The YDP213 Digital Piano is black with a black and white keyboard and brown trim. The bench is black with a cushioned seat. White stick-on labels on the underside of the bench give the assembly instructions and reference several requirements. All labels have Yamaha written on them. The serial number and "Made in China" are stamped on the underside of the seat. The YDP213 Digital Piano and BC-104DR(U) Keyboard Bench are sold together with the bench, boxed within the piano box. The model number of the bench appears only on the box within the piano box and not on the bench itself.
The battery is included as a power source for the MAX Wireless Conference Phone Models 910-158-001 and 910-158-070. The model number is located on the product ID label on the underside of the MAX Wireless Conference Phone Pod. The phone is black, six-sided and has a domed speaker in the center. "Clear One Max" is written on the top of the phone. The recalled battery pack is green and is located in the battery compartment on the underside of the Max phone pod. The recall involves the TWD rechargeable nickel metal hydride battery pack with model number TH-AA2200. The battery pack's model number "TH-AA2200," "TWD NI-MH Battery," and "7.2v AA2200mAH" are printed on the side of the battery. The battery pack is also sold separately.
The round, black mini-trampoline measures 36 inches across and has six 7½-inch long metal legs. The mini-trampoline is used for in-place jogging and other cardiovascular exercises. Most mini-trampolines that have model numbers containing 35-1625 are included in the recall. Model 35-1625C and 35-1625CW units are not included in the recall. The model number, along with the customer service and serial numbers, are stamped on a black and white label on one of the legs, containing the name "Stamina."
The recalled three-piece set includes a desk, computer stand and chair. Model number NF913232 is located on the product's box. The chair in the office set is gray with a black seat and a silver tubular metal frame.
LandRoller skates have two oversized wheels on each skate that are angled inward, which is designed to help the user keep balanced on cracked pavement and uneven surfaces. The recalled LandRoller brand skates are the "Terra 9" model manufactured between July 2005 and December 2005. The date of manufacture can be determined from the serial number, which is written on a white sticker attached to the upper inside of the right boot's plastic ankle cuff. Serial numbers beginning with "L050" are included in the recall. The brand name is on the skate's tongue and model is on the skate's rear heel area. Women's skates are purple and gray and sold in sizes 6 through 11. Men's skates are blue and black and sold in sizes 5 through 12.
The recalled bed rest is designed to support a person sitting in bed. It is beige and consists of a back, two foldable armrests with a cup holder and massage controls, and a headrest with a reading light attached. "Imported by Brookstone Company" is printed on a tag attached to the bed rest. The massaging bed rest also provides heat at a single setting. A curly beige cord is attached to the back lower left corner of the bed rest. On some of the bed rests, "SKU NO: 431254" is printed on a round metal plate where the curly beige cord plugs into the bed rest. "Brookstone" is printed on the beige plug-in transformer that attaches to the beige cord.
This recall involves portable projectors designed for use with laptop computers, and a replacement lamp module sold for use with these projectors. The recalled projector models are InFocus LP120 and ASK Proxima M1, built between October 2005 and January 2006. The model number and serial numbers are written on the bottom of the projectors. They have the following serial numbers: Model LP120 - AJNV541A0001 through AJNV551A0301 Model M1 - AKUV546A0001 through AKUV547A0268 The recalled replacement lamp module is SP-LAMP-013, built between November 2005 and January 2006. There is no writing on the lamps, but "SP-LAMP-013" is on the label on the box.
The recall includes power equipment with Tecumseh engines listed below. The engine model number and date of manufacture (DOM) information is located on a label on the side of the housing. The recalled engines have a date of manufacture code (DOM) that starts with 05241 to 05286. The label on the engine reads, "Tecumseh Power Company," and in addition to the Model and DOM information, lists the Spec number needed for identification. The recall involves all models and packages of the Model Years 2005 and 2006 Mach Z and all models and packages of the Model Year 2006 MX Z Renegade 1000 Ski-Doo® snowmobiles. The Mach Z model was available in black and the MXZ model was available in black or yellow. Model name is located on the side panels.
