This recall involves certain Trek and Electra-branded bicycle models with coaster brakes and replacement rear wheels. The bikes were sold in a variety of colors, including red, flamingo pink, dark aquatic, Mulsanne blue, volt yellow, pink frosting, Miami green, lithium gray, viper red, purple abyss, buttercup, pixie blue and blue. To determine if your bicycle or replacement rear wheel is included in this recall, enter your bicycle's serial number in the look-up tool at https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/coasterbrake-recall-inquiry/. The serial number is printed under the bottom bracket between the pedals and starts with the letters, "WTU." This recall involves Bettina Doll Set with Magic Light Unicorn. The Magic Light Unicorn is white with multi-colored hair and a pink saddle, and the doll has a pink dress. The unicorn is 10 inches long and 9.5 inches tall, and the doll is 12 inches tall. There is a pink toy hairbrush included with the set.
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Honda Accord Hybrid vehicles. Due to a software error, the integrated control module (ICM) central processing unit (CPU) may reset while driving, causing a loss of drive power.
Eaton Corporation (Eaton) is recalling certain differentials with part numbers Q14022-010, Q14023-010, Q14032-010, and Q14033-010. The differential may have been improperly manufactured with oversized gear teeth, causing the differential to lock.
Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Collins School Bus and 2025-2026 Trans Tech School Bus vehicles equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2023-2027 IC Bus CESB school buses. While carrying the maximum number of occupants, the bus may exceed Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) when the fuel tank and fluid reservoirs are full.

Undeclared allergens - wheat and soy
When app is uninstalled and reinstalled, insulin pen software issue causes Choose Notification Style Screen to not show during setup so users can't choose to allow notifications to override phone settings when on mute/Do Not Disturb, and previously set up override permission is deleted, so audible and vibratory notifications not received, which may lead to delayed insulin therapy, hyperglycemia.
