The Happyvillagers are made with birchwood and painted with various villager images. The sets were sold separately with 12 villagers per set and as a part of the Happyville Special set that included a set of 35 Happyville Blocks. Only the Happyvillagers are included in the recall.
The chairs are steel outdoor chairs with a white frame and a pink or blue sling fabric seat and back. The chairs measure about 9.5 inches in height. The seats have two small plastic covers located behind the back of the seat and two covers under the seat.
The recall involves "Wolf" all-carbon road bike forks with a 1-inch diameter threadless steer tube. The bicycle forks were sold with 2003 model Soloist Team and Super Prodigy bicycles and framesets. A 17cm "Cervélo" logo is printed in white outlined letters on both fork legs.
These are 12-foot, 13-foot, and 14-foot trampolines, which were sold separately, and also banded together with safety enclosures. They were sold under the brand names Hedstrom and NBF. The brand name is written on the warning labels found on the products. The recalled trampolines have model numbers 10136, 101366, 101442, 10146, 102369, 102949, 10321, 103217 or 10381. They also have four-digit date codes ranging from 0403 through 2103 with the last two digits always being 03. Model I.D. labels showing the model number and date code are located on one of the frame rail legs on the trampoline.
These are Ideal voltage and voltage/continuity testers with model numbers 61-065, 61-066, 61-067, 61-076, 61-079, and 61-080. "IDEAL" and the model number are located on the front of the tester. The tester body is yellow. The wire leads have one black and one red test probe. Recalled units were manufactured between November 1999 and May 2002. The recalled Bobbie Bear Stacking Rings have a blue and orange rounded bottom, two multicolored stacking rings, and an orange plastic bear head topper. The toy can be spun like a top and makes a rattling sound when shaken. The toy is designed for children ages 6-24 months and has a model number of E00421, which can be found on the packaging.
The recalled 18-volt, cordless drill/drivers are orange or jade and have the words, "Black & Decker" printed on the body of the drill. The recalled units were manufactured in China. No other models or date codes are affected by this recall to repair.
The green, frog-shaped sprinkler is 6-1/2 inches long, 6-1/2 inches wide and 7 inches tall. The recalled lawn balls have a label on the bottom that includes the model number 738449 508893 and the words, "Made in China."
The recalled units are the UWATEC Smart PRO and the Smart COM dive computers. The Smart PRO is offered as a console and as a wrist unit. The Smart COM only comes in a console model. The names of each unit appear on the computer case, along with the name "UWATEC."
The recalled slow cookers were sold under the Hamilton Beach and Proctor-Silex brand names, which are printed on the front of the base of the unit. The slow cookers are either round or oval, and were sold in solid white and various print designs. They have a capacity of 3.5 to 6.5 quarts. The slow cookers have series codes A through D which are printed on the bottom along with the model number. The boxed sets contain a clear vase with pink or purple floral designs, and a 16-ounce bottle of paraffin oil. The packaging is labeled "Handpainted Oil Lamp Set" and "Floral Garden." Item number 054 11 0229 is printed on the packaging.
There are two styles of lighters included in this recall. The first is a chrome and silver lighter, in the shape of a rearing horse. It is about 2.3 inches long and is labeled "DE-L-36." The second lighter is silver-colored, in the shape of a bird head holding a snake. It is about 2.5 inches long and is labeled "DE-L-23."

The recall includes four animal plush toys. The white rabbit has a purple egg which reads "Happy Easter," the green rabbit has a yellow egg which reads "Happy Easter," the purple bear has a purple egg which reads "Happy Easter," and the yellow duck carries a green egg which reads "You're Egg-stra Special." Each toy has a permanent label affixed which reads "The Boyd's Collection, Ltd."
The recalled electric blankets are the SOIREE® (only those sold at Belk stores) and Soft n' Warm® (only sold at K-mart), both of which were sold in king, queen, full and twin sizes. At Belk, the electric blankets were sold only in ivory color and at K-mart they were sold in ivory, light blue and hunter green colors. The model name appears on the packaging, but not on the blanket. Both models have a UL warning label and a permanent label that reads "Perfect Fit" and "Shell Made in China. Wired and Closed in U.S.A." The Soft n' Warm® model has a date code ranging from 02228 through 02305 printed on a warning label on the foot of the blanket.
The "Spit Smatter" spray comes in a pressurized can and emits a colored foam based on one of five brands: "Original Smatter," "Blueberry Smatter," "Banana Cream Smatter," "Lemon Meringue Smatter," and "Fatter Smatter." The brand name is printed on the can and the word "Nickelodeon" is printed on the orange trigger mechanism.
The firework device consists of a black base with a multicolored PVC material tube having approximate dimensions of 11 inches high by 1.25 inches in diameter. Each product is sold with six shells with fuses. The product is labeled "Model No. CP983," "Item No 460070," "TNT," and "#1 SELLING BRAND."
The black or white plastic adapter plugs have names of specific countries or regions where the plugs are intended for use written on the side. The writing includes "NORTHERN EUROPE," "GREAT BRITAIN," "NO. AMERICA," "AUSTRALIA," and "SO. EUROPE." Except for the names of these countries and regions, the recalled plugs have no other writing on them. Plugs with "MADE IN USA" printed between the prongs, or that have a screw between the prongs, are not included in the recall.
