This recall involves one- and two-seater model Yerf-Dog Spiderbox series go-karts. The go-karts have full suspension and 150cc engines. Date codes and model numbers are located on a plate attached to the engine casing. Date codes and model numbers included in this recall are: Model Date Codes 3206 July 20, 2004 through March 4, 2005 4209 July 20, 2004 through February 18, 2005 42092 July 20, 2004 through November 22, 2004 42093 August 9, 2004 through November 19, 2004 42101 July 28, 2004 through October 12, 2004
The recall involves tandem bicycle trailers manufactured for and sold by Nashbar Direct. The Lil' Shadow is a black single wheel bicycle trailer that attaches to the seat post of full-size adult bicycles. The bicycle trailer is a curved steel mast with a seat, pedals and handlebar for a small child. The child can help propel the bicycle/trailer combination by means of a chain driven freewheel sprocket on the bicycle trailer's wheel. Every bicycle trailer has a serial number located at the bottom bracket. Bicycle trailers affected have serial numbers PC4F001 through PC4F300.
The recalled candles consist of a glass votive cup surrounded by a silver holder with a standing angel figure attached. Each holder contains an engraved quotation. The angel stands about 3 inches tall. Each candle has a proverb engraved into the metal holder.
The recalled Shakespeare® brand fishing kits feature the following characters: TAZ® (Tazmanian Devil®), Tweety®, Mucha Lucha® and Spider-Man®. Other fishing kits feature Fishing Heroes™, sold with a silver-colored badge; Kids Kits™, sold with tackle boxes; and Shark™ and Dolphin™ Kits, which have reels in the shape of a shark or dolphin. The fishing kits have brightly colored red and yellow fishing rods, and "Shakespeare" is written on the reels. Fishing kits with purple, blue and pink rods are not included in this recall. Certain translucent red and yellow and metallic-colored red rods also are not included in this recall.
The recalled baby jumpers have a blue canvas seat, yellow straps, and a blue plastic clamp that attaches to an interior door frame. The recalled unit is the Bright Starts Jammin' Jumper with model number 6607, which can be found on a white warning label on the canvas seat. The words "Bright Starts" are printed on the plastic housing that contains the clamp. The jumper was sold with a play mat that makes sounds when the child jumps on it.
The recalled Baby Connection Fun Frog Soft Gym is comprised of a multi-colored, frog-shaped padded fabric mat, from which blue and orange support arms extend. The support arms consist of thin steel wire covered by foam and fabric. They can be arched, allowing for three stuffed infant toys to hang above the product's mat. A label with the word "Infantino" is attached to each of the stuffed toys as well as the underside of the mat. Products sold under item 150-761, Infantino Activity Soft Gym, which have a stamp on the back of the product showing 150-761 Production Date June 2005, are not affected by this recall.
The recall involves models E300, E300S, E200 and E200S Razor Electric Scooters, which are powered by battery motors. The model numbers appear on the down tube attaching the handlebars to the deck. The scooters are collapsible for storage, and are equipped with a stepping plate and kickstand attached to the base. The E300 and E300S models are silver and green. The E200 and E200S models are silver and red. Models E100 and E125 scooters are not included in this recall.
The recalled Lightning PAC Scooters and MX3 Mini Bikes are battery-powered ride-on toys designed for children ages six and older. The product names are located on the side of the scooter or mini bike. The recalled scooter's model number is 73530. The recalled mini bike's model number is 73535. The model numbers are located inside the battery compartment. The recalled scooters or mini bikes have a warning label located near the inflation valves. If the warning label reads "Never inflate above 30 psi," the scooter or mini bike is not subject to this recall. Recalled units had warning labels that did not warn about inflating higher than 30 psi.
The recall involves PowMax battery chargers distributed with Razor battery-powered scooters and ride-on vehicles. The name "PowMax" appears prominently on the face of the battery charger unit. The vehicles that were sold with the recalled chargers include Razor™ electric scooters (Models E100, E125, E300, E300S, E200, and E200S), Razor Pocket Rocket™ mini electric motorcycles, Razor Ground Force™ electric go karts, and Razor Chopper mini electric motorcycles.
The recall involves two Jøtul models of gas-fired stoves - the GF 100 DV II Nordic QT and the GF 200 DV II Lillehammer. The stoves are fueled with liquid propane (LP) gas. The model number (either GF 100 DV II or GF 200 DV II) can be found on the metal rating plate attached to the back of the stove.
These refillable butane-fueled lighters are silver in color with a black sliding switch at the middle of the product. Two models of the lighters are included in this recall: a 7-inch model (model number 324007) and a 12-inch model (model number 324012). "Aristo Home & Garden" and "Fire Stick" are printed on the products' original packaging.
