The recalled floats are packaged as "SunSmart" Baby Adjustable Sunshade Boats. The baby floats are blue and white circular tubes with a seat in the middle, and a detachable protective sunshade. The vinyl floats, intended for ages 6 months to 18 months, have pictures of purple crabs and various colored fish along the top. The word "SunSmart" is printed across the front of the float. The recalled boats can be identified by the lettering "C/S" molded on the valve.
The Cozy Coupe Computer Mouse is a fully functional computer mouse, shaped like a toy car. The car is plastic and has a red body and yellow roof. A sticker on the back of the car that is shaped like a license plate says, "Cool Car." The computer mouse set also includes two software packages: "Junior Net," a program that provides children with access to a safe environment for e-mailing and participating in animated games; and "Jump*Start Preschool," a CD with 10 sing-and-learn songs.
The vinyl Zapper toys are about 2 to 3 inches long, and come in the shape of various animals, including frogs, dinosaurs and snakes. When the toy is squeezed, the balloon tongue attached to its mouth inflates or rolls out. "CHINA" or "MADE IN CHINA" is molded into the toy.
The Munchkin T-Strap girls' shoes were sold in children's sizes 4 through 12. They have a strap that is fastened by a metal buckle on the side of the shoe. The word "MUNCHKIN" is molded into the bottom of the shoe. The rattles were sold under the Wiggly Giggler brand name. The rattle can be shaken, stacked and rolled. The rattle is a 3-inch long tube with mushroom caps on each end. It was sold in three color combinations, green with purple caps, orange with pink caps and purple with orange caps. The rattle contains a noisemaker inside that produces a sound when the rattle is shaken. "Wiggly Giggler™" is written on the tube of the rattle. Rattles with a small number "3" imprinted in the painted circle on the base of the mushroom end cap, in the center of the four sound holes are not included in this recall.
The Ceraflame Ceramic Stove Top Tea Kettles are made of ceramic and are glazed black. The tea kettles have either a brown wooden handle, or a ceramic handle of a similar color to the kettle. The kettles have the words "Ceraflame" and "Made in Brazil" stamped on the bottom. Tea kettles purchased at Bloomingdale's stores or on QVC are not involved in this recall.
The recalled coffeemaker is model DL 10 and date coded 0801 and 0901. It is white, black or green with "Gevalia" written on the front.
The recalled bicycles are the 2001 Diamondback XSL-Race and XSL-Pro Mountain models. The XSL-Race model is white with red and black decals. The XSL-Pro model is yellow with white decals.
The recalled ATVs are the 2000, 2001 and 2002 model year "Xpedition 425" with 5-speed manual transmissions. The ATVs are either red or a tan metallic, and have "Xpedition 425" and "Polaris" written on both sides of the bodywork. On the left-hand side of the ATV on the clutch cover, near the footrest, appear the words "5-Speed".
The recall involves lawn tractors sold under the brand names Poulan Pro, WEED EATER, Husqvarna and Jonsered. They have the manufacturer ID number and serial date codes listed below, located under the tractor seat on the fender. Brand MFG. The recall involves Mid-Mount Series 225/52 riding mowers with serial numbers 5110281 through 5210414. Serial numbers are located on the right fender, under the seat.
The recalled Yamaha motorcycles are 1996-2001 YZ125 and YZ250 series motocross vehicles, with model numbers YZ125H1, YZ125J1, YZ125K1, YZ125L1, YZ125M1, YZ125N1, YZ250H1, YZ250J1, YZ250K1, YZ250L1, YZ250M1, YZ250N1 and WR250J. The recalled motorcycles are blue and white with the word "Yamaha" written on the side of the wheel fork.
The recalled juice extractors are white plastic, about 12 inches in height, and have the name "Hamilton Beach" printed on the side of the unit. The juice extractors have the following model numbers, which can be found under each unit: 67150, 67180, 67180W, 395WS, 67199 and 3920JS.
The Suzuki "Eiger" LT-F400K2 and LT-F400FK2 (two and four-wheel drive) ATVs have manual transmissions. These models carry the identifications "Suzuki" and "Eiger" on both sides of the bodywork, inboard of the operator's knee location. The ATVs are available in both red and green.
The recalled toys are packaged as "Super Bang...Blast Balls". The balls are sold two in a pack, in a variety of colors.
The recalled rims were used on both the front and rear wheels of the 2001 Model bicycles (with the R-101 model name), Performance Forte/Forte SL rims, and Performance Forte SL road wheels. The silver or black rims have the above-mentioned brand and model names on the rim (i.e., "Forte Pro SL").
The recalled bikes were manufactured in 2000 and 2001. These bikes have two handlebars and two seats, which are in a lowered, horizontal riding position. The name "BikeE" appears on both sides of the main frame. The serial numbers for the E2 models are located on the bottom of the frame, between the foot crank and front wheel. The serial numbers appear as follows: BX000000X or T00000, with X representing a letter and 0 representing a number.
The "Ally Cat" tandem bicycle accessory consists of a wheel, seat, pedals, and handlebars, and attaches to the host bicycle by a hitch. The recalled "Ally Cat" has the model number AC 100, AC 200, or AC 300, which is located on the top tube in products sold by independent bicycle retailers or L.L.Bean Inc. The accessories were sold at Wal-Mart Stores under the name "Mongoose Ally Cat," with the Mongoose name appearing on the down tube of the accessory. There is an aluminum sleeve on the hitch between the host bicycle and the accessory. "Ally Cat" bicycle accessories with nylon or plastic sleeves on the hitch are not included in this recall.
The recalled batteries were sold individually and with notebook computers under the following brand names and model numbers: Brand Model Numbers ARM TS30W2 and N38W2 ChemUSA ChemBook 3015E HyperData MediaGo 2320 Jetta Jetbook 9120 MPC MPC Nomand 1500 PC-Club ENP-325W2 Sceptre Soundx 6600 and 6900 Systemax SW-14, SW-15 and Ultra TTX 9200 "RECHARGEABLE BATTERY" is printed on the top of the batteries. A label on the side of the recalled battery contains two sets of numbers. The first set must be "00." The second set must be either "99" or a number less than 52. Also, the letter "P" must be printed at the end of the first line on the label. "MADE IN JAPAN" also is written on the label.
Both the Sears Craftsman 14" electric chainsaw, model number 358.34114, and the Sears Craftsman electric grass edger, model number 358.79650, are included in this recall. The chain saw date code label can be found on the back of the motor housing in the lower left corner of the warning label and follows the words "Serial No." Only chainsaws with the date code 01227, 01228, 01229, 01230, 01231, 01232, 01233, 01234, 01235 are included in this recall. The edger date code label is located on the warning label on the shaft and follows the words "Serial No.," which is near the UL logo. Only electric edgers with the date code 01234 or 01235 are included in the recall.
