This recall involves the following inversion therapy tables: Name Model Number Serial Number Inversion Therapy Table 55-1531 05NOV000001 through 05NOV000414 and 05DEC000415 through 05DEC000828 Pro Inversion System 55-1536, 55-1536A, and 55-1536B 05SEP000001 through 05SEP000528, 06NOV000001 through 06NOV000528, and 07SEP000001 through 07SEP000528 This exercise equipment allows consumers to fasten to the table in an upright position and safely invert. The model and serial number are located on the black Stamina label found to the left of the rubber stopper on the cross bar.
The recalled toy is a package of four action figures. Each figure is about 5 3/4 inches high. The UPC number 604111230003 is printed on the product's packaging.
The recalled lamp has a black steel frame and a bowl-shaped light fixture. The item number 179878 is printed on the packaging and the bottom of the base of the lamp. Only lamps sold between March 2005 and October 2007 with UL listing number E246506 are included in the recall. Lamps marked "ETL listed" are not included in the recall.
The recalled electric motor is part of a residential whole-house exhaust fan that is typically mounted on the floor of an attic. The shutters of the fan are visible on the ceiling of the floor beneath the attic and must be opened and closed by the consumer. The motors were included with exhaust fans manufactured and distributed by Air Vent Inc. and Triangle Engineering of Arkansas Inc. "A.O. Smith," the model number, and the service date code are printed on the rating plate of the motor. The recall includes model numbers S56A30A54 and S56A30A97, and service date codes 032076M - 334076M, 03207JY - 33407JY, and YB07 - YL07. Units that have a sticker indicating that the unit has been rewired are not subject to this recall.
This recall involves coin banks made of plaster that are shaped as a fish. The coin banks are orange with white stripes.

This recall involves Model Year 2007 Honda TRX 500 ATVs, also known as the Honda Foreman and Foreman Rubicon. The adult-size ATVs are designed for use by riders age 16 and older. The 2007 model year ATVs are available in red, black, blue, olive, and camouflage. The Honda name and wing logo are printed on the fuel tank and the model name is printed on the side panel just below the seat.
This recall involves the Intermatic DT27 digital self-adjusting timer with a date code of "04B." This product is a lamp and appliance timer and is packaged as either the "DT27C Heavy Duty Digital Timer" or the "DT27CL Time All® Digital Lamp and Appliance Self-Adjusting Timer." The timer is white with a rounded top, and measures 3 7/8" tall by 2 3/4" wide by 1 5/8" deep. The brand name "Intermatic" is molded on the front of the timer, and the model number ("DT27") and date code ("04B") are printed on the back of the timer.

The "Pathfinder," "Run About," and "Alley Cat" are single-wheeled, children's bicycles that connect to an adult's bicycle by a coupler. The recall includes model numbers: 12-PF250, 13-SC250, 13-SC350 and M5101. The model number is located on the lower seat tube of the frame. The affected couplers have welded plates; bicycles that have couplers with cast parts are not included in this recall.

The counterfeit circuit breakers are black and are labeled as Square D QO-series models 110, 115, 120, 130, 210, 215, 220, 225, 230, 235, 240, 250, 260, 280, 1515, 1520, 2020, 2125, 315, 340, 350, 360, and 3100. Actual Square D circuit breakers have (a) the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker; (b) the Square D insignia molded onto the breaker side, and; (c) a yellow chromate mounting clip with half of the top of the clip visible. If your breaker, labeled as Square D, does not match this description, it could be counterfeit.
