This recall involves children's Cool Blue backpacks with lights and reflective trim. The backpacks were sold in seven colors: dark blue, light blue, orange, red, green, maroon and purple. Style number 175732 is printed on a label attached to the left side of the main compartment. Backpacks sold after July 19, 2006 are not included in this recall.
The recalled toy is made of bendable plastic and is in the shape of a brown dog with black ears, paws and feet, a Dalmatian dog with pink paws, a white dog with orange spots, a brown dog with pink paws, a white cat with orange stripes, a brown cat with pink paws, a black cat with pink ears and a white cat with brown spots. The toys are about 3.75 inches tall. The toy's packaging is labeled as item 39/1461-K and 39/1461-KM.
Zep Industrial Purple Cleaner & Degreaser is a clear, purple liquid. "Zep Heavy Duty Floor Stripper" is a clear, colorless, water-thin liquid. Both products were sold in 5-gallon, white pails with large blue labels and blue lids. Each pail carries a batch code written on the side of the pail. Only the following batch codes are included in the recall: Industrial Purple Cleaner & Degreaser (HD0856), Batch Codes: 1607501, 1607601, 1608001, 1608101, 1608201, 1608601, 1608701, 1609001, 1609101, 1609401, 1609601, 1610101, and 1610301. Heavy Duty Floor Stripper (HD1071), Batch Codes: 1607401, 1607601, 1608101, 1608201, 1608301, 1608801, 1609001, 1609701, 1610001, and 1610201.

This recall involves F Forward Firestreet scooters. The red or blue aluminum scooters have a fold-down frame and model number BZ 020 SP. The "F Forward" logo is noted on the stem, wheel or base deck of the scooter.

The recalled Black & Decker mowers have the model CMM1000 or CMM1000R and are labeled as Type 1 through Type 4, both of which are located on the silver and black label affixed to the rear door of the mower. Mowers labeled as Type 5 are not included in this recall. The Black & Decker mowers have either an orange or green deck with a black motor cover. The Craftsman brand mowers have model number 900.370520 and include all date codes and types. The model number is located on the silver and black label affixed to the rear door of the mower. The Craftsman mowers have a dark green deck with a black motor cover.
These Speed Buckle Harnesses were sold under the following model names: Gym Speed, Focus Speed, Momentum Speed, Vario Speed and Wiz Kid. The names can be found on a tag sewn inside the waist belt of the harnesses. The harnesses are various colors and were sold individually. Only Black Diamond Equipment Speed Buckle Harnesses with incorrectly threaded buckles are included in this recall.
The recalled ballast is used to dim compact fluorescent lighting fixtures. The ballasts are not visible once installed. The ballasts were included with light fixtures sold under numerous brand names. Consumers should not touch these fixtures, since they could pose a shock hazard. The fixtures with these ballasts have a 120 VAC application, the fixture housing is for a 26W or 32W four-pin plug-in compact fluorescent lamp installed after July 1998. Most of the lights were sold for commercial use, though some were sold for consumer use. This recall does not involve light fixtures containing incandescent or halogen lamps or fixtures with screw-in compact fluorescent lamps or straight tube (linear) fluorescent lamps.
The recalled picnic tables have a GREEN plastic top, four GREEN plastic seats that are permanently attached, and silver/steel aluminum legs. Model numbers involved in this recall are W50B2268 and W50H0284. The model numbers are located on the packaging.
The recalled batteries were sold with or sold separately to be used with the following Dell notebook computers: Latitude™ D410, D500, D505, D510, D520, D600, D610, D620, D800, D810; Inspiron™ 6000, 8500, 8600, 9100, 9200, 9300, 500m, 510m, 600m, 6400, E1505, 700m, 710m, 9400, E1705; Dell Precision™ M20, M60, M70 and M90 mobile workstations; and XPS,™ XPS Gen2, XPS M170 and XPS M1710. "Dell" and one of the following markings are printed on the batteries: "Made in Japan," "Made in China," or "Battery Cell Made in Japan Assembled in China." The identification number for each battery appears on a white sticker.

This recall involves Toulon potted candles that were sold individually and as a set. The larger, citronella-scented single candles were sold in cream, green and terracotta. Candles sold as a set include four smaller candles with cream or green pots and were sold in citronella and unscented. Item numbers involved in the recall are AW058 (single) and AW057 (set). The pots have a raised floral and garland design.
The recalled chairs and bar stools were sold under the model name Frameworx. The models affected are short table height chair model number 53-861025-000 and tall bar stool model number 57-860979-000. The model name and model numbers are not written on the chairs. The model number is only written on the original shipping carton, packing list or invoice. The chairs and bar stools have a plastic bucket-style seat bolted to a steel seat plate assembly that connects to the down tube of the seat.
This recall involves the NRS Manta Surfer River Board also sold as LL Bean Body Board. The Surfer Board is black, red and blue with the NRS logo printed on the top front of the board. The LL Bean Body Board is black, yellow and blue with the LL Bean logo printed on the top front. The boards measure 41 inches long by 24 inches wide. Item numbers 1869 (NRS) and 41869 (LL Bean) are printed on the tag sewn into the bottom seam, near the inflation valve.
The recalled cords are green, measure 6 feet long, are intended for indoors and have a three-outlet extension. Attached to the cord is a silver counterfeit UL holographic label marked "09/01 E157848 UL LISTED CORD SET BW-3045 13A 125V 1625W".
This recall involves children's Super Cooking Sets, a 12-piece stainless steel set with miniature pots that have clear glass lids. Each set comes with a pasta pot with glass lid, stockpot with glass lid, frying pan, two potholders and utensils. The cooking sets were sold in a white box with a clear plastic window. "ALEX" and "Super Cooking Set" are printed on the box. A red sticker labeled "unbreakable glass" is affixed to the pot lids. Cooking sets manufactured after April 1, 2006 have stainless steel lids and are not included in this recall.
The recalled loungewear was sold in girls' and boys' sizes 7 through 14 in plaid, camouflage, floral and heart print patterns with elastic or drawstring waistbands. The recall involves the Mars Lightning 7001 dome electroplasma lamp, which simulates lightning bolts inside. It has a glass dome glued to a black base. Writing under the base includes the SKU number of 00473421, "MARS LIGHTNING7001" and "LIGHTNING 2000."
