Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels sold as accessories for 2016-2021 Civic vehicles. A manufacturing error may allow the wheels to detach from the vehicle.

Optional equipment may cause the motorhome to exceed Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) when carrying the maximum number of occupants. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims” and 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru Solterra vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. Please see the recall report for a complete list of models. A software error may cause the rearview camera to freeze or display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
This recall involves the Knog Blinder 900 and Blinder 1300 Front Bicycle Lights with the following batch codes: 0124AA, 0423AA, 0723AA, 0923AA, 1023AA, 1123AA and 11A23AA. The batch codes are printed on the underside of the light. They have a black exterior and are marked with the brand "knog". The word "Blinder" is imprinted on the light's handle. They were sold individually, and in a set, and came with a mount. Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.
This recall involves the Youth Clipper 282 Jacket and Youth Zenith 282 Jacket sold in youth sizes 8 - 12. Both jackets have a drawstring in the hood and "Grundens" printed on the left chest. Inside the jacket there is a black label with "Grundens" and the country of origin in white lettering. The youth Clipper jacket was sold in an orange color and the youth Zenith jacket was sold in orange, navy, and camouflage colors.
This recall involves models Stealth and Covert kayak paddles. The brand name Werner appears on decals on both blades and the model name is printed on the right paddle blade. The paddles are made of black carbon fiber.
This recall involves mattresses marketed by the Avenco and Novilla brands. The recalled mattresses were sold in various thicknesses, including 6, 10, 12, and 14 inches, and were sold in various sizes including twin, full, queen and king. The mattresses are white and have an accent color around the side of the mattress of light gray, dark gray, or navy depending on the model. The name "PT Champion", the manufacture date, the model, the prototype IDs, thickness and size of each mattress are printed in black letters on a sewn-in white label located on one side of the mattress. The manufacture date is in the format: YYYYMMDD-GJ and the models are: A-M02822-10-Q-2, A-M02822-12-K-2, B-M02901-14-Q-1, B-M02905-6-T, or N-M02043-12-F-2. Some of the Avenco mattresses have a navy tag sewn into the side of the mattress. Some of the Novilla mattresses have a green tag sewn into the side of the mattress. This recall involves Harppa branded 5-in-1 convertible high chairs (Model BHC001). Only high chairs with "Model Number BHC001" and "Production Batch Number 202408" printed on a label on the back of the chair are included in the recall. The high chairs have a plastic seat frame, metal legs, a tray, cushioned seat insert and a footrest. The high chair converts into a toddler arm chair, baby dining chair, and baby rocking chair. They were sold in green, pink and gray.
This recall involves the M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw, catalog number 2826-20 with a serial break identified with "A" in the product's serial number. The catalog number can be found on the upper right portion of the product's nameplate. The serial number can be found on upper left portion of the nameplate, and the serial break level is the 4th digit of the serial number. The product is a battery-operated chainsaw that comes with either a 12" or 14" bar, which is intended for use with Milwaukee's M18 batteries. The product is sold either individually as a bare tool that includes a chain and bar cover and blade wrench, or as a kit that includes two (2)M18 batteries, an M18 battery charger, a chain and bar cover and a blade wrench.

"DINBooonLUX" is printed on a blue label on one side of the mattress. "Factory#2023KZF", Date of Manufacture in MMYYYY format, and "Model: ZC-A-12F" are printed on a white label on the mattress.
This recall involves YaFiti Fabric 12-Drawer Dressers. The recalled dressers were sold in the following colors: black, black wood veins, grey, oak grey, pink and rustic brown. They have a metal frame, wooden top and 12 collapsable fabric drawers. "HI1381_13", "DD-02-BP", "HI1381_09", "DD-02-O", "DD-02-P", "DD-02-B" are printed on labels located on the outer packaging box of the product.
This recall involves Crate & Barrel Ana Dining Chairs with SKU numbers: 108-976, 109-100, 109-117, 109-123, 121-287, 436-035, 436-074, 436-096, 436-123, 686-763, 686-774, 387-127, 387-135, 387-141 and 387-166. The SKU is located on the underside of the chair seat. The recall does not apply to chair models sold after January 23, 2025. The recalled chairs were sold in charcoal, gray, ivory, navy, gray velvet, camel velvet, and olive-green velvet.
This recall involves a Halloween-themed Skeleton Wax Candle, which is a white candle in a black plastic bowl that includes skeleton and pumpkin ornaments and a duck candle. The plastic container bears a misspelled warning label that reads: "WANING: PLASTIC CONTAINER AND ONAMENTS ARE FLAMMABLE". Other labeling on the container includes a red $7 price sticker and a warning label that reads "This product not intended for use by or accessible to children 12 years of age or younger. MADE IN CHINA" with model number D310800CN01.
This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2025-2026 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar ROVs. The recalled vehicles were sold in black, blue, bronze, brown, camouflage, gray, orange, red and white. The vehicles were sold in three and six-seat configurations and have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille. The VIN is printed on the left rear frame (on the driver's side of the vehicle) under the cargo box.
