When shifting into Reverse, a small portion of the rearview image may be obscured, or the screen may not illuminate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2021 X5 sDrive40i and X5 xDrive40i vehicles. The right front brake disc may have been assembled with incorrect fasteners, which over time, could result in the front brake disc becoming loose.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2020-2021 228i, 228i xDrive, and M235i xDrive vehicles. If the driver initiates an automatic closure of the sunroof, and the vehicle key status is changed to "off" or "lock," the sunroof may continue to close. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 118, "Power-operated Window Systems."

The rotor and shaft within the integrated brake system may not have been welded properly and could separate during a hard braking event, possibly resulting in a loss of the Antilock Brake System (ABS) and braking assistance.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2011-2014 S 1000 RR/R/ HP4, R 1200 GS/GS Adventure/R/RT, K 1300 S, K 1600 GT/GTL/GTL Exclusive and 2014 R nine T motorcycles. The fuel pump, and auxiliary fuel pump in certain models, may crack and leak fuel during vehicle operation.

The connection between the 48-Volt battery and the starter-generator may not have been assembled properly, which can cause increased electrical resistance at the connections.
This recall involves Delta UV EA-4H-10 ultra-violet generators installed in swimming pools and swim spas to sanitize the water. The majority were installed in Endless Pools. The brand and model number can be identified from the manufacturing plate located on one end of the generator's steel tube. They are silver and black in color and measure 4 inches in diameter and 25 inches in length.

This recall involves Eco Baby Spoons and Forks and Eco Feeding Spoons, as well as the Eco Placemat Feeding sets 4 PCS, because they include the Eco Feeding Spoon. The recalled spoons and forks are made entirely of a plastic compound, and are distinct from the other Herobility spoons and forks sold in the U.S., which consist of plastic handles with steel implements. The Herobility name and, in most instances, the date (month/2019) are located directly on the underside of the recalled products. In addition to products with a date stamp of (month/2019), products with no date stamp are included in the recall.
This recall involves InvoSpa electric throw heated blankets. The recalled blankets measure 50 inches by 60 inches. The blankets are made of silky flannel and sherpa shu velveteen and are white and gray. Model number ML-G03 and InvoSpa are printed on a tag on the blanket.
Two issues were found with the treatment plan report: 1) There may be incorrect information for the percent of a region of interest with a clinical goal that is outside the dose grid; and 2) For RayStation and RayPlan 9B and 10A, 6D couch angles may be incorrect.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2020-2021 M2 Coupe and 2020 M4 Coupe vehicles. Fuel injectors may have been installed without a damping component which is used to reduce vibration. If a damping component is not present, vibration will increase at the connection between the fuel line and the fuel rail, which over time, can result in damage at the connection.
If a region of interest (ROI) or point of interest (POI) that is referenced from an imported plan is missing in the imported RT Structure Set, the reference may become linked to the wrong ROI or POI.
