The recalled toy is a small plush bug with two springy black antennae with orange round fabric ends. The bug has a blue stuffed round face with a red musical nose that blinks when pressed. The body of the bug is segmented in various colors and patterns. Striped elastic legs are attached to the body along with crinkly, iridescent wings. "Smart Scents," and "Made In China" are printed on a label on the side of the bug. The UPC code 778267862920 is on the packaging.
The red and blue trumpets are about 5 inches long, with a yellow bird attached to the top. A yellow knob on the side of the trumpet spins the bird. The words "Ambi Toys" are engraved on the side of the trumpet.
This recall involves "Fun Buckets" sold as an add-on option for backyard play sets. The 14-inch-deep buckets are either yellow or green vinyl and have a black nylon strap attached to the rope. The "Fun Bucket" was sold with a heavy wood bracket to attach it to the roof of a play set fort.
The recalled sparklers are packaged in a multicolored cardboard box and sold with six sparklers per box. The sparklers measure about 7 inches long. Labels on the packaging read in part "Bamboo Stick Color Sparklers," "6 PIECES," and "MADE IN CHINA." Only bamboo sparklers with "LB-N011-7" printed on the packaging are included in the recall.
These chargers were sold with or as accessories for Skil Warrior drills. The drills are black with red trim. Red lettering on the drills reads, "SKIL." The chargers have their volt size written in red lettering. The recall includes 9.6-volt, 12-volt, 14.4-volt and 18-volt chargers. The chargers were included with tool model numbers 2375, 2380, 2475, 2480, 2482, 2580, 2582 and 2882. Chargers also were sold separately with model numbers 92950, 92970, 92980 and 92990 with part number 2610995852. The model and part numbers are written on labels found on the back of the plug or on the side of the chargers.

The refillable, dolphin-shaped cigarette lighters are butane gas-fueled and made of metal. There are three models involved in this recall. One of the lighters features a dolphin with a large ball and is labeled "1988.8 Young's Wholes 14.9." Another lighter features a single dolphin and is labeled "00005011 $14.00 EA." The last model features two dolphins and a ball, and has no label.
The Kawasaki "KFX50" is a small four-wheel ATV designed for use by adult-supervised children 6 years of age or older. They are lime green and have "Kawasaki" written on the front, rear, and both sides.
The recalled 2003 model ATVs are red, yellow and black. They have the brand name "Viper Jr" written on both sides of the front chassis. These are small ATVs intended for children between ages 6 and 12.
This recall involves bindings sold on the "Karhu Meta Sweeper" and "Karhu Morph Sweeper" snowshoes. The orange hybrid snowshoe Meta is 120 cm and has blue universal bindings. The blue Morph Sweeper is 130 cm with blue universal bindings. The snowshoes are high back, with a front toe strap and a pivot point.
This recall involves Aladin Air X NitrOx dive computers manufactured in 1995. The manufacture date is located on the back of the dive computer, in the lower right hand corner. The date code reads the number of the month followed by a decimal point and the year, for example, "01.95." The dive computers are blue and black with the words "Aladin" and "NitrOx" printed across the front. Aladin Air X NitrOx dive computers with date codes other than "95" are not included in this recall.
The recalled exit signs were sold under the Lightalarms, Emergi-Lite, and Dynaray brand names and can be installed in either 120-volt or 277-volt applications. Only signs with a red LED and installed in 277-volt applications need to be repaired. These emergency exit signs could be installed in public buildings such as schools, offices and shopping centers to mark an exit in the event of a power failure and loss of lighting. They have a white or black plastic housing and are 13 ½ inches long, 8-3/8 inches high and 2-7/8 inches deep. Recalled units have a raised bead around the edge of the front face and a rectangular rocker switch on the bottom. The product make, model, and date code is located on a label inside the enclosure. The recalled emergency exit signs were manufactured between January 1997 and June 1999.
The projection televisions recalled in this expansion and the earlier program have 46-60 inch screens and were manufactured from April 1995 through July 1997, and August 1998 through November 1998. The date of manufacture can be found on the white label on the back of the set. These televisions were manufactured in Mexico. Projection televisions manufactured after 1998 are not included in this recall.
Current packaging for the Regent 500-Watt Halogen Bulb, with model numbers WM500Q and BP500Q, does not contain the recommended warning label of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The label should read, "Warning: Fire Hazard! Do Not Use In Torchieres Or Other Indoor Residential Fixtures." Cooper has asked retailers to add the label to bulb packaging currently on store shelves and new 500-watt halogen bulbs will contain the label.
These network laser printers were manufactured from January 1995 through September 1998. Model numbers are on the top of the unit and on a label located on the rear panel. This recall involves 15-ounce stainless steel travel mugs with a black handle and a black lid. The words "Always Fresh Tim Hortons Coffee" are printed on the mug. The distributor's name, "Thermo- Serv®," is stamped on the bottom.
The recalled beanbag chairs are designed with 12-inch double zippers and have various designs, including a smiley face, a football shape, a baseball shape, a basketball shape, and solid green, yellow, pink and blue neon colors. The beanbags have a tag that states, in part, "Made by Baseline Design."
The recalled doll is a cowboy named Woody, a character in the animated films Toy Story and Toy Story II. The Woody doll is a soft-bodied doll with soft plastic head, hands, boots and hat; wearing blue jeans a red/yellow-checked shirt, a black/white-spotted vest with a sheriff's badge, a red-patterned bandana, and is 13 inches tall. A label sewn into the left side seam of the doll reads, "WALT DISNEY WORLD®" on one side and "©DISNEY, ALL NEW MATERIALS, POLYESTER FIBERS," several State license numbers, and "WALT DISNEY ATTRACTIONS, LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL, PRODUCT OF CHINA" on the other side. Only the Woody dolls described above are included in the recall. Additionally, the talking versions of the Woody doll are not part of this recall.
The portable cribs are made of wood and are smaller than traditional baby cribs. The majority of these portable wood cribs were sold under the Gerry® brand name, and some were sold under the Evenflo® brand name.
