Britax Child Safety, Inc. (Britax) is recalling certain One4Life Slim ClickTight All-in-One car seats with model numbers E1D197A, E1D197B, E1D197F, and E1D197G. The labels and user guide incorrectly state the maximum rear-facing lower anchor weight. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. The incorrect dash wiring harness was installed, which can result in inoperative trailer lighting. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Devices were identified as released after repair without full testing being performed, which includes flow testing.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L vehicles. A software error in the instrument panel cluster may cause the speedometer to display the incorrect vehicle speed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Displays and Controls."

Beckman Coulter, Inc. is recalling their Access hsTnI assay, a medical device by correction. The reason for the recall is: high troponin antigen (>55,000 pg/mL) can contaminate an analyzers probe and cause inter-assay carryover due to insufficient washing. The contamination can cause a falsely elevated Access hsTnI result in subsequent sample(s) which can impact patient care (potentially but not limited to unnecessary coronary imaging or diagnostic catheterization) if the result is near the medical decision points.
