The recall includes the First Moments- or Second Step-brand two-piece pants set. The brand name is written on a label inside the tops of the set. The set's pink fleece top has two patch pockets and the cotton pants have a pink floral print. The set came in sizes 3 months to 24 months. The set has a cut-out floral pattern in the fabric at the end of the sleeves, along the hem of the top and along the top of each pocket. The part of the fabric subject to the cutting has been weakened and tears easily from the rest of the garment.
The recall includes bunny toys that measure about 10 inches tall and have jackets that button up the front. Some of the jackets, pants and hats on the bunnies have a multi-colored striped or a patterned print. "Zutano" is printed on a tag attached to the bunny. "Hip Hoppy" is printed on a hang tag attached to the bunny. Only bunny toys with buttons are included in the recall.
The recall involves the Pumpkin and Snowman model motion lamps. The ceramic lamps have liquid-filled globes that become warm and the heat moves the glitter inside. The Pumpkin lamp has orange liquid in its globe, straw hair and a burlap hat. The Snowman wears a black top hat and a red and black scarf. The Snowman's globe is filled with a clear liquid. On the bottom of each lamp is a sticker that reads, "Made in China."
The recalled garments were sold under the "Joe Boxer" brand name in sizes 12-months through 18-months and size 24-months. The garments were sold as sets that include a light tan sweat jacket with the word "Smile" embroidered on the front and a painted "smiley face" yellow zipper-pull and red sweat pants. Only style numbers 40801002 and 40801003 are included in the recall and can be found on the reverse side of the care label. Writing on the collar label includes "MADE IN/HECHO EN CHINA."
The recall includes the 15-Amp grinders that have a seven or nine inch disc and have the following catalog and serial numbers, which can be found on a nameplate on the top of the grinder: Catalog Numbers Serial Numbers 6086-20 Serial Prefix 991A and 991B only 6088-20 Serial Prefix 994A and 994B only 6089-20 Serial Prefix 992A
The disposable cigarette lighters being recalled are oval-tube-shaped "BIC" and mini- "BIC" brand lighters. The lighters have a green, red, blue, black or yellow body and a metal top. "BIC" and "Made in France" are imprinted into the metal top of the lighter. A label on the lighter reads, "WARNING KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN." The recalled lighters are not equipped with a metal shield over the spark wheel. The child-resistant lighters have that shield. The recalled standard size lighters have the UPC number "3 086120 600020" and the mini-lighters have the UPC number "3 086120 600051."
These Model HD2420 units have a white plastic enclosure and measure 11 inches wide, 11 inches long and 4 and 1/2 inches tall. "Philips" and "3 in 1" are written on the top of the lid and "MODEL HD2420" can be found on a label on the bottom of the unit. Units marked "Revision A" are not included in this recall.
The recall involves 7 1/4-inch circular saws with the model number 5740NB. The model number is located on the silver nameplate next to the name "Makita." The saw's housing is blue-green and the name "Makita" appears on the metal blade guard and silver nameplate on the motor housing. Any 5740NB circular saws with an "N" preceding the serial number on the nameplate and a blue dot on the shipping carton are not involved in this recall.
The tent set consists of an "igloo," "tee pee," and connecting tunnel. Only the connecting tunnel is being recalled. They are mostly red, blue and yellow. The modified tunnel has a separate tag that reads: "REPLACEMENT TUNNEL."
The recalled tea lights are packaged 12 candles per box with "Home Interiors" written on the top of the box. Each tea light candle has a clear plastic base and is either red or ivory in color.
This recall involves "Cometa" green and white plastic stack chairs. UPC numbers 0-82294-319754 (white) and 0-82294-319785 (green) are located on a label on the front of the chair. "Made in Italy" and "Not Recommended for Use on Polished or Smooth Surfaces" are also printed on the label.

Oceanic CDX first stage regulators subject to the recall have serial numbers 9200001 to 9205622, 9800013 to 9801711, 0200001 to 0213294, 0D0001 to 0D3046, or 9D0001 to 9D3273. The serial number is stamped into the side of the body of the regulator. The regulators have the name "OCEANIC" written on the rubber boot of the first stage. These CDX regulators were sold with the following second stage regulators: Alpha 7, Delta 3, Gamma 2, and Zeta.
This recall involves three separate garment sets. Two of the garment sets include a newborn and infant dress with sandals. The other includes an infant capri set with sandals. The dresses were sold in either, red and yellow or chambray. Both have decorative items like ladybugs and flowers attached. The capri sets were sold in lime, coral, yellow and purple, with flower attachments around the neckline and on the sandals. The Good Lad logo is printed on a label inside of the garment, along with the words, "Good Lad of Philadelphia." The garments were made for ages 3 to 24 months.
The recalled engines, which were manufactured in the United States, have model numbers HMSK 80 through 110 and HM 80 through 100, which can be found on the lower left side of the engine housing. The recalled engines also have a date of manufacture code (DOM) between 02175 and 02268 followed by the letter "C", which can be found on the engine identification decal. The HMSK models are 8 to 11 horsepower Snow King® snowthrower engines, while the HM models are 8 to 10 horsepower Utility engines. These 2002 and 2003 model year ATVs have "Cannondale" and "Cannibal" on both sides of the bodywork. "Cannondale" appears on the rear fenders and bodywork of the vehicle; "Cannibal" appears roughly inboard of the operator's knee location.

The recalled ATVs are model number TRX650FA. They are red or olive green and "Rincon" is written on the side cover, with VIN numbers ranging from 478TE280*3A000041 to 478TE280*3A006105. The VIN numbers are located on the left-front frame tube.
The recall includes only the 12-inch Sulley with Boo plush dolls. The Sulley doll is a blue monster with purple spots, a tail and horns. Sulley is holding a Boo doll in his right arm. Boo is a little girl with dark hair and small pink ball ponytail holders and rubber bands. Both are characters in the 2001 animated film, Monsters, Inc. Labels on the Sulley doll read, "Disney Store," "SULLEY W/BOO 12"," and "Made in China."
This recall involves "Trend Swing" stationary infant swings, model numbers 8711 and 8722 found on a label on the bottom of the seat. The swings were sold in khaki/gingham and navy/white plaid, and feature a toy bar, song player and timer. "Baby Trend" is printed on the front of the seat's tray and "Trend Swing" is printed on the arm. "Baby Trend" and "Made in China" are also printed on the label on the bottom of the seat.
