This recall involves lithium-ion batteries containing Panasonic cells that are used in HP notebook computers. The batteries are compatible with HP, Compaq, HP ProBook, HP ENVY, Compaq Presario, and HP Pavilion notebook computers. The black batteries measure about 8 inches long, 2 inches wide and about 1 inch high. The battery bar code is printed on the back of the battery. "HP Notebook Battery" and the model number are printed on the battery. The batteries included in this recall have the following barcodes: 6BZLU, 6CGFK, 6CGFQ, 6CZMB, 6DEMA, 6DEMH, 6DGAL and 6EBVA.
This recall involves Panasonic lithium-ion battery packs installed in 18 models of Sony's VAIO Series laptop computers. The Panasonic battery packs were also sold separately and installed by Sony as part of repairs. Panasonic battery packs included in this recall have model number VGP-BPS26 and part numbers 1-853-237-11 and 1-853-237-21. Panasonic battery pack model and part numbers are printed on the back of the battery pack. This recall involves STIHL model HSA 65 battery-powered hedge trimmers. "STIHL" and "HSA 65" are printed on the side of the battery compartment between the trigger and the loop handle. The hedge trimmer is gray and orange, with a loop handle, removable battery and a 20-inch hedge trimming blade.
This recall involves Southwire non-contact voltage detectors with model numbers 40110N and 40120N. Voltage detectors alert users to the presence of electric current running through electrical wires. The recalled voltage detectors are cylindrical shaped, about six inches long and about two inches in circumference. They are brownish gold in color with a black center insert. "Southwire," the model number and the CE and UL listing symbols are printed on the voltage detectors. They have red LED lights to indicate the presence of live electric current. Model 40110N detects voltage from 100 to 1,000 VAC. Model 40120N detects voltage from 24 to 1,000 VAC.
The recalled VXL-6s electronic speed control #3365 is sold installed in the Traxxas X-Maxx Monster Truck, model 77076-04, and is also sold separately. The electronic speed control is the electronic control module that manages the throttle control (speed), directional control (forward or reverse) and braking of the drive motor in the truck. The truck is 30 inches long, 22 inches wide and 4 inches above the ground. The truck comes in two colors, red and blue. It weighs approximately 20 pounds. The electronic speed control is located near the center of the truck in a vented blue case approximately 2 inches wide, 2 inches long and 2 inches tall. Traxxas XMaxx is displayed on the side of the truck.
This recall involves Rheem brand "Performance Platinum" electric water heaters in 40, 50 and 80 gallon capacities. The recalled water heaters are gray and have the "Performance Platinum" Rheem logo decal on the front above the thermostat control panel. The water heaters have a rating plate near the bottom of the unit with the model number, date of manufacture and serial number. The water heaters are white with an "American Standard" logo printed on the front. The model number is printed on a label on the side of the water heater. This recall involves Rival brand electric water kettles with model numbers WK8283CU and WK8283CUY. The model numbers are printed on a product label on the underside of the water kettle. The white plastic water kettles were sold with a warming base and a pitcher. A window on the side pitcher has markings that measure the water levels. "Rival" is printed beneath the window.
This recall involves Brunton's Impel and Impel 2 rechargeable, portable battery packs that are used to charge cell phones, tablets, laptops and other devices. The Impel battery came in a rubberized shell in dark gray with orange or blue and the Impel 2 in light gray with black trim. The battery packs can be plugged into an A/C wall outlet, a 12 volt car charger or an attachable solar panel for recharging. They measure about 7.5 inches long by 7 inches wide by 1 inch thick. The lithium ion polymer battery packs have 16, and 19 volt outputs and a USB port. The Impel model also has a 12 volt output. Brunton is embossed on the top of the battery pack, along with the power button and five LED lights.
This recall involves KUL small, white portable fan heaters. The KUL logo is printed on the front bottom of the heaters next to the power dial. The fan heater measures about 9 inches long by 5 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall. The fans weigh about two pounds. An adhesive label is on the bottom of the heater with model number "KU39221" and "Date: 0715" in the lower right-hand corner. KUL black units were involved in the previous recall.

"Panasonic" and "CF-S10" are on the surface of the laptop on the left side below the keyboard. This recall includes Golda wall clocks. The clocks are round and measure 32 inches in diameter and four inches in depth. The front of the wall clocks is made of glass and has a white background. "Invented in 1698" is printed on the front of the clocks. The numbers printed on the clock and clock hands are printed in a brown antiqued ink. The battery compartment on the back holds one AA battery and four D batteries. "Made in China" and "Made for Z Gallerie" are printed on a label on the back of the clocks.

"Pelican 9410L" is printed on the front of the flashlights and on the top of the handle. The recalled flashlights have manufacturer part number 9410-021-245 or 9410-021-110 printed on the packaging. The manufacturer part number for the recalled battery pack is 9413-301-001 and is printed on a label on the battery's shrink wrap. Only battery packs that contain green shrink-wrapped cells are included in the recall.

This recall involves Apple World Travel Adapter Kits and wall plug adapters. The kits contain three-prong and two-prong AC wall plug adapters that fit different electrical outlets worldwide. The recalled adapters were made for use in Australia/New Zealand/Argentina, Brazil, Continental Europe and Korea and were also sold with Mac computers and iOS devices. The wall plug adapters are white plastic with the following characteristics: Australia/New Zealand/Argentina - flat angled blades Brazil - round thin pins Continental Europe - round thin pins, slightly slanted inward Korea - round thick pins Recalled wall plug adapters have either four or five letters or numbers, or no markings on the inside slot where the wall plug adapter attaches to the main power adapter. Redesigned adapters have a three-letter regional code in the slot (EUR, ARG, KOR, AUS or BRA).
This recall involves Amana, Century, Comfort-Aire, Goodman and York International-branded Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps (PTAC), and Amana-branded Room Air Conditioners (RAC). The units are rated 230/208 volt, 3.5 kW and are most often installed through the walls of hotels, motels, apartment buildings and commercial spaces to provide room climate control. The RAC units are installed through the walls or windows of the same types of properties. The recalled units are beige and have serial numbers ranging from 0701009633 through 0804272329. The brand name is located on the unit's front cover. The serial number is located on the label found by lifting the front cover of PTAC units or the grille of RAC units. Additionally, any PTAC and RAC units that have a beige power cord labeled with a four-digit date code in the MMYY format and ending in 06 or 07, or ranging from 0108 through 1808 are included in this recall.

The fan heater measures about 9 inches long by 5 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall. The fans weigh about two pounds. An adhesive label is on the bottom of the heater with model number "KU39229" and "Date: 0515" in the lower right-hand corner.
The recall includes three models of the Dirt Devil Total Pet Cyclonic Upright vacuums, model UD70210, UD70210CA and UD70210RM. The model number and manufacture date code are printed on a silver label on the back side of the vacuum. The vacuums are identical with black, gray and clear housing with red and purple trim. "Total Pet" is printed underneath the Dirt Devil logo in the center of the vacuum. Only vacuums with the first three digits of the four-digit manufacture date code that begin with B14 through I15 are included in the recall. All recalled vacuums were manufactured between February 2014 and September 2015.
This recall involves AC power cords sold with Microsoft Surface Pro, Surface Pro 2 and Surface Pro 3 computers before March 15, 2015. Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2 devices have a black case with the product name on the back of the device toward the bottom. Surface Pro 3 computers have a silver case with "Windows 8 Pro" on the back of the device under the kickstand. This recall also involves accessory power supply units that include an AC power cord sold separately before March 15, 2015. The recalled power cords do not have a 1/8-inch sleeve on the cord on the end that connects to the power supply.
