The recalled Blade Turbo™ paintball marker is bright blue with a black handgrip on the nozzle. Two carbon dioxide cartridges are inserted into the back of the marker covered by a clear plastic screw-on cap. The silver-colored carbon dioxide cartridges are about three inches long. The Paintball Breakout Players Kit™ includes a Blade Turbo™, black mask and CO2 cartridges. "Blade Turbo" is printed on the side of the paintball marker. Paintball markers are sometimes referred to as paintball guns.
The recalled espresso makers are black and silver, have a silver control panel, and can make two cups of espresso at once. The word "KRUPS" is printed on the front of the machine. The recall includes Strike First 2.5 lb and 5 lb dry chemical fire extinguishers with model numbers WBSF-ABC110AP, WBSF-ABC210AP, and WBSF-ABC340AP. The model number is located under the manufacturer's address on the far right hand side of the instruction label. The Husqvarna Viking Designer I sewing and embroidering machines have white plastic exterior and contain the words "Husqvarna Viking" and "Designer I." The repair program involves only the roof glass in sunrooms (including skylights installed as part of the sunroom) that reflect sunlight onto nearby cedar shingles or cedar shakes. It involves reflective Code 77 roof insulating glass units. It includes new sunrooms sold from 1996 through 2002, but possibly constructed later, and those sunrooms, regardless of when built, that had roof glass or skylights replaced with Code 77 glass from 1996 to 2005.
Weil-McClain GV water boiler Models GV-3, GV-4, GV-5 and GV-6 with a serial number/date code range of CP5075477 to CP5221234 and built from April 1, 2005 through October 31, 2005. Serial numbers and date codes are located on the left side of the jacket, above the boiler rating label.
The recalled walkers have eight wheels and an activity tray with interactive toys. The walkers are blue and pink with various designs on the cloth seat. "Imported by Ace Han Corp" is printed on labels located on the base of the walkers.
DESA 40-80,000 BTU Portable Propane Convection Heaters generate from 40,000 to 80,000 BTUs an hour. The following model names and number are involved in this recall: Reddy Heater (RCP80VC), All-Pro (SPC-80CC), MASTER (TC80VC), Universal (80-CC), and Dayton (6BY73). These heaters have serial numbers between 017390000 and 017632220. The model and serial numbers are on the carton and on labels attached to the heater. The designation "Made in China" is on the carton and model label attached to the heater.
The recalled walkers are intended for babies 6 months and older. The walkers are blue, green, pink and yellow. They have musical activity trays with various toys and themes including rockets and a tank with an army print cloth seat, lights and a steering wheel with a teddy bear cloth seat, and a monkey's face with a teddy bear seat cloth. "Baby" and "BEBELOVE" are printed on labels on some of the walkers.
The recalled walkers have eight wheels and are sold in various colors including dark blue, pink and white, or pink and red. The activity trays on the baby walkers have a steering wheel, various rattles and a mirror or animal themes. The trays play music when the baby pushes a button. "Baby" is printed on a sticker on the tray or the walker's base.
The recalled electric smokers include models BTST02 (stainless steel) and BTIS1 (black) and consist of a smoke generator, a smoke tower and two power cords. The model number appears on a silver label on the back of the smoker. The products have a "Bradley Smoker" logo on the door and at the bottom, under the red light "Power Indicator." The recalled black smokers contain one of the following serial numbers: 0508000110000001 to 0508000110000354 0508000113000001 to 0508000113000294 0508000116000001 to 0508000116000354 The recalled stainless steel smokers contain one of the following serial numbers: 0508000111000001 to 0508000111000354. The serial number appears on a label on the back of each smoker.
The recalled model is CH920. The ceramic portable electric heaters are the oscillating tower type. They are gray and have a control panel attached to the top of the unit. "Maxi-Heat™" is printed on the control panel. The model number is printed on the ETL label on the bottom of the back side of the unit.
The recalled garments are various color jackets, coats, sweatshirts and sweaters, sold in youth sizes up to size 12 with drawstrings through the hood. Many of the sweatshirts have the names of colleges and universities written on them. A tag sewn on the garment reads, "Steve & Barry's Quality Athletic Goods." The style numbers are 15178, 16105, 16168, 16230, 16231, 16257, 16509, 17197, 17285 and 18346, which is written on a collar or side label.
The recalled blower is used outside to blow, vacuum or mulch leaves. "Homelite" is printed on the top of the blower. The blower is red with a black nozzle, and weighs about 10 lbs. Model number UT08542 or UT08542A is printed on the operator's manual. Only blowers missing the black cover over the fan are included in the recall. "Homelite" and "Vac Attack II" are written on the fan cover. A bag connects to the blower to collect the leaves or mulch.
Each kit contains a variety of safety equipment including a "Forever Flashlight," which does not use batteries. Shaking the flashlight for 30 seconds provides about 5 minutes of light. The Outdoorsman in a Bottle kit contains a compass. Other items which could be included in the kits include gloves, a blanket, emergency vest, a water bottle, a rain poncho and a knife. L.L. Bean is written on the bottle or blanket with these kits.
The recalled Porter-Cable routers are tools used in conjunction with various bits to cut and shape wood. The model and serial numbers are printed on the nameplate on the top of the router. Routers marked with a "T" above "PORTER+CABLE" on the nameplate are not included in this recall. The recalled lawnmowers were sold under the NEUTON® name and carry model number EM 4 1 NEUTON® printed on the front portion of the lawnmower. The lawnmowers are two shades of green and have a 14-inch cutting width with rear bagging capability. The serial number ranges of the recalled mowers are CE4049212 through CE4054902 and CE4061492 through CE4071541. The serial number can be found by lifting the rear discharge guard of the mower. It is on a sticker on the lower left side of the mower housing.
The recalled bicycle handlebar stem is black. Stems with production codes 01 03 through 45 04, and stems with no production code are included in this recall. The production code is the bottom set of numbers located on the end of the stem.
The recall includes all Mizuno "Gamer" baseball gloves. These gloves have the word "Gamer" printed on the palm of the gloves.
