The "Bracelet Keyring" is a pink plastic keyring attached to a bracelet, which consists of pink and white beads or red and white beads, a metal pendant and metal dividers between the beads. It was sold under the brand Disney Princess. "Item #24405" and "Made In China" are printed on the back of the packaging.
The recall involves the brushed stainless steel and the green 1-liter and 2-quart bottles, and the 24-oz. wide mouth food jar. The recalled thermos bottles have only two spot welds per handle bracket and contain any of the following date code numbers: C 02, D 02, or A 03 The date code is located on the bottom of the bottles just above the "S" and "Y" on the word "STANLEY."
The toy is a plush white standing horse measuring about 9-inches tall, with pink or lavender hooves. Colored ribbons (pink and lavender) are mixed in with the white mane and tail of the stuffed horses.
The R110 Gas Control Valves being recalled are installed on natural and liquid propane (LP) gas water heaters. The recalled valves were manufactured between July 25, 2005 and August 14, 2005 with production date codes 5-31 through and including 5-33, although not all valves with these date codes are affected. The recalled valves were installed on the following water heater brands: American Proline, Bradford White, GE, GSW, Hotpoint, Jetglas, John Wood, Lochinvar, Premier Plus, Powerflex, Rheem, Richmond, Ruud, Vanguard, Whirlpool, and U.S. Craftmaster. The model and serial number can be found on the manufacturer's label on the water heater. Electric water heaters are not included.
This recall includes clear, Glass Floater Bowl candle holders. The candleholders measure 3½ inches high, 10½ inches in diameter and have a 3-inch diameter base. A sticker on the bottom of the candle holder has model number SKU 2040310 printed on it.
The recalled bottle sippers have white screw-on bases with dark blue, green or red pull-up valves. They are sold in packages of three. The package is labeled "Bottle Sippers." Bradshaw International Inc. and #70118 are written on the back of the package.
Both models of avalanche transceivers are plastic and measure 5.5 inches by 2.5 inches by 1 inch. The M1 has a navy blue body and a yellow volume control switch. The M2 avalanche transceiver comes in two colors: glacier white (gray) with a red volume control switch, and orange with a gray volume control switch. The model name and "ORTOVOX" are written on the front of the transceivers.
The recall involves Brinkmann-brand and Charmglow-brand gas grills. The regulator is attached to the side of the grills. Only grills that have regulators with the name "GDA" are affected by this recall. The grills have three to six burners and the name "Brinkmann" or "Charmglow" on the lid.
The recall involves AC adaptors with the following date codes: 2004.08, 2004.09, 2004.10, 2004.11 and 2004.12 and serial numbers beginning with "F3". The date code is located in a white box on the lower right hand portion of the adaptor's label. Just below the date code box is a serial number beginning with "F3" followed by a series of digits. Adaptors with other date codes and without the "F3" serial numbers are not included in this recall. The AC adaptors were sold with slim version PlayStation® 2 consoles with model number SCPH-70011 or SCPH-70012. The PlayStation® 2 model number is located on a label at the base of the slim console.
The recalled model "H20 Classic," Cordless Water Kettle has two parts - a black heating base and a glass kettle with a polished chrome or a silver handle. Printed in script on the base of the kettle is "Capresso" and engraved on the bottom of the kettle is "CAPRESSO INC., Kettle Models 257.01, 258.03, 258.04 for use with Kettle Base Model 256/258."
The recall involves DOLMAR PS6400 and PS7900-model chain saws in which the last five digits of the serial numbers are within the following ranges: Chain saw Model Serial Number Range PS6400 71998 through 79250 PS7900 40156 through 43009 The chain saw's housing is "warm red" with "DOLMAR" written on it. The chain saw's serial number can be found on the right hand side of the silver nameplate which is located on the back of the fuel tank. No other DOLMAR chain saws are involved in the recall. Any PS6400 or PS7900 chain saws with the letter "N" preceding the serial number on the nameplate and a blue dot on the shipping carton have been repaired and are not involved in the recall.
The recall involves Makita DCS6401 and DCS7901-model chain saws, in which the last five digits of the serial numbers are within the following ranges: Chain saw Model Serial Number Range DCS6401 41915 through 45612 81722 through 82057 DCS7901 31182 through 31491 The chain saw's housing is teal with the name "Makita" written on it. The chain saw's serial number can be found on the right hand side of the silver nameplate which is located on the back of the fuel tank. No other Makita chain saws are involved in the recall. Any DCS6401 or DCS7901 chain saws with the letter "N" preceding the serial number on the nameplate and a blue dot on the shipping carton have been repaired and are not involved in the recall.
The recalled Charmglow® Gas Grills have a model number of 720-0036-HD-05, which can be found on the back of the grill. The stainless steel grill is designed to be used with propane gas. The name of the grill is located at the left corner of the exterior of the main burner lid. A temperature gauge is located at the center of the main burner lid.
The recalled menorahs come in two styles. There is a cat menorah with cats sitting near the candle cup holders. There is a dog menorah with dogs sitting near the candle cup holders. The menorahs have a sticker on the base stating either "P1157" or "P1166".
The recall includes Coleman® Gas Grills with model numbers 5100, 5300, 5400, 5600, 6000 and 7700, and Coleman® Patio Heater with model number 5040. The model name and number can be found directly on the front of the grills and on the inside cover of the heaters.
This recall involves the Spindle Crib, model number 4825402. The product name and model number are printed on a label affixed to the base of the crib. Sold in white, pink and blue, the cribs are made of hardwood and measure 30.5" x 54.5" x 45" high.
The recall involves certain model year 2002 through 2005 E-Z-GO Fleet and E-Z-GO Freedom gasoline-powered golf cars and Shuttle 2+2 personnel carriers. The model names for the recalled products are TXT, Freedom and Shuttle 2+2. The model names are printed on the sides of the Freedom and Shuttle 2+2 vehicles, and the E-Z-GO logo is on the front of all three vehicles. The recalled vehicles have 9-horsepower engines and serial numbers ranging from 1451059 through 2341739. The serial numbers of early production vehicles are found on plates located on the passenger side dash housing. The serial numbers of late production vehicles are found on plates located on the body below the driver's seat and on the chassis between the seat back supports.
The Ultimate Chopper is a compact, single-speed food processor that can also function as a blender when an optional attachment is used with the base. The product is comprised of a white base unit with a 600-watt motor (750 watts peak power), a plastic blade assembly that contains two stainless steel blades, a chopping bowl, and a clear interlocking lid. The name "Ultimate Chopper" is stamped on the product's base. The optional blender attachment is sold separately.
The recalled plastic inflatable arm band pool floats are bright orange on the outside and white on the inside with an inflation valve on each side. They are imprinted with a "Surf Club" logo, "CVS/pharmacy," and "Caution: This is not a lifesaving device. Do not leave child unattended while in use." When inflated, the arm bands measure about 8 inches long by 6 inches wide.
The Aqua Scout Water Scooter is a hand-held, battery-powered product used to propel swimmers through the water. The product has a yellow or red plastic enclosure, a black plastic handle and propeller. There are no model numbers or brand name written on the scooter.
