The recalled snowmobiles are 2-tone blue or all black. The name of the engine is written on the hood: Rotax 4-TEC V-1000 or Rotax 2-TEC 800 SDI.

Outdoor Extension Cord (Catalog #04521), Undersized wiring, are not properly polarized, and do not have overcurrent protection, which causes overheating, posing a shock and fire hazard to consumers. The cords are orange and have a three-prong plug. There is no labeling on the cord but the packaging reads, "HDC HOMIER DISTRIBUTING … 04247 50 FT. HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION CORD WITH 3-WIRE GROUNDED…MANUFACTURED IN CHINA."The cords also are orange and have a three-prong plug. The characters "65 C 16AWGX3C" are printed on the cord. The packaging reads, "HDC HOMIER DISTRIBUTING…04521 100 FT. OUTDOOR EXTENSION CORD…MANUFACTURED IN CHINA" HDC Brand Handyman's Trouble Lights (Catalog #04299)HDC Brand Trouble Light with 25' Cord (Catalog #04109) Undersized wiring, are not properly polarized, have inadequate grounding, faulty electrical conections, and plastic handles that once ignited continue to burn and spread flames, posing a shock, electrocution and fire hazard to consumers. The lights have a silver metal shroud, an orange plastic handle with a three-prong receptacle for an extension cord, and a 12-ft. orange cord. The metal shroud has the following labeling stamped into it, "CAUTION AVOID HAZARD - PULL PLUG WHEN RELAMPING - USE ONLY 75 WATT OR SMALLER BULB."The lights have a silver metal shroud, an orange plastic handle with a three-prong receptacle for an extension cord, and a 25-ft. orange cord with a three-prong plug. The metal shroud has the same words stamped into it as the 12-ft. model. The cords were manufactured in China. HDC Brand 16-inch AC/DC Fluorescent Work Light (Catalog #04070) Lack proper grounding, have exposed live wires, faulty electrical connections, and have sharp metal edges that can damage the insulation of electrical wires, posing a shock or electrocution hazard to consumers. The work lights have a 16-inch fluorescent light bulb with a silver metal shield on one side and can be plugged into a household outlet or the cigarette lighter in a car. The metal shield is labeled in part, "3 PINS PLUG TO AC, 110V-120V CIGARETTE PLUG TO DC, 12V.MADE IN CHINA. WARNING: To Prevent Fire or Shock Do Not Expose This Appliance to Rain or Moisture. The entire light is about 20 inches long and the bulb and shield are encased in a plastic tube with yellow end caps.
These are Sparkling Symphony™ Mobile crib toys that attach to the crib side rail and play music and lights that are activated by remote control. Four star and moon characters are suspended from the mobile, which turns. The recalled toys have model number 71985 found on both the lower arm of the mobile and the back of the remote control. The Fisher-Price logo appears at the top of the upper arm, over the silver decoration. The recalled mobiles were manufactured from October 1999 through November 2000. A date code is located on the upper arm of the mobile and on the back of the remote control. Consumers should contact Fisher Price with their date code to determine if their mobile is part of the recall.
The 87-piece art supply sets were sold in solid wood grain boxes. The sets contain crayons, markers, scissors, water and oil paints, brushes, etc. A label on the box reads "JUMBO ART CASE 87 pieces" and "Item No. 11519."
The portable electric heater is beige, constructed of a plastic housing, and has the "Weather Works" logo printed on the front side of the fan. On the base of the unit is a sticker reading: "Model No. CH-601, AC 120V - 60Hz, 1500 Watts, Made in China, 4H39."
These "Pancake Express" pancake makers are two-sided stove top skillets constructed of aluminum with black plastic handles. The product is labeled "Pancake Express" and "Made in China."
The recalled nightlights have a yellow exterior shaped like a smiley face. A label on the back of the nightlight reads, "Trisonic, 4W/120V custom made in China for Trisonic, Queens, NY, TS-45431."
