Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics is recalling the RAPIDPoint 500 Systems Wash/Waste Cartridge Lot WW/08925 due to a manufacturing error causing positive and negative bias in Ionized Calcium, Potassium, pH, Chloride, pCO2, Glucose and Lactate analytes and their derivatives. Four complaints were filed related to this event that led to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics identifying an error in the manufacturing process and initiated corrective actions. Use of the affected device may result in errors during QC which could lead to a delay in patient treatment. If bias generated from this issue is not caught during QC erroneous results may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences to patients.
PACCAR Incorporated (PACCAR) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Kenworth T480, T680, T880, W990, Peterbilt 520, 536, 537, 548, 567, 579, 589, 2025 Kenworth T180, Peterbilt 535, 2025-2026 Kenworth T280, T380 and L770 vehicles. The tail brake light, upper and lower beam headlights, reverse light, and turn signal may not illuminate as intended. In addition, the lift axles, if lowered, may revert to a raised position, or oscillate up and down when the signal warning lights are activated. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment."
General Motors (GM) is recalling certain 2018 GMC Sierra 1500, 2019 Sierra 2500, 3500, Chevrolet Silverado 3500, and Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab vehicles. The left or right-side roof-rail air bag (RRAB) inflator end cap may detach from the inflator or the inflator sidewall may rupture.
This recall involves Swivel Port mouthpiece versions of equine bits from the Bob Avila collection. The bits include the following models: Avila Santa Maria Swivel Port (model no. AVB-171), a 7 ¼" shank with a decorative silver design and swivel port mouthpiece; Avila Byron Swivel Port (model no. AVB-612), an 8" Gunmetal shank, swivel port mouthpiece; Avila Phoenix Swivel Port (model no. AVB-621), an 8" cheek with a silver and copper decorative sunflower at the top of the shank, and silver bar design on remainder of cheek; and Avila Sunflower Swivel Port (model no. AVB-222), a 7" shank with a decorative silver and copper floral design, swivel port mouthpiece.
This recall involves Vevor's wrought iron single post handrails for one or two step stairs. The handrails were sold in black (model numbers TFBGWXLZHS1JGNHKIV0 and LTFSSHSDDZJSFS001V0), white (model number LTFSBSDDZJSFS0001V0) and silver (model numbers LTFS2BBXGMLFS0001V0, LTFS1BBXGMLFS0001V0 and LTFSBSHXDDZJSFS01V0). "Vevor" is printed on a label located near the bottom of the handrail and the model number is on the label of the product's packaging.
This recall involves Bell Sports' Axle, Cadence, Rev and Frenzy children's bicycle helmets with model numbers B0605Y, B0605C or B0494Y, and Cadence and Passage adult helmets with model number B0605Y. The helmets were sold in the following colors or color combinations: blue, green, purple, red, pink, black/blue, green/black, pink/green, pink/purple, pink/white, purple/white, red/black, pink/mint or multi-color; and have various designs, including checkers, lines, polka dots, rainbows and swirls. This recall involves LED Fireplace Lanterns with model numbers: SP-14, SP-55, SP-66 and SP-78. The battery-operated lanterns are made with a black metal frame around a LED fireplace. Some models have a metal fence, some are free standing and others have four legs. The product includes the lantern, USB power cable, a remote control and one preinstalled CR2025 lithium battery in the remote control. The model number is printed on top of the box.
This recall involves Boyro Baby's baby walkers, model number US-B01. The plastic walkers were sold in black, blue and gray with five levels of height adjustments. They have a black or gray rotating seat, a matching footpad, six wheels and four removable toys (an owl, a flower, an arch with a ball and a three-button panel that plays music and lights up.) "Ready To Ride" appears on a label on one of the walker's legs and the height-adjustment buttons are on another leg. "Boyro Baby" and the model number are printed on the tracking label, located under the seat cushion.
This recall involves Coleman Converta camping cots with model numbers 2000003077 and 2000020282, and Coleman Converta camping suspension stretchers with model number 2000020290. The model numbers are printed on a hang tag attached to the frame. The camping cots and suspension stretchers have tan or white fabric with the Coleman logo printed on the fabric, and black steel frames with adjustable seatbacks and leg positions.
This recall involves 62-volt 5.0 Ah LiPRO rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs for use with DR Power brand battery-powered products, such as lawnmowers, trimmers and snow throwers. The products include stand-alone battery packs with model number 414240, and removeable battery packs included with DR Power outdoor yard equipment items with model numbers 524340, SB11022XEN, T4X3026XEN, T4X3062XENR, CE75021XEN0 and CE77021XEN0. Information containing the model number for the battery pack ("41424") is located on the battery pack's label. The LiPRO and DR Power logo are on the front and side panels of the battery pack. Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.
This recall involves Peg Perego Tatamia recliners, swings and high chairs. The products convert from a recliner to a high chair and to an unpowered infant swing, and they were sold in "Ice" (gray) color with model number IMTATANA01BL73. The top of the padded leather seat has the brand name "Peg Perego" printed on it. In high chair mode "Peg Perego" is printed on the front of the tray. The adjustable side of the product has "tatamia" printed on it. Only products manufactured on or after June 23, 2022, and/or purchased on or after November 12, 2022, are included in this recall. The manufacture date in YYYY/MM/DD format and model number can be found on the base of the product.
This recall includes Shoulder Relief Cinches which are designed to hold the saddle in place on the horse. The leather cinch comes in black and brown colors and measures between 24 and 36 inches. The Total Saddle Fit name is located near the buckle on the cinch. This recall only includes cinches sold prior to August 2021, which can be identified by a Shoulder Relief Cinch with a round buckle and no center elastic on the cinch.

This recall involves three types of California Gold Nutrition dietary supplements: Daily Prenatal Multi, Ultamins Women's Multivitamin, and Ultamins Women's 50+ Multivitamin. The California Gold Nutrition Daily Prenatal Multivitamin bottles are white with a white lid and a gold border label. The bottle contains 60 fish gelatin softgel dietary supplements. The California Gold Nutrition Women's Multivitamin and Women's 50+ Multivitamin both have dark purple packaging with a gold border label. Both products contain 60 capsules in foil within the packaging. The following batch numbers and expiration dates for the products are printed on the back of the package near the bottom of package/sleeve. Temsa is recalling certain 2022-2025 TS30, 2023-2024 TS45, 2024 TS35, and 2025 TS45E vehicles. The lock mechanism may have been installed incorrectly, causing the roof hatch release handle to break.
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Grand Cherokee L vehicles. The blower motor may fail, which can cause the defrosting and defogging system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."
Beckman Coulter has identified that the UniCel DxI 600/800 systems with linear slide PnP gantries running software versions 5.7 and up faced incorrect PnP X-motor current settings where the PnP X-motor current incorrectly resets to 1.5A (instead of the required 2.0A) because the software overwrites the factory setting during installs or upgrades. This anomaly causes increased PnP motion errors which could lead to delays in reporting patient sample results if unnoticed.
