This recall involves all Coravin™ 1000 Wine Access Systems. The system uses a hollow needle to penetrate a wine bottle cork and allow wine to be dispensed without removing the cork. The system is about nine inches tall and has a silver-colored, metallic tubular body with a detachable black plastic capsule cup attached to the bottom and trigger on the top. A black metal handle is attached at the top of the tube and a black metal, moveable bottle clamp is attached to the front side of the tube. A long, metallic needle protrudes from the underside of the handle. The Coravin name and logo appear on the front side of the tube. The system comes with a silver-colored storage base and two argon gas capsules.
This recall involves phil&teds Travel System 26 (TS26) adaptors used to attach infant car seats to the following phil&teds stroller models, the Classic, Dot, Explorer, Hammerhead, Navigator, S3 and S4. Compatible car seats include the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix, Maxi Cosi Mico, Maxi Cosi Pebble and Cybex Anton. The adaptors are two pieces of black plastic, one for the left side and one for the right side, that connect the stroller to the car seat. "TS26," "philandteds," "L" for left, "R" for right and UPC "9 420015 7 4004" are printed on the adaptors.
The recall includes the Bristle Builders® for Toddlers sets sold with 52 plastic pieces consisting of building pieces and three animal figures. The animal figures include a yellow duck with a purple round base, a brown horse with a blue round base and a pink pig with a round green base. The building pieces include circle, rectangle, square and triangle-shaped pieces in different colors with a green 8" by 4.5" rectangle base. Pieces are covered with plastic bristle pegs which allow all the pieces to connect. Production number EC559597 is printed on the smooth side of the green baseplate.
This recall involves all styles of J. Crew Holiday 2013 and Spring 2014 baby coveralls in sizes newborn to 3T. The coveralls were sold in various colors and designs including prints and stripes. A care label sewn into the inside left seam of the garment reads either "HO'13" or "SP'14," and lists the PO number and style number. The recall involves rechargeable batteries in Summer Infant handheld color video monitors. The rechargeable batteries are about 1 ½" tall by 2 ¼" wide and are ¼" thick, black, and are marked with TCL on the lower right corner of the battery. Monitors are sold with a matching camera and A/C adaptors. The My Sweet Love / My Sweet Baby electronic baby doll comes in pink floral clothing and matching knit hat. The 16 inch doll is packaged with a toy medical check-up kit including a stethoscope, feeding spoon, thermometer and syringe. The doll's electronics cause her to babble when she gets "sick," her cheeks turn red and she starts coughing. Using the medical kit pieces cause the symptoms to stop. "My Sweet Baby" is printed on the front of the clear plastic and cardboard packaging. The doll is identified by UPC 6-04576-16800-5 and a date code which begins with WM. The date code is printed on the stuffed article label sewn into the bottom of the doll.
This recall involves IKEA children's bed canopies. The canopies are made out of mesh fabric and hang from the ceiling onto a child's crib or bed. They measure about 7 ft. long and about 2 ft. in diameter. The canopy's name is printed on the washing instructions label sewn onto the bottom of the fabric. The recalled includes all BebeLove walkers that were sold for babies age 6 months or older. The walkers contain a plastic- covered foam padded seat with a plastic base and toy tray. Model 358 walkers have a green, pink or orange musical tray with a white toy bar and solid colored seats. Model 368 walkers have green, pink or white musical tray with a yellow toy bar and printed patterned seats. Both models have white stoppers on the bottom of the base of the walker and model numbers printed on a label on the rear bottom inside of the base. "BEBELOVE" is printed on a label on the seat back and on the base of the walkers. This recall involves three styles of Fred and Friends Chill Baby pacifiers, including the Artiste with a black plastic beard and mustache, Volume with a black volume control knob and Panic with a red panic button. The pacifier's name and UPC are printed on the packaging. The Artiste's UPC is 728987021282, the Volume style's UPC is 728987020599 and the Panic style's UPC is 728987020605. The pacifiers are plastic and silicone rubber and measure about 2 inches wide and 1½ inches tall.
This recall involves Britax B-Agile, B-Agile Double and BOB Motion strollers. The single and double strollers were sold in various color schemes, including black, red, kiwi, sandstone, navy and orange. They were manufactured between March 2011 and June 2013 and have the following model numbers: U341763, U341764, U341782 and U341783 for the B-Agile strollers; U361818 or U361819 for the B-Agile Double strollers; and U391820, U391821 and U391822 for the BOB Motion strollers. The model number and the manufacture date in YYYY/MM/DD format can be found on label located on the inside of the stroller's metal frame near the right rear wheel.
This recall involves the Playtex pacifier holder clips that attach a pacifier to items like clothing, diaper bags and strollers. It is a plastic clip with a figure and a "Playtex" copyright logo that slides up and down to adjust the clip, a ribbon and a clear plastic ring that stretches to fit the pacifier. The pacifier holder was sold in green with a monkey figure, pink with a flower and blue with a tow truck.
