This recall involves Instant Power Toilet Bowl Restorer cleaner with model number 1803. The model number is printed the back of the bottle next to the barcode. The toilet bowl restoring product was sold in a grey plastic bottle with an orange cap. The words "Guaranteed" and "Toilet Bowl Restorer" are printed on the bottle.
This recall involves "Baby Phat" branded jeans for toddlers in sizes 2T to 4T. Style number BM02545 can be found on a label sewn in the rear waistband. The rear pockets have colored rhinestones and sequins attached and the right rear pocket has an appliqué of a cat below the sequins.
The recalled slippers are decorated with stuffed fabric figures including snowmen, Santa, reindeer, and penguins, and have decorative rattles inside the slippers that sound like bells when shaken. Item number 999526 is printed on the back of the cardboard header card packaging. "Find Your Joy" is printed on the front of the slippers packaging.

This recall involves the following 11 models of B.O.B.® single and double strollers. The name "B.O.B" appears on the cargo basket under the stroller and on the front of the stroller. All of the recalled strollers have a yellow/orange drawstring at the rear of the canopy which is used to gather loose fabric when the canopy is pulled back. This recall involves SNIGLAR non-drop-side, full-size cribs with model number 60091931. SNIGLAR, IKEA and the model number are printed on a label attached to the mattress support. The crib frame and mattress support are made of natural/light-colored wood.
This recall involves all Burlington Basket bassinets manufactured before June 2010. Affected models have folding legs attached to the basket with white plastic pins. Units with non-folding legs attached with metal pins are not included in this recall.
The recall involves Summer Infant video baby monitors with electrical cords distributed between January 2003 and February 2011. The baby monitors were sold in more than 40 different models, including handheld, digital, and color video monitors. All video monitors include both the camera (placed in the baby's room) and the hand held device (some models have two hand-held devices) that enable the caregiver to see and/or hear the baby from a specific distance. The brand "Summer" is found on the product.
This warning involves all SafetyCraft drop-side cribs, including model 92-8112, manufactured and/or sold by Generation 2Worldwide. Some of the cribs have a clear plastic headboard and footboard. The name "SafetyCraft" appears on a label affixed to the crib's headboard or footboard.
This recall involves Refreshing Rings infant teethers/rattles intended for babies ages three months and older. The product has a red, water-filled ring on one end and a black and white polka dot ball on the other end. The two ends of the rattles/teethers are connected by a black and white, flexible plastic rod with three floating rings. Style number 80026 is printed on the packaging
This recall includes "Rosebud" cribs manufactured by Status Furniture. The cribs are white or antique white and have plastic drop-side hardware. "Status Furniture" appears on crib labeling on the lower portion of the headboard. Model number "910" appears on the assembly instructions.
This recall involves sport v2 and classic v1 model single-seat jogging strollers. The three-wheel strollers have a metal frame, cloth seat and a canopy. The sport v2 model stroller was sold in red, orange, green, black, charcoal, navy and in graffiti print. Sport v2 serial numbers included in the recall are 0308/0001 to 0510/0840. The classic v1 model strollers were only sold in red. Serial numbers for the classic v1 are 0308/0001 to 0510/0906. The first four digits of the serial number is a month/year date code and the last four digits are for the individual stroller. Serial numbers are printed on the inside of the folding hinge. The phil&teds logo is located on the crotch piece of the harness on both models.
This recall involves a red and blue plastic battery-operated toy mobile phone with a small, clear antenna, buttons numbered "1, 2, 3, 4 and Play," a screen with a boy's face and the words "hello! hola! bonjour!" Only model number 1231 is involved in this recall. The model number is printed on the toy's packaging. "Discovery Toys" is stamped into the red plastic on the back of the toy.
This recall involves the Prisma and Duo style wooden baby rattles with multi-colored beads. The Prisma rattle is shaped as a bell with a loop handle and has style number 10331.
