This recall involves two styles of Starbucks 14-ounce Fusion Coffee Mugs. The mugs are white and have a black plastic handle, and a stainless steel base. The cups have "Starbucks Coffee" printed on a black stamp or a brown original Starbucks logo stamp.
This recall involves 1500-watt oscillating ceramic heaters model EB38005. The heater has a white plastic housing with the name "Heat-Wave" in black on its top. A label on the bottom of the product contains the model and the control number "ETL 3090262."
The recalled sweaters have a V-neck, hood and kangaroo pocket. The sweaters are either pink with charcoal stripes or blue with white stripes. They were sold in the following girls' sizes: small, medium, large, and extra large.
The recalled home gyms are equipped with pulleys, resistance rods, and other equipment, which allow the user to perform a variety of exercises. "Bowflex Ultimate 2" is written on the vertical part of the frame.

The recalled inversion benches invert a user by securing the ankles in a locking device and rotating the bench. The Nordic Track bench is model number 831.14595.0 and the Reebok bench is model number RBBE1996.0. The model number is located under the seat of the bench.
The recalled entertainment centers are black with two lower miter-framed doors, two glass doors at the top, and CD storage racks. They measure about 54 inches wide, 71 inches high, and 20 inches deep. They were sold under the Ridgewood/Charleswood brand name. Model number 93956 is printed on the instruction manual.
The recalled products are six-inch tall, collectible, miniature helmets, modeled after helmets worn by several race car drivers. The follow models are included in the recall: Terry Borcheller helmet, part number 2005740; Kurt Busch helmet, part number 2001368; and Vitor Meira helmet, part number 2001381. This recall involves the Lazy Lounger chair (Style # CEH00415), recliner (Style # CEH00320) and oversize recliner (Style # CEH00414, CEH00345, and CEH00443). Style numbers are printed on the packaging. The chairs have a mesh covering that attaches to a black or tan metal frame by a woven cord. The mesh covering is sold in: blue, orange, black, natural, burgundy, pink, white, green, red, khaki, and camouflage. A padded headrest pillow is sewn on to the mesh. Beneath the padded headrest are two tags. The first reads: "! WARNING !", followed by 9 numbered statements, and "Made in China". The second is the "Do Not Remove Under Penalty of Law" tag and includes the manufacturer's Registration No: OHIO36462HK.
The 2006 Snow Princess Stirrup Ornament is a stirrup-shaped ornament with a white prancing horse and blue ribbons. "2006" is stamped on the rim of the ornament. The 2007 Wintersong Stirrup Ornament is a stirrup-shaped ornament with a gray horse with saddle bags with a horn and a violin. "2007" is stamped on the rim of the ornament. The recalled hooded zip-up sweatshirts are for Boys 8-20 and were made under the "Burnside" brand. The sweatshirts came in boys' sizes small, medium, large and X-large and have various designs on the front. The recalled models have "RN # 39209" printed on the tag.
The recall includes Performax model number 90206 and Wilton model number 34570 10-inch sliding miter saws with date code/serial numbers ranging from W062505 to W070405. The model, date code/serial numbers are printed on a black label on the motor housing of the saw.
This recall involves the Grand Gourmet metal wood-burning firepits model FSQ279. The firepit is black, has four legs and two spark guards on top. It measures 27 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 25 1/2 inches high. The model number can be found on the cover page of the product manual.

This recall involves the Metalux fluorescent shop lights Model 9240. Only date codes between December 1, 2006 ("344 06") and September 14, 2007 ("257 07") are included in this recall. The date code format includes the day and the year. For example, "344 06" refers to the 344th day of year 2006, or December 1, 2006. The model number and date code can be found on the packaging and on labels adhered to the fixture housing.
