The recall involves Bermuda BSI and Cayman CWI Series gas-fired boilers designed for indoor installation. Model and serial numbers included in this recall are listed below and are located on the rating plate. The boilers have a two-tone, red and gray jacket enclosure with the controls and piping on the right side of the unit. The rating plate is a silver label located in the upper left hand corner of the right side panel. The recalled toy helicopters are remote-controlled lightweight plastic toy helicopters. The helicopter is sold with a control unit, a charger and rechargeable batteries in the body of the toy. The body of the helicopter measures about 13 inches in length and the rotor diameter is about 10 inches. The helicopter is yellow and red with green rotors. The helicopter has a label on the front that reads "Champion HX242 Electric Power Helicopter."
The recall includes General Duty 30- and 60-ampere, 240-volt, 1-phase and 3-phase NEMA 3R safety switches. The switches are typically used to control the flow of electricity to outdoor motorized units that are hardwired to a household or business electrical system such as outdoor air conditioning and heating (HVAC) equipment. The switches contain "ON" and "OFF" positions. The "OFF" position is designed to cut the flow of electricity to an outdoor motorized unit to protect the person who is servicing the unit. The recalled switches have the following date codes and catalog number printed on bottom of the wiring label inside the front cover or on bottom of the package label. The wrist straps are sold with Nintendo's Wii video game system (pronounced "we"). Its controller, called the Wii Remote, is shaped like a TV remote. Sensors determine the Wii Remote's position in 3-D space, which means that a tennis swing, for example, is done through movement of a consumer's hand rather than by just fingers and thumbs. The cords on the wrist straps included in this program are 0.6 mm in diameter. The replacement cords are 1.0 mm in diameter (see photo).

The N.I.C.E. P200 is a black portable navigation and entertainment device that can be attached to a vehicle's windshield. The device has a 4-inch touch screen LCD monitor and contains one lithium battery. "Clarion" and "N.I.C.E. P200" are printed on the device. "Clarion NAVBATTERY," "Rechargeable Li-Polymer Battery," and "Made in Korea" are printed on the battery. Only N.I.C.E. P200 units with serial numbers ending in "UE" or "UF" are affected by this recall. The serial number is located on a white label on the back of the device.
The stuffed animal is a brown and white beagle with a red scarf and Santa hat trimmed in red and white stripes. A green wreath with red pompoms is attached near the beagle's mouth. The stuffed beagle measures 7 inches tall and 5 inches long. "Marketed by WAL-MART STORES, INC" and UPC number "8 85271 90780 3" are printed on the dog's sewn-in labels. "Holiday Time™" is printed on the animal's hang tag.

The recalled knit coveralls are off-white with long sleeves. There are pastel stripes on the sleeves and legs, and a floral motif on the right-hand side of the chest. It was sold with a matching striped cap. The coveralls were sold in sizes 0-12 months. Style number 1053EGR410 is printed on the hang tag.
This recall involves the "Ellis" children's boots sold in pre-walk and toddler sizes 3 through 9. The boots are black with white stitching and were sold with either leather or faux fur lining. "See Kai Run" is written on the sole and insole of the boots. . "Ellis - FF" or "Ellis - L" is written on the side of the shoe box under the Style heading. No other styles or models are included in this recall.
This recall involves wooden rattles with six-multi-colored slats used to connect the two, red round ends. A metal bell is contained within the slats. The rattles measure 2 1/2 inches in diameter by 2 1/2 inches in height. The name BRIO appears on one of the wooden sides.
The recalled necklaces are multi-colored metal pendants that hang from a black cord. The pendants are in the shape of the head of one of three "Powerpuff Girls" cartoon characters. The packaging consists of purple cardboard with the three Powerpuff Girls cartoon characters and the words "CARTOON NETWORK" and "THE POWERPUFF GIRLS" printed on both sides.
The recalled necklaces are silver-colored with multi-colored pendants shaped as butterflies. The pendant hangs from a silver-colored chain. The necklaces' packaging is pink and purple cardboard with "Butterfly Necklace" printed on the front and "Item #JA442" on the back.
The recalled product is the Gemco® Lemonade Jar. The product is a six-sided glass jar with a round glass lid and a metal spigot at the bottom of the jar. The jar has a yellow and green label on the front that reads "Lemonade Jar" with a picture of two lemons. There is a sticker on the bottom that reads "imported by Gemco, Div. Lifetime Hoan Corp. The recall involves the "Emerson Designer 60-inch Ceiling Fan." The recalled fans have a 60-inch diameter and come in seven types of finishes including weathered bronze, pewter, antique brass, white, antique white, oil rubbed bronze and brushed steel. The sit harnesses are worn around climber's waist and legs and attach to climbing ropes to protect climbers from falling. The harnesses have three buckles including one on the waist belt and one on each leg loop. "Edelweiss" is printed on the waist belt. Only harnesses using the para buckle system are included in this recall. Para buckle harnesses have a single bar installed in the center of each of the three buckles.
The recalled air rifles are the following GAMO models: Hunter Pro, Hunter Sport, Shadow Sport, and F1200. These models bear the serial numbers 04-IC-415577-06 through 04-IC-579918-06. The model and serial numbers can be found on the left side of the barrel just above the front left side of the stock. Models Shadow Sport and F1200 look identical.
