The recalled Zoeller brand septic pumps have a 20-foot black cord with a plug. The pumps have date codes 0906 and 1006. On models 53, 57, 151, 152 and 153 the date code is printed on the nameplate on the top of the pump. On Model WM48 the date code is printed on the tag near the plug. "Philippines" is stamped on the plug. A list of specific part numbers, model numbers, date codes and UPC codes can be found at www.zoeller.com. Pumps that have already been hard wired during installation (where the plug has been removed) are not included in the recall.
This recall involves boys' outerwear jackets with a Carter's-brand logo on the front. The jackets were sold in toddler and boys' sizes. Toddler sizes range from 2T to 4T. Boys' sizes include S, M and L. The outerwear jackets were sold in charcoal, navy and red.
This recall involves children's hooded sweatshirts and windbreakers sizes S to XL. Hooded sweatshirts included in the recall were sold in pink, white, light blue, yellow, navy and gray. The nylon windbreakers were sold in royal blue, olive, pink, light blue and navy. A tag sewn inside of the garment reads, "Basix USA." Style number PK215, PK218, KPF265, KPF275, or KH185 is printed on the garment's hang tag.
This recall involves battery packs used with FLY WHEELS XPV toy vehicles. The battery packs were sold with a charger (item number 73904) and with the radio-controlled XPV toy (item number 73906). Item numbers are printed on the product's packaging above the barcode label. The batteries are marked "Fly Wheelz," "XPV," and "JAKKS Pacific," "Lithium-ion Polymer battery (LiPo)" followed by a list of warnings and precautions. The XPV Xtreme Performance Vehicle is not the subject of this exchange program.

This recall involves "Little Lass" toddler pants sets sold with a velour jacket and pants, and a tee-shirt. The sets were sold in red and black, and have the words, "Snow Angel" printed on the front of the jacket. Sizes included in the recall are 2T, 3T and 4T.
The recalled product is a Bella Cucina "Zip Cooker," model number 03908. The name and model number are on the bottom of the pot.
The children's rings are silver or gold-colored with designs or stones in a variety of colors. The rings come four to a package. "Kidz by Rachael Rose," "Family Dollar $1" and "SKU 1905580" are printed on the packaging.
This recall involves ceramic, gold-matte finish curling irons. The irons have a 1, 1¼, or 1½-inch barrel, metal counter rest, vertically placed ON-OFF buttons, and a heat set dial that ranges from 0 to 30. A four-digit date code can be found on the plug prong. Date codes included in this recall range from November 2005 through July 2006 (ex. 0706). The name "Conair" is printed on the handle of the iron.
The recalled bracelets are 8-inch-long, silver-colored chain bands that have a 1½-inch-long casting with assorted designs, including a snake and a sword.
The booties are sold in infant sizes 1-6. The booties were sold in a tan or pink suede. They have rubber soles and a zipper closure at the ankle. The booties are lined with creme-colored faux shearling acrylic/polyester fleece. "L.L. Bean" is printed in white letters on the soles of the booties. The size and stock #BNK1 are printed on a tag inside the booties.
The Easy-Bake Oven is a purple and pink plastic oven that resembles a kitchen range with four burners on top and a front-loading oven. "Easy Bake" is printed on the front of the oven. Model number 65805 and "Hasbro" are stamped into the plastic on the back of the oven. The Easy Bake Oven is an electric toy and is not recommended for children under eight years of age. Ovens sold before May 2006 are not included in this recall.
The recalled vases have thick black, white or clear glass walls. They stand about 28 inches high and weigh about 11 pounds. The base diameter is about 6 inches and the top diameter is about 9 inches. The IKEA logo and one of three article numbers are printed on the underside of the base. The article numbers are 201-102-34 (black), 501-121-99 (white) and 000-795-45 (clear).
The recall involves Maytag® and Jenn-Air® under counter or portable plastic tub dishwashers. The dishwashers have black, white, almond, bisque and stainless steel front panels. The following model and serial numbers are printed on a label located on the dishwasher's plastic frame on top of or to the left of the door opening. Consumers should contact Maytag to determine if their dishwasher is included in this recall. The software upgrade involves Gamewell-FCI model ILI-MB-E3 and ILI-S-E3 loop control boards. These boards are components of the Gamewell-FCI E3 Series fire alarm system. They provide the signaling line circuits and display information for the system.
This recall involves all electric oil lamps sold by Hong Teng Trading. The packaging states, "LJY" and "Made in China". The white switch on the cord has writing on the back that reads, "TIAO GUANG" and HENG CHANG." They were sold in four styles and various colors.
The recall involves 2006 model year TRX450ER and TRX450R ATVs. They are adult-sized ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. The ATVs are available in red or black. The TRX450ER and TRX450R model names are located on the front cowling just below the handlebars and the name Honda is printed on the seat.
This recall involves all scents and colors of Mason Jar Candles in 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 oz. sizes. The size of the candle is specified on the label at the bottom of the jar, on the last line of the label. Replacement Mason Jar Candles, which are not included in the recall, have a "Q" on either side of the label.
The recalled trunks are leather bound and have a handle on each side, and a clasp on the front. The trunks are burgundy or brown and are sold in three sizes: small, medium and large. The recall involves Duplex II 115 VAC Pumps sold as a component of the LeBleu Automatic 50-Gallon Bottled Water System. Model numbers included in this recall are D08X000A and D08X000B. A silver Flojet label that includes the model number is affixed to the front of the pump. The pumps are installed exclusively in 50-gallon bottled water that were sold, installed and maintained by LeBleu Corp. or its licensees.
