The rocker is part of the Herrington collection of patio furniture. The rocker is dark brown with a brown cloth seat, has a swivel base and a cut out pattern on the metal backrest. The item number, 119178, is printed on the rocker's packaging and on the assembly instructions. The rocker came in two sections, a base and a seat, and customers were required to bolt the seat to the base.
The consoles were sold with Vision Fitness treadmill frames and control the operation of the treadmill. 2006 Premier Consoles can be identified by the word Premier or T9700HRT printed on the console face under the Vision Fitness logo. These consoles were sold under model numbers TCFP6, TCPP6 and C9700H6. Model numbers are printed on the underside of the console and located on the serial number tag. The following serial numbers are included in the recall: Model TCPP6: Serial numbers TC175B05060002 through TC175B05080480. Model TCFP6: Serial numbers TC176B05060002 through TC176B05080309. Model TC9700H6: Serial numbers TC184B05070012 through TC18405080143.
The wheels have a black, abrasive exterior; a red circular label on the interior; and are used to clean, slot, nick and cut metal. The wheels were sold under the "Vermont American" brand name had the following catalog numbers, diameters and blade thickness: Item # Diameter Blade Thickness 28026 6-1/2" 1/8" 28027 7"-7-1/4" 1/8" 28028 8" 1/8" 28030 10" 1/8" 28032 12" 1/8" 28033 14" 1/8"
The drill bits are 1/4 inch by 13 inches long, 5/16 inch by 13 inches long, 3/8 inch by 13 inches long, and 1/2 inch by 13 inches long. They were sold separately as accessories under the "Vermont American" brand name under catalog numbers: 14044, 14045, 14046, and 14048.
These cable assemblies are used by wall climbers in auto-belay and auto-zip devices to prevent a climber from free-falling. The cable assemblies are made up of a stainless steel cable eye, and 1/4-inch galvanized wire rope. The recalled cable assemblies have date codes 1-06, 2-06, or 3-06 etched onto the cable eye.
The recalled Sunbeam-branded gas ranges are of various colors and show the Sunbeam brand name on the backguard panel.
The harnesses are tan or light brown and were sold as an accessory with the following tree stands or ladders: Viper X5, Goliath X5, Razor X5, Summit 180o, Bushmaster X5, Broadhead Backpacker, Bullet Backpacker, Clearshot, Openshot, and MegaSampson. Only harnesses with "Manufactured in 2005," and "Made in China" printed on a label on the harness tether are included in this recall.
The recalled yo-yo toys are clear plastic with red, blue or green tinted sides and light up while in motion. The toys are about 2 inches in diameter and have "Ruby's Diner" printed on each side.
The recall includes the T7, T7.1, T8 and T9.1 models of the Endurance Treadmills. The treadmills are black and silver. The model number is located along the side of the running surface near the end of the treadmill. Consumers should check the serial number, located on the front lower shroud of the treadmill along the vertical surface on a white sticker, and contact the company to confirm their treadmill is included in the recall.
Gazelle® Freestyle Crosstrainer and Crosstrainer Pro exercisers are "glider-style" exercise equipment. The user moves two foot platforms in a striding motion back and forth while grasping handlebars attached to the platforms. The model name "Gazelle Freestyle Cross Trainer" or "Gazelle Freestyle Cross Trainer Pro" is printed on the side of each product's frame.
The recall involves some X650 second stage regulators. All X650 second stage regulators are clearly marked with a blue capital "X" next to the numbers "650" in white. Affected regulators have a visible bump located on the right side of the unit between the letter "C" and where the mouthpiece attaches to the regulator body.
The E1XM-model AM/FM/SW/XM-ready radios that are included in the recall have serial numbers from 3,067 through 5,642. The serial number is listed underneath the flap on the back of the unit. The Etón logo is located on the bottom left-hand corner of the unit. The XM radio logo and "e1" are written in the upper right corner of the radio. The unit is silver, and measures about 13 inches wide by 7.5 inches high by 2.5 inches deep.
This recall involves the HP Photosmart R707 digital camera. The HP logo and the model name and number are printed on the front of the camera.
The recalled coffeemakers make up to 8 cups of coffee and have a programmable countertop feature. The coffeemakers are silver and black with a stainless steel carafe. Model numbers TCM800 and TCM805 are printed on the rating plate on the bottom of the coffeemaker.
The pre-lit 5-foot ficus tree inside a bamboo basket includes a green light string featuring 70 clear mini bulbs wrapped and attached throughout the leaves and around the trunk. A silver holograph UL sticker and cautionary label with UL File number E254698, Model no. WL-70/2C is attached to the end of the cord. The end of the decorative light string includes a tag with the marking "E254698" and model number WL-70/2C similar to the label shown in the photograph.
The recalled product is the Nexgrill Model 720-0025 Gas Grill. The stainless steel grill is designed to be used with propane gas. The name of the grill is located at the left corner of the exterior of the main burner lid. The serial number is printed on the CSA sticker, which is located behind the door. A temperature gauge is located at the center of the main burner lid.
The smokers cook food slowly at lower temperatures and use wood chips to produce smoke inside the unit for flavor. Wood chips are placed inside the smoker and heated using an electric burner element to produce smoldering coals. The electric smokehouse model ESQ30B has a black powder coated outer shell with the Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse logo on the front door. The electric smokehouse model ESQ30S has a stainless steel outer shell with the Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse logo on the front door. The model number is located on a metal plate on the back of the unit.
The recalled models are the In-Ceiling Speaker, NS-IW360C, which is round; and the In-Wall Speaker, NS-IW660, which is rectangular. Both models have a white rim and grill, and black interior. Each individual speaker has its own unique serial number. The model and serial numbers appear both on the box and on the speakers. The recalled pacifiers are rubber nipples attached to a white or light blue plastic guard. The cardboard packaging has a picture of a baby, some toy blocks, a toy train engine and a diaper pin with a bear on it. The pacifiers are sold in packs of two. Writing on the front of the packaging includes, "Baby," "2 pack Pacifiers" and "BI194." The back of the packaging has an American flag and the writing, "AN AMERICAN COMPANY."
The recalled mirror is double-sided, lighted, and has three touch control settings. It has a metal stand with a brushed silver-colored finish. The mirror is 6.5 inches in diameter and has regular side and a magnified side. Model number DK-00118/H-1698-0 is on the bottom of the mirror's base. "Touch lighting with 3 settings" is printed on a white sticker on the top of the mirror's base.
