The recall involves two different older versions of the Peg Perego strollers, Venezia and Pliko-P3, manufactured between January 2004 and September 2007, in a variety of colors. Only strollers that have a child tray with one cup holder are part of this recall. Strollers with a bumper bar in front of the child or a tray with two cup holders are not included in this recall. "Peg Perego" and "Venezia" or "Pliko-P3" are printed on the side of the strollers. The following Venezia and Pliko-P3 stroller model numbers that begin with the following numbers are included in this recall. The model number is printed on a white label on the back of the Pliko P-3's stroller seat and on the Venezia stroller's footboard. The slip-on shoes have pull-on tabs on both the front and back of the foot opening of the shoe. These Aqua Socks were sold in pink and purple in Toddler sizes 5-11. The recall includes Old Navy Toddler Girl Aqua Socks with style number 896452. A small tag inside the foot opening contains the style number (896452), size information and country of origin (China).
This recall involves Kolcraft Contours Options three- and four-wheeled strollers. Strollers included in the recall have model numbers starting with ZL002, ZL005, ZL008, ZL015 and ZL018. On the ZL002 model, the model number and date of manufacture is printed on a sticker above the left wheel. On the ZL005, ZL008, ZL015 and ZL018 models, the model number and date of manufacture is printed on a label sewn into the edge of back of the stroller seat pad. The strollers were manufactured from January 2006 through November 2009 and sold in various color schemes.
This recall includes Kolcraft Tender Vibes bassinets with model numbers KB021-ARC, KB022-VER, KB039-CMR1 and Light Vibes bassinet with model number KB043-BNT1. A label with the model/item number of the bassinet is located on one of the legs of the metal frame. The recalled bassinets were manufactured from July 2008 through May 2010. The words "Kolcraft Tender Vibes" or "Kolcraft Light Vibes" are located on the removable music box which is attached to the side of the bassinet.
This recall includes Rockland Furniture brand drop-side cribs imported and sold by jcpenney from 2005 to 2008. The wooden cribs used plastic hardware to attach the drop side. "Rockland Furniture" and the model number can be found on a rectangular label located on the lower portion of the headboard panel. The dolls are Hispanic, Caucasian, Asian and Black and are dressed in diapers with a colored hearts, stars and swirl print. Two labels are sewn inside the back of the diaper. "Lakeshore" is written on the larger label. The number "550200" is written on the smaller label.
The Rx Locker is a medicine bottle storage container. It is made of orange plastic with a white top resembling four pill containers. It has a metal, three-number combination lock on the front. Production batch numbers are printed on the bottom of the container. The recalled containers were manufactured between May 2010 to December 2010 and can be identified by the last six numbers in the production batch number. Recalled batch numbers end with: 052 010, 062 010, 082 010 and 122 010.
This recall involves Kelty Speedster Swivel Deluxe single jogging strollers and Swivel Deuce double jogging strollers. The strollers have an aluminum frame and a cloth seat with a canopy. They were sold in color combinations blue/gray and orange/gray. "Kelty Kids" is embroidered on the front of the stroller in the child's leg area. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The model number and stroller name are printed on a tag inside the stroller's seat area. This recall involves H.W. Carter & Sons/Carter's Watch the Wear bodysuits and sleep 'n play one-piece garments. "Carter's Watch the Wear" is printed on the front of the package and on the inside neckline. The garments are pastel blue, pink and yellow, and packaged as solids, stripes and patterns. They are sold in packages of two, three or five. The recalled Bumbleride Indie strollers are model numbers I-107, I-110 and I-205 with a DOM (Date of Manufacture) from January 2009 through August 2011 sold in multiple colors. The DOM (Date of Manufacture) can be found on a white rectangular sticker affixed to the side of the seat frame. The recalled Bumbleride Indie Twin strollers are model numbers IT-108, IT-111, and IT-305 with a DOM (Date of Manufacture) from January 2009 through August 2011 sold in multiple colors. The DOM (Date of Manufacture) can be found on a white rectangular sticker affixed to the underside of the handle.
The recalled rattles are made out of multi-colored, woven plastic and have a bell inside. They measure about 4 1/2 inches long. "Made in Mexico" and "Lee Carter Company" are printed on a tag on a purple plastic loop at the end of the rattle's handle.
The recalled strollers are made for newborns and toddlers up to 37 pounds. They are sold in two frame colors: silver and all black. The stroller's seat comes in black or denim colors and canopy colors include yellow, black, khaki, blue, pink and red, plus special collections colors such as tangerine, soft pink, light green, dark purple, denim and the Missoni print collection. Production dates from January 2011 through September 2011, which are printed with the month abbreviated and year, i.e "Jan. 2011", the "Bugaboo Bee" name and company address are printed on the date code label located on the stroller frame under the seat unit. "Bugaboo Bee" is also printed on the side of the seat backrest.
This recall involves the Bugaboo car seat adapter models 80400GC01 and 80401GC02. The adapters are devices designed to attach car seats to stroller frames. They are made of silver aluminum tubing and black plastic connecting parts.
The recall includes plastic rattles sold in various pastel colors and shapes, including a toy phone, animal, small buggy and sea horse. The rattles were sold in sets of five or eight rattles per box. The Microfiber Glider Recliner and Leather Glider Recliner are reclining glider/rocking chairs on a swivel base. Both the chair and ottoman sit on circular metal bases made from 1.25 inch metal tubing and have cushions covered in either light brown or green microfiber fabric or dark brown simulated leather fabric. A label under the seat of the chair identifies the manufacturer as Dongguan Shindin Metal and Plastic Products Ltd. There is a small label on the front metal rod under the seat that states "Maximum wt load 250 lbs."
This recall involves pourable gel fuels packaged in 30-ounce plastic bottles and sold with or without citronella oil. The words "Fireside," "Gel Fuel," "Evergreen" and "Flag & Garden" are on the container labels. The bottles were sold by the case in quantities of 12. The gel fuel is poured into a stainless steel or ceramic cup in the center of ceramic or glass firepots or other decorative lighting devices and ignited. This recall involves all B.O.B. strollers manufactured between November 1998 and November 2010. Strollers manufactured after October 2006 have a white label affixed to the back of the stroller's leg with the manufacturing date. Strollers with no manufacturing date listed were produced prior to October 2006 and are included in this recall. The strollers were sold in single seat and double-seat models. The BOB®, Ironman® or Stroller Strides® brand name is embroidered on the canopy of the strollers.
This recall involves Yu Wei full-size cribs sold under the Scroll and Lauren model names.