The "Tiffany" and "Josephine" model cribs are made of solid natural wood with a chest of drawers attached to the footboard. The cribs can be converted into a toddler bed and an adult bed. The Tiffany cribs were manufactured from June through October 2001 and the Josephine cribs were manufactured from January through October 2001. The crib manufacture date code is located on the inside bottom of the headboard. The four middle numbers inside the eight-digit production number indicate the month and year of manufacture. Tiffany cribs with production date codes (four middle numbers) 0601, 0701, 0801, 0901 and 1001 and Josephine cribs with production date codes (four middle numbers) 0101, 0201, 0301, 0401, 0501, 0601, 0701, 0801, 0901, and 1001 are included in the recall.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and other applicable Federal Authorities, Bombardier Recreational Products and Bombardier Motor Corporation of America are conducting a voluntary safety recall of certain 2000 model year DS 650 ATV model 7404. The firm reported a potential problem with the balljoint circlip, which could cause the ATV wheels to become unstable resulting in serious personal injury. Stihl and model number, MS 270C, MS280, or MS280C are printed on the starter housing. The serial number is inscribed into the surface of the housing and can be seen by looking at the surface of the chain saw next to and above the bumper spikes. Saws with serial numbers from 255923345 through 260340097 are included in this recall.
Only cast aluminum metal alloy blades are included in the recall. The blades measure 1/4 inch thick, 1 inch wide and 4 inches long, and are a dull silver color. Blades that are either smooth on the bottom or have ridges are included in the recall. All of the blades were made in the U.S.A.
The tumbler cup is constructed of translucent plastic in the shape of a bear with the words "Bearista™ Bear" printed on the front. The cup was sold in both blue and green. The cup has a screw-on lid in the shape of a bear's head, from which a soft flexible straw protrudes. The product's lid can rotate such that the straw attachment can be bent (closed) to prevent liquid from leaking out.
The company is replacing 35 million Central fire sprinklers that have O-ring seals. The program also includes a limited number of O-ring models sold by Gem Sprinkler Company and Star Sprinkler, Inc. totaling about 167,000 sprinkler heads.
This recall involves Catlike Kompact™ adult bicycle helmets. The helmets were sold in two sizes (small/medium and large/extra large) and various colors. The sizing label inside the helmets reads "Kompact" and "SM/MD" or "LG/XL."
The drumsticks were sold with the Step2 Toddle Tunes Big Band Drum set, models 7135B2 and 7135KR. The drum sets are blue and yellow with music decals attached to the front. The word "Step2" is imprinted across the front of the drum set. The yellow and blue drumsticks are about 9 inches long.
The recalled ceiling-mounted light fixtures come in six different models - 5359-01, 5359-02, 5359-15, 5370-15, 5370-98, and 5372-02 - which can only be accurately identified on the packaging or receipts. The white glass lights have an antique brass, polished brass, white, or brushed stainless finish and do not have any exposed screws. The light fixture is twisted into the base and locks in place. Because the light fixtures have no visible label or identifying marks on the outside, consumers are advised to look at the pictures or contact the company for more information.
The Viking Mini Chubbies are toy wagons, tractors, helicopters, cars, airplanes, and jeeps. The toys measure about 3 inches long and were sold in red, blue and yellow. Model numbers are printed on the bottom of the toy. Models included in the recall are AW01119, AW41111, AW61005 and AW81119.
The recall includes three-position, high-leg recliner chairs that have a five-digit style number beginning with 026 or 027 and a shipping date prior to May 2002. The style number and shipping date can be found on a small label located either underneath the footrest or under the chair itself. High-leg recliner chairs measure 7 inches to 9 inches from the floor.
The recalled extension cords were sold in yellow and brown and are approximately 9, 25, 50, 100 feet long. The 9-foot extension cord was packaged in a green sleeve card with the words "Household Extension Cord" printed across the front. All remaining sizes were packaged in black sleeve cards with the words "Air Conditioner Extension Cord" printed across the front.
These are "Swim Ways Deluxe Dive Buddies" weighted dive sticks. The dive sticks are soft plastic tubes that have character heads and feet. The characters are a yellow seahorse, a green and purple walrus, a red and blue underwater diver, and a blue shark. The dive sticks are about 7.5 inches long and an inch in diameter. When dropped into water, they sink to the bottom of a pool and stand upright so children can swim or dive down and retrieve them. There is no writing on the products except numbers located on the backs that represent the dive stick's point value. The cardboard-backed packaging shows a photo of fish and coral in an underwater scene. Writing on the packaging includes "Swim Ways," "Deluxe Dive Buddies" and "Made in China."
