SPARTAN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008 AND 2009 FURION INCOMPLETE EMERGENCY/RESCUE VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM NOVEMBER 5, 2007, THROUGH AUGUST 8, 2009, EQUIPPED WITH CATERPILLAR C7 ENGINES. THE #5 AND #6 FUEL LINES MAY CRACK AT THE FASTENING POINT TO THE COMMON FUEL RAIL AND CAUSE A FUEL LEAK.
This recall involves children's sweatshirts and jackets sold in sizes 2 through 12. The items are made of various materials and were sold in 13 colors and various prints. The recalled men's pullover Sherpa shirts have a four-snap placket and long sleeves with rib-knit cuffs. The shirts are made from 80 percent cotton and 20 percent polyester blend brushed Sherpa fleece in olive and burgundy. A "Norm Thompson" woven label is located at the center back neckline of the garments.
The Hoodie-Footie™ infant and toddler footed pajamas have a front zipper and a detachable hood. The style "Winter Whimsy" is red fleece with multi-colored penguins, snowmen and snowflake designs. They were sold in infant sizes 0 to 18 months and toddler sizes 2T to 5T. "Hoodie Footie," the size and the code GPU#SUNHFH1 or GPU#SUNHFH2 are printed on a label at the neck of the pajamas.
DRV IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2006-2010 ELITE, MOBILE SUITE, AND SELECT SUITE RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. THESE VEHICLES HAVE THE INCORRECT FEDERAL ID TAG, GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATING (GVWR) INFORMATION LABELS WHICH FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 567, "CERTIFICATION."
DAIMLER TRUCKS IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 FREIGHTLINER BUSINESS CLASS M2 VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 25, 2009, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 3, 2009. THESE VEHICLES WERE BUILT WITH OUT OF SPECIFICATION INBOARD SEAT BELT ANCHOR PLATES THAT ARE NOT AS ROBUST AS INTENDED.
HINO IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 NE8J AND NJ8J TRUCKS MANUFACTURED FROM JUNE 1, 2010, THROUGH DECEMBER 10, 2010, AND EQUIPPED WITH CERTAIN EATON TRANSMISSIONS WITH PARK FEATURE. THE REVERSE IDLER SHAFT MAY CONTACT THE PARK FEATURE AND THE TWO COMPONENTS MAY BIND, PREVENTING THE PARK FEATURE FROM ENGAGING.

GENERAL MOTORS IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 CADILLAC ESCALADE, ESCALADE ESV, ESCALADE EXT; CHEVROLET AVALANCHE, COLORADO, EXPRESS, SILVERADO, SUBURBAN, TAHOE; AND GMC CANYON, SIERRA, SAVANA, YUKON AND YUKON XL VEHICLES. THE REAR AXLE CROSS PINS WERE NOT PROPERLY HEAT TREATED AND COULD FRACTURE AND BECOME DISPLACED WITHIN THE REAR AXLE. SHOULD THE PIN SHIFT OUT OF POSITION, IT COULD CREATE AN INTERFERENCE CONDITION AND CAUSE THE REAR AXLE TO LOCK.
The recall involves outdoor hanging lanterns labeled as "Northridge" in the Quiozel 2009 Catalog with the model number #AGNT1912K. The lantern is made of black aluminum; yellow, orange and white glass; and red, orange and beige agate stones. It is 19.5" tall and 12" diameter. The model number is located on the side of the lantern's box, on a tag attached to the lantern, on the instruction sheet and on the lantern's ceiling mount.
The recall involves Goulds, Red Jacket and Bell & Gossett Pumps used in residential applications to pump wastewater and sewage. The pumps are sky blue or red and display the brand names Goulds, Red Jacket or Bell & Gossett. These pumps were installed in new construction or as replacement pumps between December 2009 and July 2010. DUTCHMEN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 RUBICON AND VOLTAGE RECREATIONAL VEHICLES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN AUGUST 16, 2010, THROUGH DECEMBER 23, 2011. THE FUEL SHUT-OFF TIMER MODULES ARE DEFECTIVE. THE MODULE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PROGRAMMED WITH A 5 MINUTE SHUT-OFF FEATURE, WHICH AUTOMATICALLY SHUTS OFF THE FUEL PUMP AFTER 5 MINUTES OF NO ACTIVITY. THE DEFECTIVE MODULES DO NOT HAVE THIS AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF FEATURE PROGRAMMED INTO THEM. THIS ALLOWS THE FUEL PUMP TO CONTINUOUSLY RUN IF NOT SHUT OFF IN THE INITIAL 5 MINUTE PERIOD, CAUSING IT TO OVERHEAT AND FAIL.
This recall involves hooded cardigans sold under the "Lili Gaufrette" brand name, model number G617093 and named the LEPARIGO cardigan. The cardigans were sold in pink, brown and black, and in children's sizes 4-14. "LiLi Gaufrette MADE IN FRANCE" is printed on the tag sewn inside the garment, and "LiLi" is printed on the tag sewn onto the left front pocket.
HONDA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 HONDA ACCORD AND CR-V VEHICLES. THERE IS A POTENTIAL FAILURE WITH THE ENGINE WIRING HARNESS CONNECTOR WHICH MAY CAUSE INTERMITTENT SPARK FIRING OR THE ENGINE TO STALL.
The recalled Oven Rack Guard is intended to be placed on an oven rack to prevent burns on the arms or wrist when placing items in or removing them from an oven. The Oven Rack Guard is off white in color, 18 inches long and contains five metal snaps that secure the Oven Rack Guard to the oven rack. The SKU number is 66262 and the UPC number is 15697769. Both numbers are located on the package.
This recall involves the following Black Diamond 2010 Avalung backpacks (see chart below). These backpacks have an air intake system that the company states extracts air from the snow, allowing the victim of an avalanche to breathe while buried under the snow. The model name and color are printed on the side of the backpack. The PO number is printed on a white label inside the backpack. TRANSTECH BUS (TCI) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MFSAB SCHOOL BUSES FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE JOINT STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 221, "SCHOOL BUS BODY JOINT STRENGTH." THE AFFECTED BUSES DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE ON CERTAIN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ROOF BODY PANEL JOINTS. TCI WILL PROVIDE THE SPECIFIC BUS MODELS BY MODEL YEAR AND DATES OF PRODUCTION ONCE THEY HAVE DETERMINED WHICH BUSES ARE AFFECTED BY THE NONCOMPLAINCE.
This recall involves all CroMoto S.U.L. 25.4 and 26.0 threadless handlebar stems and all CroMoto S.U.L. 26.0 quill handlebar stems sold as individual aftermarket units after April 1, 2010. The handlebar stems are black and have the word "Salsa" painted on the extension. The recalled handlebar stems have a hash mark on the inside of the stem bar clamp area.
