The recalled 4-drawer children's dressers have the model number (#26224) and production date (09-01 or older) located on the lower half of the back of the dresser. The wooden dressers come in light brown or off- white and have heart-shaped handles.
The recall involves the 2002 model Kawasaki KV650 "Prairie" ATV. The ATV model has the identification "Kawasaki" and "Prairie" on both sides of the bodywork.
Both cribs have openings on each end panel. The end panels on the "Molly" style cribs are made of solid wood with openings on both sides. The end panels on the "Betsy" style cribs are constructed with wood slats. The model numbers are printed inside the headboard at the bottom. These power supplies are used with Next Level ADSL/VDSL ETHERset (modem) units, which provide high-speed internet access. They have a black plastic housing and are 2.5 inches wide, 2.75 inches high, and 1.5 inches deep. The name "PowDec" and the model "WP12303N" are located on a label on the back of the housing. The recalled power supplies were provided for use with Next Level ADSL/VDSL ETHERset part numbers: 750-00097 A,B&C and 750-00526 A&B.
These are No-Fault® 6000 model spa heaters sold with Hot Spring® and Tiger River® spas. The spa brand name is written on the control panel. The spa heater brand name and model number are on a label on the side of the heater. The spa heater is located behind a removable panel on the front of the spa. Read the owner's manual for instructions on turning off power to the spa before accessing the spa heater. This recall only includes spas installed in 220-volt applications.
The recalled gasoline-powered generators have the model number BSI550-W printed on the fuel tank between the handles. These generators also have the date code "09-10-01" printed on a bar code label on the gasoline tank support rail. The generators are red with a black fuel tank and have the brand "Porter-Cable" printed on the fuel tank. Generators produced on dates other than "09-10-01" are not included in this recall.
These are miniature Christmas lights with 100 lights on each string of various colors, including green, blue, red, yellow, purple and clear. The plug has "125V-3A" imprinted on it. There is no other labeling on the string of lights, and no mark of an independent testing laboratory. The packaging is a red box with a photo of a Christmas tree on the right side and a window showing the lights inside. Writing on the box includes, "JUEGO DE LUCES DE NAVIDAD," "100 MINIATURE LIGHTS," "FIVE-WAY FLASHER," "PRE-TESTED," and "ENERGY SAVER."
The recalled timers have the model number "HOT100" printed on the back. The plastic timers are about 5 inches long, dark green, and have a timing switch on the front, that ranges from 1 to 8 hours or from dusk to dawn. A three-prong plug at the end of a 6.5-inch green cord extends from the top of the timer.
The Rice Christmas lights are 21 feet long with 140 non-replaceable mini-bulbs. The lights have a control box that allows for an eight-function, four-way flashing light show. The attached 3-inch control box has a round dial on top numbered "1" through "8." The wires are available in three colors: black, white or green. The lights have a fused plug, and are sold in a green box that includes the writings "Rice Light," "140 Mini Bulb String" and "MADE IN CHINA." There is no mark of an independent testing laboratory. When purchasing or using decorative holiday lights, CPSC recommends the following safety tips: - Make sure the lights contain a mark of a recognized testing lab such as UL, ETL, etc. - Use only lights that have fused plugs - If used outdoors, be certain the lights are rated for outdoor use. - To prevent overheating, replace burned-out bulbs promptly with the same wattage bulbs. - Discard any lights with frayed or damaged wires. - When using an extension cord, make sure that it is rated for the intended use.
Pop Links model 883 with a date code "ND1" molded on the tips of the links are involved in this recall. The toys come in a variety of bright colors with unique shapes and various textures. There are 12 links in a package. The links snap together, creating a chain of links. Kids II Pop Links that do not have a date code "ND1" are not subject to this recall.
Baby Buzz'r is a round plastic baby toy with a face on the front, a red and blue "teethable ear" on each side, and a yellow circular mirror on the back. The Baby Buzz'r toy has three colored buttons (red, green, blue) on the top of the product. When the buttons are depressed, the toy vibrates, sounds music, or the eyes light up on the toy. Consumers can identify the recalled toys by squeezing the button covers on the top of the toy with pliers. Button covers on toys that are part of the recall can be squeezed out of shape, and button covers on toys not included in the recall can not be squeezed out of shape with pliers. Baby Buzz'r toys currently being sold are not included in this recall.
