This recall involves all Go Wheels self-balancing scooters, commonly referred to as hoverboards. The hoverboards have two wheels at either end of a platform and are powered by lithium-ion battery packs. "Go Wheel" is printed in a circle on the middle of the unit where the sides connect. The "Go Wheel" identification will illuminate when the hoverboard is powered on. They were sold in black, white, red, blue, gold and pink.
This recall involves Sonic Smart Wheels self-balancing scooters, commonly referred to as hoverboards, with model number S-01 or SBW666SL printed on the bottom of the unit. The hoverboards have two wheels at either end of a platform and are powered by lithium-ion batteries. The hoverboards were sold in black, blue, green, red, white and yellow and have an "S" printed in the center of the wheel caps.

Brand Model number beginning with Serial number range *indicates models that were included in the previous recall on October 1, 2015. The date range was expanded for these models. This recall involves Skip Hop's Moonlight & Melodies owl and elephant nightlight soothers that play melodies or nature sounds and project images. They have a USB wall power adapter and cord. The white and gray owl soothers measure about 5.5 by 4.5 by 6 inches. The white elephant soother measures about 7 x 4.2 x 5.7 inches. The soothers have a sound speaker on each side and operation buttons at the top or the back. The Skip Hop logo is on the underside of the soother.
This recall involves batteries placed into refurbished AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4 cellphones by FedEx Supply Chain and distributed as replacement phones through AT&T's Insurance program only. FedEx and Samsung have determined that some of the recalled batteries are counterfeit and show anomalies that can lead the batteries to overheat. The batteries are non-OEM, which means they were not supplied as original equipment by the phone's manufacturer, Samsung.
This recall involves European plug heads for power adaptors included with NVIDIA SHIELD™ World Charger Kits, as well as with NVIDIA SHIELD tablet computers and TVs intended for use in Europe. The European plug head has two thin round metal prongs within a black plastic hexagonal extender on a black plastic base plate that can be attached to the power adaptor. The power adaptor has the model number SPA011AU5W2 and the NVIDIA name and logo etched on the side of the power adaptor where the European plug head can be attached. There are six different plug heads that come with the World Charger Kit. Only the European plug head is being recalled.

Hoverboards have two wheels at either end of a platform and are powered by lithium-ion battery packs. The boards have "iRover" printed on the front outer casing and come in black and white. The model number is listed on the bottom of the unit.
This recall involves the Copenhagen Wheel electric bicycle conversion wheels with serial numbers 01031708600020000000 through 01031710400250000000 for multi-speed wheels and 02031708600020000000 through 02031710400250000000 for single speed wheels. The Copenhagen wheel converts a standard bicycle into an electric bike. It is compatible with 26 inches and 700c (about 28 inches) wheel sizes. All components are housed inside the wheels red hub. The Superpedestrian logo appears in white on the hub. The serial number can be found on the wheel's user interface panel just above the axle.
This recall involves Kobalt and Greenworks brands of cordless electric walk-behind lawn mowers. The recalled lawn mowers have four wheels (two smaller ones in the front and two larger ones in the back), a 40-volt max lithium ion battery and a deck width of 20 inches. Both models have a large label on the rear bag door area with a serial number, model number and date code. The Kobalt brand mowers also have an item number on the label. This recall involves Blomberg BERU 24200 SS, BERU 24100 SS and Summit CLRE24 24-inch wide freestanding glass top electric ranges. The ranges were sold in stainless steel and black. A label on the lower frame of the range inside the over door has the brand name "Blomberg" or "Summit," the model name and number BERU 24200 SS, BERU 24100 SS or CLRE24 and a 10-digit serial number. This recall involves the Science Expeditions Northern Lights science kits with "Make an Electromagnet" and "Aurora in a Box" experiments that use battery packs. The kits were sent to Little Passports subscribers in February 2017. The "Magnet Lab" experiment and comic book included in the Science Expeditions Northern Lights kit do not use battery packs and can still be used.
This recall involves Segway PT Off-Board Chargers manufactured from January 2015 to October 2016 with part number 23288-00001. The chargers are black, box-shaped and measure 8 inches wide by 13.75 inches deep by 4 inches high. Two wires used to connect the unit to Segway PT batteries extend from one end. The Segway brand name is on the charger above these wires. This recall involves three models of handheld massagers, HHP-375H, HHP-250 and the PA-MH-THP. All models of the massagers have a 120 VAC, 60 HZ power cord. "HoMedics" is printed on the massagers. The HHP-375H model Handheld Dual Node Percussion Massager with Heat is white with a gray handle or black with a gray handle. The massager has three sets of interchangeable nodes. The HHP-250 model Handheld Hot and Cold Massager is white with a gray stripe or gray with a blue stripe. The massager has three, five or eight interchangeable nodes. The PA-MH-THP model Handheld Compact Percussion Massager with Heat is white on the bottom of the base with gray on top. The massager has two sets of interchangeable nodes. All manufacturing dates for all three models are included in the recall and the item date code can be found in either one of the cord prongs or in the rating label located on the underside of the product. Date codes can be identified as a 4-digit number WWYY where WW is the sequential week of the year and YY is the last two digits of the manufacturing year.
The recall involves the Dynamite 40-Amp FWD REV Brushed ESC - DYNS2201. It is the Electronic Speed Control (ESC) that comes in the remote controlled hobby model vehicles ECX 1/10 LiPo Circuit, Ruckus and Torment models with the following models numbers: ECX03130T1, ECX03130T2, ECX03131T1, ECX03131T2, ECX03133T1, ECX03133T2, ECX03154. The model numbers can be found on the product box or in the owner's manual for each vehicle. The model vehicles measure about 18 inches in length and 12 inches in width and are hobby grade remote control models for ages 14 and up.

They have a wireless digital hand remote that controls the speed up to 10 mph. The manufacturing date is on the bar code label located on the bottom of the product and Razor USA LLC is embossed on the bottom. "RipStik" is printed on the top of the board. They are blue and black in color.
This recall involves model year 2017 Polaris Sportsman 450, 570, 850, 1000 and Scrambler 1000 model ATVs. The recalled ATVs have "Polaris" printed on the front grill and "Sportsman 450," "Sportsman 570," "Sportsman 850," "Sportsman 1000" or "Scrambler 1000" printed on the side of the steering column. The recalled bicycles have a letter/number combination ('HAERA' followed by at least three numbers and characters) printed on the front of the frame.
