The recalled Wide Mouth Lunch Bottles are 32-oz. stainless steel containers, with a black base and handle, a black carrying strap, and a two-piece lid (including a drinking cup). The insulated bottles have the words "Eddie Bauer" written on one side of the container (which is located 1 3/4 inches from the lower edge of the plastic collar), and a label that reads "Eddie Bauer Wide Mouth Lunch Bottle" on the other. On the bottom of the bottle, there is a sticker that reads "Made in China."
The recalled Electroluminescent Night Lights have model numbers GN172 and GN165, which are molded on the back of the lights. The model GN172 lights are gray in color and are about 1-1/2 inches square by 1/4 inch thick with two metal electrical prongs. The model GN165 lights are gray in color and are about 4-3/8 inches in height, 1-5/8 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick with two metal electrical prongs. Also molded on the back of the nightlights are the words, "Intermatic Inc." and "Made in Taiwan."
Powerscourt Sterling Teething Rings, model #WX201. The model number is located on a label on the outside of the gift box, along with "Waterford Fine Silver Gifts." The silver teething ring is about 2.5 inches in diameter, and made of two halves that are soldered together at a sterling silver decorative disc. The teething ring is sold as a keepsake, but also could be used as a teething ring. Waterford® Sterling is embossed on the bottom of the teething ring.
The tractors have a 38", 42" or 48" mower deck, a 13 to 16 horsepower engine, and are green with yellow trim. "John Deere" and the model number are printed on the hood of the tractor. This recall involves the following John Deere LT series lawn tractors: Model Serial Numbers LT 133A MOL133A133732-137051 LT 155B MOL155B132012-135678 LT 155C MOL155C125907-126632 LT 166E MOL166E126422-127231 LT 166F MOL166F125307-125410 LT 166G MOL166G125444-125606 LT 166J MOL166J125870-127202 Serial numbers are located on a plate in front of the seat.
The "Midget Racer" mini-bicycle is yellow with 8-inch black rubber tires, black seat and black handgrips. The mini-bicycle is about 31 inches long and 23 inches high. "MIDGET RACER" and "KENT" are written in red lettering on the frame of the bicycle. Kent previously notified many of the consumers who purchased the recalled mini-bicycles about the recall, but about 2,200 of the mini- bicycles still have not been returned. All Kent mini-bicycles have black plastic caps on the tops of the front-wheel fork. Kent mini-bicycles with black plastic caps covering the chrome portion of the tops and sides of the front-wheel fork are not included in this recall.
The Kawasaki "Bayou 200, 300, 300 (4x4)" is a four-wheel ATV with a manual transmission. The recalled ATVs are model numbers KLF220A-15, KLF300-B15, and KLF300-C14. They have "Kawasaki" and "Bayou" written on both sides of the bodywork, roughly inboard of the operator's knee location.
The Fusion 35 speed controller, a small printed circuit board with wires extending from either side, is packed in a clear plastic bag separate from other radio system components, and carries the identification "Fusion 35 #30499" on its front plate.
The Suzuki "Eiger" LT-A400K2 and LT-A400FK2 (two and four-wheel drive) ATVs have automatic transmissions. These models carry the identifications "Suzuki" and "Eiger" on both sides of the bodywork, roughly inboard of the operator's knee location. The ATVs are available in both red and green.
The Pine Tree Candle is shaped like a pine tree, and comes in three colors (lime green, royal blue and gold) and three sizes. The small candle is about 8 inches tall and 5-1/2 inches wide, the medium-sized candle is about 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide, and the tall candle is about 11-1/2 inches tall and 3-1/2 inches wide. There is a round sticker on the bottom of each candle that contains warnings regarding the use of the candle, and indicates that the candle is made in Italy. The packaging for each candle also has a sales sticker with a SKU number. The SKU Number for the lime green candle is 3162 4045, and the SKU Number for the royal blue candle is 3162 4037. The SKU numbers for the gold candle are 57604026 (for the small candle), 57604034 (for the medium-sized candle) and 57604042 (for the large candle).
