The recalled Spektrum DX6i radio transmitters are used to control model airplanes and helicopters. "Spektrum DX6i" is printed on the front of the transmitters. The item number is located on the product's packaging. The date code is located on a label inside the transmitter's battery compartment or on the underside of the battery compartment door. The log splitters are made of steel and painted orange and black, or blue and black. They have trailer hitches and rubber tires. Each log splitter has a decal on the side that reads "Brave Products, Inc." or "Iron & Oak" and "__ ton" (either 15, 22, 26, or 34). The recalled product is a soft, multi-colored box with a different color on each side. "What's Inside?" is embroidered on the front of the box and symbols of a lion, flower and purple butterfly are stitched on another side. Each feely box contains ten small stuffed pieces. The piece affected by this recall is the pink and purple butterfly.
CPSC and Yamaha are anouncing a free repair program to address safety issues with all Rhino 450, 660, and 700 model off-highway recreational vehicles. Yamaha has also agreed to voluntarily suspend sale of these models immediately until repaired. The repair includes the installation of a spacer on the rear wheels as well as the removal of the rear anti-sway bar to help reduce the chance of rollover and improve vehicle handling, and continued installation of half doors and additional passenger handholds where these features have not been previously installed to help keep occupants' arms and legs inside the vehicle during a rollover and reduce injuries.

The name of the manufacturer, Outerwears, is the only marking on the product.

Lenovo sold the AC Adaptors as part of the ThinkVision Soundbar option. The FRU part number 89P8571 with date code 200810 is located on the back of the adaptor.
The recalled children's hooded fleece jackets for ages 6-12 were sold in sizes M through XXL in black, navy, and heather gray royal blue. Brand names Golden Grove or Young USA, style number 20K, and RN number 106197 are printed on a tag on the jacket's collar.

All styles were sold in sizes S-XL and came in a variety of prints and colors including stripes and plaids.
The boys' hooded fleece sweatshirts have style number M47610315 and style name "ID" printed along with the RN# 120953 located on the country of origin and care label sewn in the center back neck and were sold in sizes S-XL. The sweatshirts were sold in two colors - black and white.