All Magnetix magnetic building sets, including the X-treme Combo, Micro, and Extreme sets. The sets contain 20 to 200 plastic building pieces and 20 to 100 1/2-inch diameter steel balls. The building pieces are red, yellow, blue and green, and are shaped in 1 1/2-inch squares, 1-inch triangles and cylinder rods. Some plastic building pieces have "Magnetix" imprinted on them.
The Automatic Coffee Centers have E50, E55, E70 or E75 printed in large type on the front panel and model number 12941, 13035, 13085 or 13088 printed on the bottom of the machine. These machines grind, compact ground coffee, pressure brew, stop automatically, and discard the used coffee grounds. They can also dispense hot water for tea and hot steam to froth and steam milk.
The recalled toys are soft, stuffed yellow taxis, black and white police cars and red fire engines, each with four plastic wheels. They measure about 6 inches in length and 5 inches in width. The toys have a silver-colored button on top that makes sounds when pushed. The police car and the fire engine make a siren sound. The taxi makes engine and horn sounds. "Kids Preferred" is printed on an attached fabric tag.
The recalled lighters have the "Speedway" logo on the front, "Acculite" embossed on only one side of the silver metal windscreen, and the warning information on the back in black type only (no red type).
The recall includes American Girl necklaces, bracelets, earrings and hair accessories for girls. The recall does not include jewelry for American Girl dolls. The jewelry's packaging features a red and white cardboard backing with "American Girl" and "Made in China" written on the front.
This recall involves the Bowflex Ultimate 2 home gym, which is an exercise machine equipped with pulleys, tension rods and other equipment, to permit the user to select from among a variety of exercise routines. The name "Bowflex" and the model name "Bowflex Ultimate 2" are on the front of the lat tower and the sides of the main upright frame structure.
The London Underground Neon Wall Sign is made of metal with glass tubing, containing neon gas and includes an AC adaptor. It was sold under item #HB3163, but this is not written on the sign. It is 14.5 inches by 12 inches, and is a licensed product from the London Transport Museum. There is a label attached to back of sign, which reads: "UNDERGROUND®; ©Transport for London; Exclusively designed Underground product, ©TfL registered user no. 04/4088."
The Thunder Spin R.C. Road Rage Stunt Machine is 10 inches by 11 inches and was sold in blue or green. The radio-controlled Stunt Machine comes with one charger, one 9.6V rechargeable battery pack, and one 9-volt battery. The model number, T23624, is written only on the product's packaging, located above the Universal Product Code. The Stunt Machine comes with two orange flame decals on each side of the vehicle, one of which includes "Stunt Machine" in orange block lettering. A "Thunder Spin" logo can be found on the bottom of the vehicle.
The recall involves the Child Guidance "Busy Baby Activity Tool Pliers," which are about 6 inches long. The plastic toy has an orange handle, a red center knob and a yellow sliding knob on the side. The red center knob has "child GUIDANCE" written on it. The battery-operated toy makes various electronic sounds, plays music and has flashing lights. The pliers also contain multicolored beads. A label on the back reads, "RadioShack."
The recalled Pelican Power Brick is an external recharging battery pack that sells as a separate accessory to be used with the Sony PSP™ (PlayStation Portable). The Pelican Power Brick consists of two lithium-ion battery cells connected via a circuit board and mounted in a small plastic housing. The battery cells are charged when plugged into an electrical outlet using the PSP™ AC adaptor. Once charged, it is used to recharge the PSP™. The model number for the battery charger, PL-6018, can be found on the back of the unit. The battery charger was sold alone and also as part of several kits containing other accessories by Electro Source LLC. Sony neither manufactured nor distributed the Pelican Power Brick. Only the Pelican Power Brick is included in this recall.
The rings are silver in color, adjustable, and have one of a variety of designs with a toy "gem" in the center. The necklaces have a black string with silver colored clasps and a silver charm with a "gem" in the center. The following are printed on the charms' packaging: "Mood Necklace," Mood Ring," "Glow in the Dark Necklace," "Glow in the Dark Ring," "UV Necklace" or "UV Ring." The "UV" jewelry packaging reads, "The Sun's Energy Will Change The Color." On the reverse of the packaging is "SKU#815485" and the name "Mannix."
