The Learn-Around Playground is a multi-colored, plastic musical activity center for young children ages 6 to 36 months. It includes a Slide and Sing alphabet panel and a ball drop on the left side, a Number Rock musical keyboard in the center, and a Flying Rhymes airplane, pop-up LittleLeap, and "smart" book on the right side. "Leap Frog Baby" is printed on the activity center. Item number 10200 is written underneath the activity table below "Made in China."

The recalled Delta Performance or Delta Performance Plus Series Combination Water Heaters operate on natural or propane gas. The water heaters are white and rectangular. "Triangle Tube" is written on the silver-colored control panel. "Delta" is printed on the front of the water heater. The burner is located under a white or gray cover that protrudes outward at the bottom front of the heater. The models and serial numbers included in this recall are listed below. The original recall (announced March 14, 2006) included the Infinity Twin, AF-1 Twin, Infinity Zoom 200 series, AZ 200 series, and Quantary Infinity Zoom 222 Olympus-brand 35mm film cameras. Olympus has now added the Infinity Zoom 76 and the Promaster Infinity Twin model cameras to the recall. The model name is printed on the face of the camera. These cameras have a built-in flash.
The Jet Streamers™ Outdoor Antics! Pump-Action Water Blasters are straight squirt guns for the pool. The Jet Streamers measure 9 inches long with a bulbous water reservoir at one end and a rigid tapering handle containing a small water intake hole at the other end. The tapering handle is gray while the bulbous water reservoir varies in colors of white/green, blue/yellow and orange/silver. Tiny raised lettering on the Jet Streamers' handles state, "©2002 Wild Planet Toys, San Francisco, CA, USA, Made in China." The toys were sold as a 2-pack set, in packages with other pool toys, such as dive balls and magnet dive gloves, and with boys' swim trunks. The product packaging is labeled "Jet Streamers," "Wild Planet" and is for children ages five and older.
The recalled stools have four legs, are made of wood, and have dark brown or black seats. The counter stool is 24 inches tall and the bar stool is 30 inches tall. The stools have item numbers 202448 and 118136, which can be found on the packaging material.

The recalled fireplace consists of a round fire bowl that rests on four legs, with a chimney cap and hood. The fireplace is made of steel and is painted black. They are about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. The item number, 91023, is printed on the package materials.

The recalled lithium-ion batteries were used with the following computers: 12-inch iBook G4, 12-inch PowerBook G4 and 15-inch PowerBook G4. Consumers should remove the battery from the computer to view the model and serial numbers labeled on the bottom of the unit. This recall involves all 7' Int'l Hard Chrome 1000 lb. and 1500 lb. test Olympic bars with model number 32012 and 32013, 7' Int'l Black Oxide 1000 lb. and 1500 lb. test Olympic bars with model number 32020 and 32021, 7' International Men's Olympic Needle-bearing bars with model number 32010 and 6½' International Women's Olympic Needle-bearing bars with model number 32011. The bars have split sleeves and YORK is printed on the sleeve assemblies of each bar.
The recalled pumps are general in purpose, but are sometimes used in fire suppression systems. The pumps were sold under the Goulds Pumps, Bell & Gossett and Red Jacket Water Products brands. The pumps can be identified by having Model NPE, NPO, MCC, MCS, SM or Series 3530 on their nameplate. Recalled pumps were manufactured between December 2005 and July 26, 2006. They have date code M05, A06, B06, C06, D06, E06, F06 or G06. The date code is the first three digits of the serial number on the pump nameplate.

The recalled radio-controlled toy airplane is lightweight, made of silver or black Styrofoam, and measures 19 inches from wingtip to wingtip. "Air Hogs Skywinder" is printed on the plane's wings. "©2003 Spin Master Ltd" is printed on the right propeller mount. The airplane comes with a controller unit and a charger. Rechargeable batteries are preinstalled in the plane's fuselage. A date code beginning with 06XXXXHM is located under the plane's propeller, on the outside of the controller unit and inside the controller's battery compartment, and on the charger unit's stand.

The kits were sold in brightly colored 11¾-inch by 12-inch boxes with a plastic window and door flap on the front.
Zep Industrial Purple Cleaner & Degreaser is a clear, purple liquid. "Zep Heavy Duty Floor Stripper" is a clear, colorless, water-thin liquid. Both products were sold in 5-gallon, white pails with large blue labels and blue lids. Each pail carries a batch code written on the side of the pail. The toys are about 3.75 inches tall. The toy's packaging is labeled as item 39/1461-K and 39/1461-KM.
