This recall involves Brookstone Big Blue Party™ indoor/outdoor wireless speakers. The recalled speakers are silver or gray colored and measure about 6 inches wide by 6 inches deep by 16 inches tall. The SKU is printed on the bottom underside of the speaker. The speaker may also have "Brookstone" printed at the bottom on one side of the speaker, as well as on the label on the underside of the speaker. This recall involves Kikkerland's wireless charger bedside pockets used for recharging mobile phones and devices. The recalled chargers have a wireless charging pocket in which a mobile phone or other electronic device is placed. The recalled charger pockets have the configuration of an expanding v-shaped file folder with a single pocket and a rigid flap that is pivotally attached on one side. The pocket is typically placed between the mattress and the bed frame. They are made of a dark gray felt material and were sold with a power cord. In operation, the cord is plugged into an electronic outlet and the mobile phone is placed into the pocket for recharging.
This recall involves Woodcraft clip-on on adapter plates. The adapter plates are the center part of the assembly sold to replace your handlebars with a clip-on style set up that can be adjusted for street riding or track use. They can be installed either in an "up" or "down" position. They are compatible with certain Yamaha FZ07 and Ducati Monster motorcycles. They were sold in black and have "Woodcraft" printed in the middle of the plate. The part number can be found on the left end side of the packaging. This recall involves Links Series chargers with model numbers 28080, 28090 or 28100. The chargers are used with golf carts. The recalled chargers are black or aluminum and measure approximately 11 inches long by 8 ¾ inches wide by 9 ½ inches tall. "Lester Electrical" and "Links Series" are printed on the front of the recalled chargers along with a picture of a golfer. The recalled chargers were manufactured between week 29 of 2014 and week 48 of 2016. The date code is embedded in the serial number as the first four digits with the first and second digits representing the week and the third and fourth digits representing the year. This recall involves Vornado VH101 Personal Vortex electric space heaters sold in the following colors: black, coral orange, grayed jade, cinnamon, fig, ice white and red. The heaters measure about 7.2 inches long by 7.8 inches wide by 7.10 inches high and have two heat settings (low and high) and a fan only/no heat setting. "Vornado" with a "V" behind it is printed on the front of the unit. The model/type "VH101," serial number and ETL mark are printed on a silver rating label on the bottom of the unit.
This recall involves the Allure and Allure Pro 2200W ionic ceramic hair dryers. The hand-held hair dryers are black or white and include a concentrator nozzle. The hair dryers were sold separately or as part of various hair care kits that included hair treatment products, a flat iron or a diffuser. Many of the units have a label located underneath the back of the unit bearing the following SKU numbers: XTV010001, XTV010001N, XTV010002, or XTV010002N. All units have "xtava" imprinted on the blower end of the hair dryer.

This recall expansion involves power supply units that serve as the power source for models of Zebra manufactured thermal industrial printers (sold under the Zebra brand, including co-branded or re-branded) used to make bar codes and other commercial labels. The recall was originally announced in December 2016 and is now being expanded to include power supply units manufactured by the FSP Group between October 1, 2006 and December 31, 2012. The Zebra logo or FSP North America logo, date code and part number are printed on the power supply unit. The charging pads were a promotional giveaway to employees and customers of various companies.The product name and model number T4706 are printed on the bottom of the product and select company promotional logos and artwork printed on the top. The recalled chargers are circular and have a white plastic bottom with the top having various promotional artwork. They measure about 4" in diameter and .5" tall. A white USB power cable is included along with a wireless receiver adapter. Each charging pad and accessories are packed in a white plastic box with a clear lid, measuring approximately 5" x 5" x 1.25". This recall involves only one production lot (Version 2) of the charging pad.
This recall involves the Ketra D3 recessed downlights produced between November 4, 2016 and March 14, 2018. The date code is located on a sticker attached to each unit and is in the format KWWYY representing WW-work week and YY-year of manufacture. Only downlights with date codes between K4816 and K1118 are included in this recall. The Ketra D3 downlight is typically installed behind a ceiling and the light generated by the LED illuminates the space below. The light fixture enclosure measures 18.5 inches by 10 inches by 4 inches. The downlight is dark gray and black and weighs approximately eight pounds.