The recalled H.E.B. Super B-Complex vitamins with iron and 300 mg Vitamin C was sold in a container of 80 caplets. The white plastic bottle is labeled, "H.E.B. and Super B-Complex with Iron and 300 mg Vitamin C" and "Energy Metabolism" and has a blue lid.
The recall involves Bunn® home coffeemakers with model numbers GR-10B, GR-10W, B-10B, B-10W, and BT-10B (including any of those same model numbers ending in the additional letter D) with six-digit date codes ending in "01," "02," or "03." Also involved in the recall are the same models with dates codes ending in "04" and middle digits between "01" and "21." (If the date code has a seventh digit, consumers should ignore the last digit and use the first six digits.) The model number and date code are stamped on a small white or silver sticker on the bottom of the coffeemaker. The 10-cup Bunn® coffeemakers have either a black or white plastic base and top, and measure 14¼ inches high by 7 inches wide by 13¾ inches deep. The word "BUNN®" is printed on the front of the machine in chrome.
Shindaiwa Gas-Powered Professional Hedge Trimmers are available in both 30-inch and 40-inch sizes. The products have red engine covers, a red fuel cap and a label on the recoil starter that reads "Professional Shindaiwa." The recall includes all single- and double-sided gas-powered professional hedge trimmer models DH231 and HT231 with serial numbers 1010000 through 5050000. The serial number is printed on the engine cover.
The recall involves battery packs used with the Mintek portable DVD players with a 7" (diagonal) screen and model number DVD-1710. "Mintek DVD-1710" is printed on the top and bottom of the unit. The DVD player is silver and gray colored and the battery pack is silver with a nameplate on the bottom that is marked RB-LiP01 or RB-LiP02.
The recall involves new DeWALT D51844 and D51845 Heavy-Duty 20° Full Round Head Framing Nailers, and new DeWALT Model D51722 Heavy Duty 31° Clipped Head Framing Nailers. The recalled units have the following date codes: 200203, 20024, 200217, 200302, 200304, 200308, 200315, 200325, 200329, 200343, 200403, 200404, 200406, 200407, 200412, 200413, 200415, 200416 and 200417. The location of the date code is shown on the photograph below. The new units have a rework date code of 200449DM, 200450DM, 200451DM or 200452DM on the carton. The recall also involves reconditioned DeWALT D51844R and D51845R Heavy-Duty 20° Full Round Head Framing Nailers, and reconditioned DeWALT Model D51822R and D51823R Heavy Duty 31° Clipped Head Framing Nailers, with date codes 200423 through 200509. The date codes on all of the units are located in the area shown on the photograph below.
The recalled Welbilt Electronic Pressure Cooker was sold under model number PC501. The model number PC501 is located in three places: near the control panel, on the instruction/warning label near the bottom of the unit, and on the bottom of the product. The name "Welbilt" is located near the control panel. The pressure cooker measures 11 inches high, 11 inches wide and 15 inches long and was sold in white.
Two types of descenders, which are used in recreational wall climbing, are included in this recall: Redpoint and Auto-Belay descenders. The descenders consist of a round metal housing into which a retractable red strap (Redpoint) or steel cable (Auto-Belay) is coiled. The front of each descender's round metal housing includes a red label (Redpoint) or green label (Auto-Belay) with the name of the product. A label on the back of the product's housing includes the descender's date of manufacture, last service date, and product number. Redpoint Descenders are identified with product numbers 10024873, 10027646 or 10027798. Auto-Belay Descenders are identified with the product number 10021806. Redpoint Descenders manufactured or serviced from August 27, 2004 through April 6, 2005 are included in the recall. Auto-Belay Descenders serviced from August 27, 2004 through April 6, 2005 are included in the recall.
The recalled KitchenAid® coffeemakers are black, white, red, or blue in color. They are manufactured in 10- and 12-cup models. Consumers can determine if they have one of the recalled coffeemakers by identifying the product's model and serial numbers, which are located on a label on the bottom of the coffeemaker. The affected models include: 10 - cup models KCM120OB KCM120WH KCM300OB KCM300WH 12 - cup models KCM200OB KCM200WH KCM400OB KCM400WH KCM400ER KCM400BU The serial numbers of the affected products begin with the letters WCJ, WCK, WCL, WCM, and WCP.
The grills included in the safety retrofit are Cheftech Signature Series Grill Model#CT001 starting with Serial # 001 and ending with #030. Serial numbers are denoted on the Rating Plate pictured below. Identifying marks include the Rating Plate label on the back. These are 30,000 BTU LP or NG stainless steel grills. The grill has a rotisserie spit and motor. Other model Cheftech gas grills are not included in the recall.
