This recall involves the Tadpoles Baby and Kids brand Moses baskets and stands. The Moses basket is made from natural tan wild palm leaves and measures about 33 inches long by 14 inches tall and 10 inches wide. The stand has a pine wood frame, a fabric platform and polyester rope design. The stand measures 17 inches tall by 14 inches wide and 15 inches wide when extended. "Tadpoles" is printed on the clear plastic wrapping on the Moses baskets and stands.
This recall involves Precious Cargo® infant one-piece garments with a three snap bottom closure. The garments are 100 percent cotton and were sold in sizes 6M, 12M and 18M in the following solid colors: athletic heather, aquatic blue, candy pink, clover green, jet black, lime, navy, purple, red, royal, sangria, white and yellow. "Precious Cargo" and an elephant are printed on a blue tag sewn into the neck area. Style number CAR40 is printed on a white label sewn into the left inside seam. The one-pieces were sold as promotional products with a corporate or community organization logo on the front.
This recall involves Stork Craft foam crib and crib/toddler mattresses with model numbers 06710-100 and 06710-200 and a date of manufacture between August 2014 and January 2015. The mattresses have a zippered white fabric cover and measure about 28 inches wide, 52 inches long and have a 5-inch-thick foam core. The model number, date of manufacture and "Stork Craft Manufacturing (USA) Inc." are printed on white federal label attached to the white mattress cover. The mattresses' box has a Graco logo.
This recall involves 2015 CRUZ and 2015 VISTA strollers and 2015 RumbleSeat. The CRUZ strollers have an aluminum alloy gray or black frame with a black fabric toddler seat with a colored fabric sunshade canopy and a black basket under the seat. The UPPAbaby name and logo are printed on the side of the canopy and "CRUZ" is printed in white lettering on the handlebars of the stroller. The VISTA strollers have gray or black aluminum frames, colored sunshade canopy and are made to hold one, two or up to three children. VISTA is printed in white lettering on the handlebars of the stroller and UPPAbaby is printed across the bottom diagonal rail of the stroller frame next to a black, fabric basket. The RumbleSeat is a separate seat attachment that can be attached to the stroller frame. RumbleSeats have manufacture dates stamped on the bottom of the seat from September 2014 through May 2015. The RumbleSeat comes in various colors and allows the child to ride rear facing, forward facing or reclined. All of the strollers and RumbleSeats have a foam bumper bar across the middle of the product for the child to hold. The Otteroo Inflatable Baby Float is an inflatable round ring made of clear and blue plastic material. It has two air chambers that fasten around a baby's neck with a white buckle. The floats have a chin rest, two handles and two circular openings on the back of the ring to allow the device to expand as the child grows with age. There are three colorful balls that move freely around inside the ring. The name "Otteroo" is imprinted on the top of the float in large, orange letters with an Otter logo.

This recall involves IKEA SULTAN and VYSSA crib mattresses with the following model names: SULTAN BLUNDA, SULTAN DRÖMMA, SULTAN SNARKA, SULTAN SUSSA, VYSSA VACKERT, VYSSA VINKA, VYSSA SPELEVINK, VYSSA SLÖA and VYSSA SLUMMER. The recalled mattresses are 52 inches long and 27 ½ inches wide and were manufactured on May 4, 2014 or earlier. An identification label attached to the mattress cover has the date of manufacture in Month-DD-YY format or YY-WW format and the SULTAN or VYSSA model name. In the YY-WW format, mattresses with a date code of 14-18 or earlier are being recalled. A gap between the mattress and crib ends larger than two finger width is an indication of the defective mattress.

This recall involves Stokke Trailz strollers with the chassis and seat sold between November 2014 and December 2014. The strollers were sold in black, black mélange, beige mélange, deep blue, red and purple. The four-wheeled adjustable chassis is silver aluminum, and measures approximately 45 inches high by 32 inches long when fully extended. The strollers have adjustable angle handlebars, a storage bin above the wheelbase and a seat with an adjustable cover. The Stokke logo is printed on the front of the seat and the "Trailz" model name is printed on a tracking label affixed to the front of the wheelbase assembly.
This recall involves the 2-in-1 Bassinet to Cradle, sold in pink, blue, green, and white. The bassinet has metal frame supports and fabric sides with a removable half-canopy on the top. The frame can also be adjusted with two rocking legs on each end of the bassinet. It is designed with fabric handles and the option to remove the bassinet from the frame to use the bassinet portion as a "by the bed" sleeper product. The recalled model numbers are 439-A, 439-B, 439-G, 439-P and 439-W and can be found on a tag which is located under the mattress pad of the bassinet. This tag is a removable tag you see in the store but is removed prior to use.

All models are a single-occupant stroller with an external sliding fold-lock hinge on each side and a one-hand fold release mechanism on the handle. Strollers with a manufacture date from August 1, 2000 to September 25, 2014 are included in the recall. Model numbers and the date of manufacture are printed on the white label located at the bottom of the stroller leg just above the rear wheel.

The recall involves First Impressions high-top, soft-soled sneakers for infants that are crawling or standing. The recalled shoes have blue denim soles and uppers, brown canvas tongues, tan shoe laces and white polyurethane toes. Each upper has eight 3/16-inch eyelets for the laces. The shoes came in sizes 0, 1, 2 and 3. Style number 42090 is on a cloth tag inside of shoe.
This recall includes Franklin & Ben Mason style 4-in-1 style cribs model number 5601 that were manufactured from January 2012 through August 2012. The model number and the date of manufacture are printed on a label on the inside of a side panel of the crib. Listed on the label as a "serial number," the following purchase order numbers are included in the recall: H004522, H004546, H004548 or H004777. The cribs have solid wood sideboards and wood rails on the front and back of the crib in varying heights and can convert to a daybed, toddler bed or full-sized bed. There is a storage drawer at the base of the crib with two metal knobs. The recalled cribs were sold in weathered gray and rustic brown, and measure 57 inches long by 33 inches wide by 51 inches high.
The four recalled children's water bottles have popular cartoon characters on a hard-sided plastic bottle. Characters and bottle colors include Dora the Explorer®, violet; Hello Kitty®, pink; SpongeBob Square Pants®, blue; and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles®, green. The bottles stand 6 inches tall, hold 15 ounces of liquid, have white lids that screw off and have fold-up straws and filters that sit inside the straw below the lid. Each bottle bears a Brita logo and features the image of a popular children's cartoon character. The removable plastic wrap on the bottle at time of purchase has the model number BB07 and the following UPC codes: 60258-35883 on the Dora the Explorer, 60258-35914 on the Hello Kitty, 60258-35880 on the SpongeBob Square Pants and 60258-35882 on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
This recall involves two models of the Tommee Tippee Movement and Sound Baby Monitors with Sensor Pads. The product comes in three parts; the baby unit, parent unit and the movement sensor pad. The pad is white with a 10-foot cord that runs from the pad to the baby monitor unit. Both models come with a sensor pad that fits under the baby's crib mattress and sounds an alarm if no movement is detected for 20 seconds. There is a keypad and small screen above the keypad on both the baby unit and the parent unit. The recalled products include models 1082S and 1094S. Model 1094S includes a night-vision video camera. Model numbers are located on the bottom of the base of the recharger and also on the bottom of the camera.

The recalled cribs were manufactured between July 2007 and January 2014 and have one of the following model numbers: 1SPCR, 2SPCR, 4SPCR or 5SPCR. The manufacture date, in the MM-YYYY format, and the model number are located on the warning label attached to the crib's mattress support.
