numbers G1623 and G1624. The style numbers appear on sewn-in labels inside the boot. These boots come in brown, rust, beige, and brown Nubuck, which is a light, brushed, full-grain leather, with black or tan nylon mesh and are fully lined with breathable moisture wicking material. The hooks and eyelets are set on steel washers with a rubber sole. The Georgia Boot brand name appears on the outer tongue label and the backstrap webbing.
The Shindaiwa gasoline-powered backpack blowers are red and black with a white fuel tank. Model numbers EB630 or EB630RT are printed on the body of the blowers, along with Shindaiwa.
The recalled fuel tanks were installed on all 2004, 2005 and 2006 Firecat and Sabercat models. The recall also includes all 2003 Firecat carbureted models. The affected models were manufactured in a variety of colors and engine sizes. However, all are included in this recall.
The RedMax gasoline-powered backpack blowers are red and black with a white fuel tank. Model numbers EB6200, EB7000, EB7001, and EB7001RH can be found on the body of the blowers along with "RedMax," "Zenoah," and "Komatsu."
The recalled lithium-ion rechargeable batteries are used with various HP and Compaq notebook computers. The recalled batteries are a subset of those manufactured in early January 2005, and will have a bar code label starting with L3.