This recall involves donut-shaped polyester knit fabric baby rattles with heads and arms to resemble a bear, monkey and a lion. They measure about 7 inches in diameter by 2 inches thick. Sweet-ums and Midwest-CBK are printed on a hang tag on the rattles. A label sewn into the rattles has Midwest-CBK, the production date 04/2013 and the batch #:00001281 printed on it.
The infant home kit consists of a white jersey and navy blue shorts and socks in sizes 0, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months. The jersey has style #1238534 printed on a side seam label. The jerseys are white with navy blue trim and navy blue UA and Tottenham Hotspur logos. The navy blue shorts have white trim and white UA and Tottenham Hotspur logos. The socks are navy blue.
This recall involves all Joovy's Zoom gray metal car seat stroller adapters. The adapters are gray with black plastic clips designed to attach infant car seats to stroller frames. The adapter frame's dimensions are approximately 17" x 13" x 10". Recalled car seat adapter models include 00945 for Graco, 00946 for Chicco and 00947 for Peg Perego frames. "Joovy" and the model numbers can be found on the label at the center of the end bar of the adapter.
This recall involves Edoche's Cubetensils sets of children's eating utensils. Each set consists of a spoon and a matching fork with stainless steel heads and plastic handles. The handle has three segments that rotate to create design combinations. The utensils are 5.75-inches long and were sold in seven different models/designs: alphabet, moon and stars, nature, princess, rockets, trucks and veggies. The sets come in a brown cardboard box with a clear viewing window in the front. "Edoche" is printed on the bottom of the utensils and "Stainless Steel China" is embossed on the metal heads. The phrase "Not for children under 3" appears on the back of the product's packaging.
The Playtex Hip Hammock is an infant carrier designed to strap the baby against the caregiver's body at the hip. It is made of a soft, quilted fabric and intended for babies that are from 15 to 35 pounds. The child seat is attached with straps that wrap around the carrier's hips and shoulder. "Playtex Hip Hammock" is printed on a label sewn into the front of the carrier. All model numbers are being recalled. Model numbers 05300, 05301, 05302, 05306, 05307 and 05308 are sewn into the inside panel below the instructions for use. They come in basic and deluxe styles. The hip hammock's fabric is suede or ultra-suede in black or navy colors on the outside, and the inside lining is black, black and white check or burgundy.
The recalled IKEA children's SMILA-series wall-mounted lamps were sold in eight designs, including a blue star, yellow moon, pink flower, white flower, red heart, green bug, blue seashell and an orange seahorse. The blue star is the STJÄRNA model with article numbers 501.944.49 or 500.108.79. The yellow moon is the MÅNE model with article numbers 701.944.48 or 700.108.40. The pink flower is the BLOMMA model with article numbers 901.944.47 or 000.979.50. The white flower is the BLOMMA model with article number 300-746-50. The red heart is the HJÄRTA model with article numbers 202.256.59 or 801.993.13. The green bug is the BAGGE model with article numbers 101.944.46 or 700.728.71. The blue seashell is the SNÄCKA model with article number 400-982-50. The orange seahorse is the SJÖHÄST model with article number 900-982-43. The model name is printed on a label on the inside back of the lamp near the light bulb. The article number is printed on the lamp's packaging. The plastic wall-mounted children's lamps measure about 11 inches high by 11 inches wide. They have a 7 ft. long electrical cord with an in-line switch and take a 25-watt light bulb.
This recall includes the Manhattan Toy® Quixel™ baby rattle. The plastic rattles have four, colored arches (red, orange, green and blue) with sliding beads on each of the arches. The arches are held together by a single string of red, white and blue elastic. The rattle arches measure about 5 inches in diameter. The product was sold with or without a box. "Manhattan Toy" is printed on one of the arches.
The recall involves the Movement and Sound Monitor manufactured by Angelcare. This design of baby monitor includes a unique sensor pad placed inside the crib, under the mattress, to monitor movement of the baby. An electrical cord about 11 feet long is permanently connected from the sensor pad to the nursery monitor unit. The hazard is created by a cord within reach of a baby inside the crib. The cord can be pulled into the crib and can wrap around the child's neck. The recall involves all versions of Angelcare sensor monitors including model numbers: AC1100, AC201, AC300, AC401 AC601 and 49255 that did not include rigid cord covers, offered in the remedy. The model number is located on the back of the nursery monitor unit. The monitors were manufactured between 1999 and 2013.
The BreathableBaby BreathableSacks are sleeveless, wearable blankets. They come in two sizes: small (10-18 pounds) and medium (16-24 pounds) and come in three colors: kiwi Whoo, pink Hip, and blue Splash. There is one animal stitched on the left chest of each blanket of an owl, hippo or elephant. Only BreathableSacks from Lot No. 124 with a manufacture date of 04/17/2012 are included in the recall. A tag sewn inside the recalled units where the infant's right foot would be located states the "Date of Manufacture: 04/17/2012, Lot No. 124," along with the washing instructions on the back of the tag.
