This recall involves linear light fixtures intended for use in bathrooms. The fixtures were sold in 2-, 3- and 4-foot lengths with a ribbed, plastic lens covering the fluorescent tube. The Progress Lighting catalog numbers are 717430-EBO, 717330-EBO and 717230-EBO. Catalog numbers and manufacturing dates can be found on the UL label located under the plastic lens. Fixtures included in this recall were manufactured from January 1998 through February 2003.
The recalled candles were sold in packages containing eight tea light candles and one glass holder in the shape of a flower. The 1-inch-tall candles were available in either gold or silver. A label affixed to the top of the package containing the recalled candles reads "Luminessence™ candles, 8 T-Lite Candles with Glass Holder, NET WT 3.2 oz (EACH 10G)." The label affixed to the bottom of the package reads, "DOLLAR TREE DIST., CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320, MADE IN CHINA."
The recalled Solis model hair dryers include the following model numbers: 311, 340, 401, 405, 407, 407T, 411, and 415. The model name and number can be found either on the handle, the underside of the barrel or under the filter. The recalled units, which come in black and blue, do not have an immersion protection device at the end of the plug.
The Crayola® activity cube is about 9 inches tall and is made of wood. Each side of the activity cube has a different game, including shape sorting cut-outs and crayon character wheels. The top of the activity cube has crayon characters and beads that slide along a spiral glide. The packaging is labeled "Crayola® Activity Cube" and "Playwell."
The fleece sweatshirts were sold in children's sizes 4-18 under the brand name, "Emergency Exit." The sweatshirts were manufactured in a variety of colors, including red, blue, grey and black. Each sweatshirt has an image on the chest of either a tribal design, dragon, motocross or skateboarding pattern.
The recalled jackets were sold in various colors for boys and girls. Girls' sizes include 2T through 5T, 4 through 7 and 8 through 19. Boys' sizes include 2T through 5T, 4 through 6X and 7/8 through 16. A label inside the jacket reads, "Authentic Falls Creek."
The recalled backyard playground "Mega Rider" swing can be used by one or two children. The blue-colored plastic "Mega Rider" is suspended from a crossbeam by four plastic-coated chains. Children sitting back-to-back push in different directions to make the swing move back and forth. Printed on the handle below the seat connection in raised lettering are the words, "Swing-N-Slide, 1212 Barberry Drive, Janesville, WI, Made in U.S.A., 1-800-888-1232, THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN FROM THE AGES OF 2 TO 10 YEARS. READ INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE."
Each of the 3-volt lithium batteries has a white label with the words "Fuji Power" or "A&T Fuji Power CR123A." The batteries were provided separately in pairs in packaging with the flashlights.
The NERF® Big Play Football™ is a red and silver NERF football with a silver flip-open top that reveals an erasable writing pad to plan football plays on, in the center of the ball. The NERF name, an NFL logo and a large black "X" are on the silver region of the football. Mike Vick's signature in red also is written on the football, and his photo is on the packaging.
The recalled fitness machines are the Bowflex Power Pro XL, XTL and XTLU systems with the "Lat Tower" attachment. The "Lat Tower" attaches to the back of the bench, and has pull-down pulleys attached. The name "Bowflex" and the model name are printed on the front of the machine. The machine has 10 to 14 resistance rods that extend about 48 inches high and a backboard bench that is about 36 inches long.
These modular pool filters are designed for use with above ground pools and small in-ground pools. These filters are used to remove particles from the water. The System 2 product line is sold under the brand names "Sta-Rite" and "AquaTools," located on a decal on the upper tank shell. The cylindrical filter tank measures 27 inches high and 18 inches in diameter. Sta-Rite System 2 filter tanks were sold with model numbers beginning with PLM or PLD and AquaTools filter tanks were sold with model numbers beginning with AT84100, AT84150 or AT82130. Serial numbers are located on on the nameplate decal on the upper tank shell. Only filters with the following serial numbers are affected (the 5th character is irrelevant for the purposes of this recall): 1A03_ 1B03_ 1C03_ 1D03_ 1EH03_ 1F03_ 1G03_ 1H03_ 1J03_ If the Posi-Lok™ locking ring has the phrase "Lubricate Tank "O" Ring - see instructions" molded into it, the ring has been updated and no further action is necessary for that filter.
The recalled BBK Tree Climbers have a model number of BBK 10010, which can be found on the outside of the box. The climber, which is primarily used by hunters, has a 2-piece climbing stand with a green powder coat finish, a camouflage padded seat and an expanded metal platform. A yellow warning label on the climber has BBK's name, address, and phone number printed on it.
The recalled SCG Overfill Prevention Devices (OPD) have "V5QA OPD" engraved on the body and handle and either "DT 3.8" or "DT 3.8A" printed on one side of the wrench pad and "07-02," "08-02," or "10-98" printed on the other side. The valves are installed on 20-pound liquid propane gas cylinders manufactured by the Sahamitr Pressure Container Public Co. Ltd. in Thailand. The cylinders are marked "SMPC DOT-4BA240" and have a serial number in the range of 375201 to 396800. There is no hazard with the cylinders.
Only pottery wheel kits sold during October 2003 with SKU #690974 printed on the white UPC price label attached to the back lower right hand corner of the box are included in this recall. Pottery Wheel Kits sold after October 2003 with different SKU #s are not included in this recall.
The recalled batteries are included in Kyocera model 7135 Smartphone cell phones. The black and silver flip-up phones say "Kyocera" at the top of the screen. The recalled batteries have the red and white Kyocera name printed on the front and a product code ending with -05 printed on the underside
The recalled 3-volt lithium batteries were packaged in pairs with Browning Black Ice 6-volt Xenon 6 LED flashlights. The batteries were also sold separately in packs of two. No other Black Ice model flashlights are involved in this recall.
The primer is packaged in amber-colored bottles with black caps. The model number 508, 509, 510, 511 or 512 is written on the front of the label. "SASSI" also is written on the labels. The primer was sold in .25-ounce, .50-ounce, 1-ounce, 2-ounce and 4-ounce size bottles. The acrylic primers were sold separately and in kits.
These Internal Halyard flagpoles have a hinged door and a metal cable on the outside of the pole.
The recalled K'NEX Pump Up Racers come in two models: the "Mud Bogger," which has a yellow car body and the "Street Shredder," which has a red car body. Both models have a date code beginning with 7803, which is located on the bottom of the air motor, directly under the name "K'NEX Industries Inc." The toy cars come with a pump attachment that helps project the car forward.
All Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae distributed by Graco are included in this recall. Specifically, Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae were distributed with Graco High Chair model numbers 3656CUB, 3658FKB, 3659KER, 3659NGS, 3660WNN and 35605 manufactured between July 22, 2002 and March 9, 2003, and Graco Tot Wheels Mobile Entertainer models 4522OTM, 4522TOTM, 4521ALP, 35628 and 4512FUN manufactured between November 8, 2001 and March 9, 2003. Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae were also distributed separately as an accessory and a replacement part with model number 548094S. Bumble Bee toys with yellow or black antennae are not affected.
