The recalled climbing ropes are made of hemp and were sold in 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 50 feet lengths. The LoGest Climbing Rope with Carabiner has a silver "D" ring and a silver climbing carabiner attached. The LoGest Climbing Rope with Heavy-Duty Metal Hook has a blue stripe running through the brown hemp rope and has one end with a black metal hook attached with two silver bolts and nuts. Both ropes have "LoGest" written in large white text on the black plastic on the ends of the ropes.
This recall involves SHEIN EVRYDAY Kids 97% polyester, 3% elastane children's pajamas. The two-piece, short sleeve pajama sets were sold in blue (SKU 2407018985445734), pink (SKU 2407082184653588), purple (SKU 2406274753471153) and orange (SKU 2404283444125106), and have a pocket on the left side of the top of the pajama sets. The pajamas were sold in sizes 8Y, 9Y, 10Y, 11Y and 12Y. "SHEIN" and the size are printed on sewn-in neck label and the SKU number is printed on a seam label.
This recall involves the Multi-Mode Sleep Lamp with model number BBL-MM-LAMP. The lamp has three color modes: Noblue Amber Mode (yellow), Sunset Mixed Mode (orange) and Twilight Red Mode (red). The lamp is white and measures about 6.3 inches by 5.5 inches by 3 inches. Note: Recalled lithium-ion batteries should be disposed of in accordance with any local and state ordinances, following the procedures established by your municipal recycling center for damaged/defective/recalled lithium batteries, because these potentially hazardous batteries must be handled differently than other batteries. Do not throw this recalled battery in the trash. Do not deposit this recalled battery in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores.
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar Center Stack UPR Displays with part numbers 68375145AG, 68375145AH, 68474166AG, and 68474166AH. The display (DCSD) contains a transistor that may overheat and prevent the rearview camera image from displaying. As such, this equipment fails to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Sienna Hybrid vehicles. The bolts for the seatbacks on the third-row seat assemblies may not be tightened properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 202, "Head Restraints," 207, "Seating Systems," and 225, "Child Restraint Anchorage Systems."
