BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2020-2021 X3 sDrive 30i, X3 xDrive 30i, X3M 40i, X3 xDrive 30e, X4 xDrive 30i, X4M 40i, 530i, 540i, 540i xDrive, M550i xDrive, M5, 550e, 550e xDrive, and 550e iPerformance vehicles. A small portion of the rearview image may be slightly obscured. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Debris may have entered one or more of the hybrid battery cells during their production.

Firm has received 6 complaints that the Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME) disconnected from the closed respiratory circuit during use. If the HME separates, the ventilator circuit may not provide adequate ventilation to the patient, potentially resulting in lack of oxygen leading to hypoxia or death.
This recall involves type 2 SODA SENSE 0.6 liter CO2 canisters sold through the SODA SENSE mail order exchange program. The metal, cylinder canisters are silver with a black cap. The SODA SENSE logo appears on the front of each canister. Only those cylinders with two (2) indented rings on the bottom are the subject of this recall.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment."

The tire information labels may contain tire size and cold tire inflation pressure information that does not match the specific tires that were installed on these vehicles. As such, these vehicles fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

The tire pressure labels may not remain affixed to the motorcycle frame. As a result, these motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars."
This recall involves the Super Soaker XP20 (E6286) which is a green and orange hand-held water blaster, and the XP 30 (E6289) which is an orange and blue hand-held water blaster. "Nerf Super Soaker" and the model number are printed on the sticker on the side of the water blaster.