The recalled garments are 100-percent polyester girls' fleece-hooded jackets and sleeveless vests. The garments are pink or violet in color and were sold in both infant sizes 9-24 months and toddler sizes 2T-4T. The garments have a zipper front with a rubber zipper pull attached by a metal ring. Two pockets on the front of the garment have flowers on them. A label sewn on the inside neck of the garments reads "Baby Cool (c)," "Kid Cool Collections," and "Made in Hong Kong."
The recalled garden tractors have a 44-inch cutting deck, an 18- or 20-horsepower engine, a yellow base, and a black seat and steering wheel. The model name ("Cub Cadet") is printed in blue on the engine hood near the steering wheel, and the model number (#3184) is printed in large numbers on the hood of the tractor. The name "Cub Cadet Corporation" and the model number are also printed on the model plate label affixed to the lower frame near the right front wheel.
The recalled Lawn-Boy SilverPro and GoldPro Series are walk-behind, 21- inch mowers powered by 2-cycle Duraforce engines. "Duraforce" is written on the top of the recoil starter. A decal on the right rear of the mower's housing has one of the following model numbers: 10247, 10252, 10323, 10324, 10424, 10550 or 10552. The decal also has a serial number starting with "21."
The recall involves Ocean Friends Stationary Entertainer model 4629 GIG. The model number is located underneath the entertainer's tray. The green tray on the stationary entertainer is supported by three adjustable legs and has the words "Little Tikes" printed across the front. The seat, patterned with colorful pictures of sea animals, sits in the center of the unit and swivels so the child can play with the nine toys attached to the tray. The recalled lobster toy is red with black antennae. Only lobsters with black antennae are involved in this recall.
These Curious George monkey plush toys are dressed in a yellow plastic space suit with matching gloves. They have a detachable backpack with a red fabric-filled mobile phone attached. The small mobile phone is 1.25 inches by 1.5 inches, and is connected to a gray, mesh backpack by a 4.75-inch string sewn into one of the backpack's seams. A label in the collar of the space suit reads, "Curious George by BRIO." This is an "Activity George," which is written on the packaging, and is labeled for children ages 18 months and older. The back of the box reads: "Removable backpack with mobile phone!" The recalled toy has model number 32900 written on the front of the box.
The Arctic Cat 500 is a four-wheeled ATV with a manual transmission. These models carry the identification "Arctic Cat" on both sides of the bodywork, inboard of the operator's knee location. The ATVs are green with "Arctic Cat 500" written on the front of the chassis by the steering control. This recall pertains only to the ATVs that have one of the following VIN numbers: 4UF02ATV12T206459 through 4UF02ATV42T207010. The VIN number is located on the right rear corner of the frame.
Only the 2002 model-year Honda TRX450 FE/FM and TRX 250 TE/TM are involved in this recall. The TRX 450 FE/FM model has "Foreman" written on the side of the fuel tank. The TRX 250 TE/TM model has "Recon" written on the side of the fuel tank.
The recalled water fountains have a black base and two tiers of rocks, over which water flows. The decorative rocks come in various shapes and colors. Two candles are perched above the fountain, set in black candle holders, and lit behind a painted glass cover. A sticker on the bottom of the fountain reads "Made in China." The "Submersible Pump" attached to the bottom of the fountain reads, in part, "Jebo" and "Made in China"
The aero bars are handlebar extensions that either mount in the center of the handlebars or are sold as a complete handlebar and stem system. The aero bars allow riders to ride in an aerodynamic crouching position. The recall includes "Carbon X"™ and "Carbon Stryke"™ aero bars. The Carbon X aero bar is a complete bicycle handlebar and stem system, and includes the writing "Profile Design" and "Carbon X." The Carbon Stryke aero bar attaches to existing bicycle handlebars, and includes the writing "Profile Design" and "Carbon Stryke." Both aero bars are black. Aero bar ZB brackets that are welded together or have a spring-loaded flip-up design are not part of the recall.
