CAMPAGNA MOTORS (CAMPAGNA) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 AND 2012 V13R THREE WHEEL VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 2010 THROUGH JUNE 2012. THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE ASSEMBLY ON THE VEHICLE CHASSIS MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. THE HARDWARE USED TO INSTALL THE BUCKLE ON THE CHASSIS MAY HAVE BEEN REVERSED.

The recalled climbing sticks are used for climbing a tree and include 2009 year Model 70301 - Muddy Outdoors climbing stick (a 20-inch single climbing stick) and 2009 year Model 70304 - Muddy Outdoors climbing stick (4-pack of 20-inch climbing sticks). The year and model number are printed on a label on the front of the main vertical frame of the climbing stick just below the two cam locks.

The recall includes two separate model trampolines. The Leaps & Bounds Trampoline is a 34-inch by 34-inch trampoline with a hold-on handle with model number 12731 printed on the pad that goes around the frame of the product. The Pirate Jump & Play Trampoline has an enclosure and model number 0840525.
This recall involves the Duracell 130W Combo AC/DC adapters with model numbers EA10900, AC-6501, and DRUM130 and date codes 0804 and 0805. The black power adapter is used with notebook computers. "DURACELL UNIVERSAL POWER ADAPTER" is printed on the front of the power adapter. The model and date codes can be found on the rating label on the back of the power adapter.
The recalled bottle sippers have white screw-on bases with dark blue, green or red pull-up valves. They are sold in packages of three. The package is labeled "Bottle Sippers." Bradshaw International Inc. and #70118 are written on the back of the package.
This recall involves Torelli Verona and Lugano Open Tubular bicycle tires with folding Kevlar beads, used to hold the tire to the rim. A red and white label on the sidewall of the Verona model has "Torelli Verona 700 X 23 100-130 psi Handmade Open Tubular" printed on it. A green and white label on the lower edge of the Lugano model has "Torelli Lugano 700 X 23 100-130 psi Handmade Open Tubular" printed on it. The tires are packaged in red and white boxes with the Torelli logo on the front.
The Prima chair is a child's molded plastic chair made up of two plastic parts: the chair's seat and the base, which includes the chair legs. The Prima chair is sold in several seat heights - measuring between 8 and 13 inches from the top of the seat to the floor. The seat portion is 10.5 inches by 10 inches. The Prima chair comes in red, yellow, blue, green, teal, berry and purple with either black- or same-colored legs as the seat or navy seat with black legs. The model number does not appear on the chair. The Prima chair can be identified on the company's web site under Early Learning, model number 7101.
