The light fixtures were sold in a variety of styles and shapes and hang from the ceiling. Only models 31021-794, 31022-794, 66022-794, 5217-02, 5217-746 and 5217-786 are included in the recall, due to a component part problem with the screw collar. The model number is printed on the inside of the light canopy, the round plate that attaches the light fixture to the ceiling, and on the light fixture packaging and receipts.
Only Big Save baby walkers with model numbers 9026, 9028, 9090, 90110 and 90111 are included in this recall. The model number is printed as the final digits on a bar code number and may appear on the front or back of the walker. Each walker has six caster wheels and comes in various colors: light green, pink and blue.
The recalled units include 2- through 5-ton Trane and American Standard heating and air conditioning packaged units. Affected units are combination gas heat and air conditioning systems installed outdoors only. Gas furnaces installed indoors are not included in this recall. The units have identification plates displaying the model number; serial number; and the year, month and day of manufacture. The plate is located on one end of the unit. The first four digits of all serial numbers indicate the year, fiscal week and day of manufacture. The recall includes: - All units with model numbers beginning with YCP or YCX and having serial numbers beginning with 3383 through 4475; - All units with model number beginning with YCY or YCZ and having serial numbers beginning with 4282 through 4475.
The recalled product is a KombiSystem Multi-Task Tool powerhead, Models KM55, KM55R, KM55RC, FS55T or FS55RT. The recalled models, which have "Stihl" printed on the engine head, have serial numbers lower than 263868001, which can be found on the engine head. The product is a powerhead that can be fitted with attachments for a variety of tasks, including edging, trimming and sweeping.
The recalled upright carpet deep cleaners have an open handgrip, a partially metal handle and come in a variety of colors. The word "BISSELL" is printed on the front of the unit. The recalled carpet cleaners have date codes beginning with 01, 02, 03 or 04 and include the following models: PowerLifter® Plus (model number 1620) PowerSteamer® ClearView® (model numbers 1692, 1692-1, 1692-R) Power Steamer® (model numbers 1685, 1693, 1693-R, 1693-W, 1694, 1694-1, 1694-R) Power Lifter® (model number 1694-3) Rubbermaid X-tra-Lift™ (model 9E00) The date codes and model numbers are printed on a label on the bottom of the unit. Cleaners with the model number and date codes listed above that are marked "Inspected" on or near the label are not included in the recall.
This recall involves aftermarket Shimano 1.6 mm X 1,700 mm brake inner cables for ATB and road racing bicycles. Dual ended brake cables packaged in quantities of ten have a part number of Y80098400/Z80098400. Individual packages have a part number of Y80098110/Z80098110. All single ended brake cables were packaged individually with part number Y80098300/Z80098300. Brake cables installed on mountain, BMX and flat handlebar bicycles are not affected by this recall.
The fork has white plastic prongs and a blue & white checkered pattern on the handle, with an image of Tigger.
The recall includes two styles of toy cars. The Funny Puzzle Car or "Funny Game Car" is about 9 inches long. The car has an orange body, green interior and blue wheels. A frog button is on one side and lettered buttons are on the other. Stickers on the car read "FUNNY GAME CAR," "Funny Intelligence Game" and "NO. 1340." They are sold with four shape blocks that can be inserted in the windows of the car. The Funny Cartoon Car or "Beautiful Music Car" is a six-wheel truck about 16 inches long. The cab of the truck is yellow and the trailer is green. It has 15 spinning blocks on one side showing Spanish words and a plastic abacus on the other side and a play clock on the back. Stickers on the product read "Beautiful Music Car," "LOVELY CARTOON CAR" and "NO.1345." Both products have a yellow pull-string in the front.
Sold under the brand name "Kitchen Works," the recalled gas-fueled lighters have an orange or red plastic body, and a silver-colored metal nozzle. Each lighter measures 10¾ inches long.
The recalled pacifier necklace consists of a 28-inch multi-colored cord with a 3-inch plastic pacifier that comes in assorted colors. On the Whistle Necklace pacifier, the nipple is the whistle, which contains a hole at the tip to be used as a blow hole. The pacifier handle operates as the on-off button for the flashing light on both pacifiers. "Flashing Pacifier Shock Baby Necklace" or "2-in-1 Flashing Pacifier with Whistle Necklace" is printed on the packaging of the pacifiers.
The lamps are rocket-shaped with metallic wax, which becomes molten when it heats up while the lamp is in use. The wax and the matching trim on the lamp may be red, silver or blue. The colored trim is on both the base and top of the lamp.

Vernier's Go!™ Temp is a temperature sensor that connects directly to a computer USB port and collects data (temperature) from the probe. The sensors are used in science classrooms. They have serial numbers 0104XXXXXXXX through 2004XXXXXXXX. The serial number is found by connecting the sensor to the computer after installing Logger Lite software, which is included with the sensor. To determine the serial number, connect the sensor, start Logger Lite, pull down the Experiment menu, choose Set Up Sensors, and choose Go!Temp. The serial number will appear in the dialog box displayed on the computer screen.
This recall involves moon, dolphin and fish themed candleholders. The decorative candleholders are about 9 inches tall with a metal bucket that sits suspended from a hook. A votive candle sits inside the bucket.
The recalled cardigan sweaters are black with a black faux fur trim around the wrists, neck and down the front center of the sweater. The sweaters were sold in girls' sizes 7Y through 14Y and are made of 100 percent acrylic. "Dubbster" and RN number "0101255" are printed on the inside neck label of the sweaters.
The yellow and tan Memory Trunk is about 22 inches long by 14 inches wide by 13.5 inches high and made of fiber board. It is decorated with photos of family activities and various phrases, such as "A Childhood Cherished," "A Place in Time" and "Mementos and Memories." Once Upon A Family intended the trunk for use as a storage box for childhood mementos and does not intend it for use by children.
This recall includes all 2003/2004 model year Rossignol-brand HC 500, Zena, Unit Pack, HC Rental, and Unit Rental snowboard bindings. Also included are the 2003/2004 model year Dynastar-brand Classic RL and Classic Pack snowboard bindings. This recall does not involve current products (2004-2005) or other models.
The recalled vacuum is designed to be pulled behind a lawn tractor. The product vacuums leaves and grass, shreds them and collects the shredded material in a large storage chamber. The leaf and lawn vacuums have a red circle with DR printed in black on each side of the chamber.
The recalled Central Vite multivitamins were sold in a value size container of 500 tablets. The plastic white pill bottle is labeled "Advanced Formula Central Vite® with Lycopene" and "Value Size."
The recalled heaters are portable electric radiator-style heaters with six fins, one of which has the control panel attached to it. The units are grayish-white in color and have the name "Lakewood" printed below the handle indentation on the control panel. The model number "5101" is printed on the UL label on the lower right side of the control panel.