The recalled cribs have model numbers 83 and 83/4 with manufacture dates of March 2001 or May 2001, located on the mattress board underneath of the mattress. The cribs' headboards and footboards unlatch to fold inward for easy portability from room to room. They are non full-sized wooden cribs and have a natural or white finish.
The Pine Tree Candles come in the shape of pine trees, and come in two sizes, tall and short. The tall candle is approximately 9 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches wide, and the short candle is approximately 8 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches wide. A label on the side of both candles reads "Noble Excellence." There is also a sticker on the bottom of the tall candle that reads "127CD109," and a sticker on the bottom of the short candle that reads "127CD108."
The recalled shower doors include the Kohler Helios and Sterling Freestyle models made from January 1997 through September 2001. The hinges on the Helios and Freestyle models operate in a unique way, which allows the doors to swing back and forth. The door panels can retract side to side without the use of anchored track guides, common to many shower doors. The shower doors were distributed for shower enclosure and bathtub applications in both single and double door configurations, in a variety of sizes. They were sold in chrome, brass and white frame finishes, and with a variety of glass treatments.
The pillar candles were sold in two sizes, three-inches high and six-inches high. The candles are coated with glitter and come in three colors - red, green and gold. The recalled candles have one of the following item numbers printed on a label affixed to the bottom of the candle: 642413, 642423, 642424, 642409, 642410, and 642411.
The "Rice Lights" are 22 feet long with 140 non-replaceable miniature lights on each string. They have multicolor bulbs with green wire, clear bulbs with white wire, or clear bulbs with green wire. The fused plug reads "TING SHEN," and "TS-20." The lights have a push-button control box that allows for eight different lighting effects, including "CHASING FLASH," SLOW FADE" and STEADY ON." There is no mark of an independent testing laboratory. The packaging is a green box that includes the writing, "Rice Lights," "Flora-Lite Co., Clearwater, FL" and "Made in China."
The recalled Holiday Porcelain Votive Lanterns are shaped like a snowman and have a white body; brown, tree-limb-like arms; an orange nose; and a black hat. A votive tealight candle illuminates the snowman from inside, which can be seen through holes in the body, the face, and hat. The lanterns have a product code number of HVO-MAN 102723-01, and have a label on the bottom of the snowman that reads in part, "WARNING: This item becomes extremely hot during use" and "MADE IN CHINA."
The recalled Gorilla Ultralite Climbing Sticks, model number 3163, have the serial numbers 040501, 050501, and 060801 printed on the main brace of the stick. The climbing sticks come in three to a package, are gray in color, have black swivel fold down foot pegs, and a black strap and buckle system. The recalled Strap-on Tree Steps, model numbers 3152 and 3153, have serial number 2899 stamped on the side of the metal step. The tree steps have a black strap, with a metal J hook, black buckle, and a metal step.
These Buoyancy Control Systems come in two versions, a jacket style and a wings style. The overpressure valve is installed on these units. It is very difficult to distinguish the defective overpressure valves from those not affected. Therefore, all overpressure valves with red pulls are included in this recall. The jacket model has the DUI logo printed on the jacket pocket, epaulet, and weight pockets. The wings model has the DUI logo printed on the epaulet and weight pockets. The letters "DUI" are printed on the permanent hang tags found on the Buoyancy Control System.
The recall involves the 2002 model Kawasaki KV650 "Prairie" ATV. The ATV model has the identification "Kawasaki" and "Prairie" on both sides of the bodywork.
Both cribs have openings on each end panel. The end panels on the "Molly" style cribs are made of solid wood with openings on both sides. The end panels on the "Betsy" style cribs are constructed with wood slats. The model numbers are printed inside the headboard at the bottom. The recalled 4-drawer children's dressers have the model number (#26224) and production date (09-01 or older) located on the lower half of the back of the dresser. The wooden dressers come in light brown or off- white and have heart-shaped handles.
