This recall involves certain Sublue Mix underwater scooter lithium-ion batteries and replacement batteries. The scooters are used for gliding through water. The batteries covered by the recall are black only. The scooters were sold in arctic white, space blue and aqua blue. The scooters have "Sublue" printed on the top and "Whiteshark Mix Underwater Scooter" printed on the side. The battery compartment is located on the underside of the scooter.
Zoox, Inc. (Zoox) is recalling certain Automated Driving Systems (ADS) equipped with software versions released prior to November 5, 2024. In certain driving scenarios, such as when a motorcyclist rapidly approaches the rear of the vehicle or a cyclist enters a nearby crosswalk, the vehicle may brake hard unexpectedly.
This recall involves all BD Vision Harnesses. This lightweight harness is designed for technical alpine and ice climbs. All sizes are included in this recall. The harness has fixed leg loops and was sold in black and white colors. "Black Diamond" is printed on one of the leg loops. "Vision" is printed on the other leg loop.

This recall involves retractable safety mesh gates, marketed as baby or dog gates, with model number SG021. They were sold in white, gray and black. The multi-use gates measure about 34 inches high with an adjustable width up to about 55 inches and have an aluminum frame. "Retractable Safety Gate" and the model number are printed on a white label located on the inside of the frame on the side of the gates' handles.
This recall involves all BMC-branded Kaius 01 bicycles and framesets. The bikes and framesets were sold in Peacock Spider, Carbon Black/Brushed Blue, Purple/White, White/Black, Turquoise/Black, Saffron/Black and Stone Grey colors. The brand BMC is printed on the downtube. Only bicycles and framesets with a V5 fork are affected by the recall and require a replacement fork.
The recalled Konwin branded desktop heaters have model number BHN2133. The heater has a white plastic frame with a black fan and black grill covers. The heater measures about 12 inches high and about 10 inches wide. "Konwin" and the model number are printed on a label on the bottom of the heater.
This recall involves Chews Life Silicone Rosary teethers including models Assisi, Little Flower, God's Grace, Cecilia, John the Baptist and Divine Mercy, and Chews Life Silicone Decades teethers including models Genesis, Maccabees, Ester, Wisdom, Divine Mercy, Psalm and Proverbs. The recalled teethers are made of multi-colored beads with a cross at the end. Each teether has a two-piece safety snap clasp.
CGMP Deviations
Left Ventricular Assist System Mobile Power Unit (MPU) may have electrical component that may cause MPU not to turn on, unprompted shut down, or turning off/restarting, may cause system controller to indicate Yellow Wrench or No External Power alarms. If MPU losses power, System Controller can support the pump up to 15 minutes, and if not switched to rechargeable batteries, pump may lose power.
General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2023-2024 BrightDrop Zevo 600 and 2024 Zevo 400 vehicles. The steering shaft may have been damaged during vehicle assembly and cause the steering to lock up.
This recall involves Gerolsteiner 750ml sparkling water bottles from two specific lots. The water was sold in large 750ml glass bottles or in cases containing 15 bottles. There is a white, blue and red label on the front of the bottle with the name "Gerolsteiner". The lot number is located on the lower part of the label. Affected bottles have a lot number 11/28/2024 L or 11/27/2024 L.
