Mr. Heater Propane Heaters (Mr. Heater) – Model Defect (2005)

Fire/Burn Risk

Only model number MH18B Mr. Heater "Big Buddy" and "Tough Buddy" propane heaters are included in the recall. The model number is located on the rear panel of the unit. The heaters are either black with yellow accents around the burner tiles or light gray with red accents around the burner tiles. "Mr. Heater" is printed in the lower right hand corner of the heaters.

Girls' Cardigan Sweater (H&M) – safety concern (2005)

The recalled cardigan sweaters are black with a black faux fur trim around the wrists, neck and down the front center of the sweater. The sweaters were sold in girls' sizes 7Y through 14Y and are made of 100 percent acrylic. "Dubbster" and RN number "0101255" are printed on the inside neck label of the sweaters.

Residential Dining Chair (Poundex) – Structural Weakness (2005)

The recalled dining chair has a dark bronze metallic frame, birch colored wooden back and gold colored upholstered seat. The front and rear legs have a curved shape. The label under the seat reads, in part, "Imported by Poundex Associates Corp." The recalled dining chair is approximately 42 inches high and 17 inches wide.
