The recall includes three models of the Dirt Devil Total Pet Cyclonic Upright vacuums, model UD70210, UD70210CA and UD70210RM. The model number and manufacture date code are printed on a silver label on the back side of the vacuum. The vacuums are identical with black, gray and clear housing with red and purple trim. "Total Pet" is printed underneath the Dirt Devil logo in the center of the vacuum. Only vacuums with the first three digits of the four-digit manufacture date code that begin with B14 through I15 are included in the recall. All recalled vacuums were manufactured between February 2014 and September 2015.
This recall involves Lunera 13-watt Helen GX23 LED industrial lamps. The dimmable lamps are white and measure 6 inches long by 1.25 inches wide by 0.75 inches thick. The Lunera logo is printed on the front on the lamp at one end. Model numbers HN-H-UNV-GX23-13W-2700-G3, HN-H-UNV-GX23-13W-3000-G3, HN-H-UNV-GX23-13W-3500-G3 and HN-H-UNV-GX23-13W-4000-G3 appear on the back of the connector. The date code, ranging from 1501 to 1552, is stamped on the bottom of the connector.
This recall involves white ceramic 16-ounce coffee mugs with gold-painted monograms and accent rims. The mugs have a textured design resembling a golf ball, and a "rope" style handle. "Microwave/Dishwasher Safe" is printed in a black panel on the bottom of the coffee mugs.
This recall involves Stolen series BMX bicycles, including Stolen Agent 16CB and 16FW, Stolen Compact, Stolen Casino and Stolen Stereo models. "Stolen" and the model name are printed on the frame of the bicycles. The Agent 16-inch bikes were sold in dark blue, the Compact 20-inch bikes were sold in neon orange and satin white, the Casino 20-inch bikes were sold in phosphate raw (gray), highlight yellow and electric red, and the Stereo 20-inch bikes were sold in satin black and electric green.
This recall involves Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) and Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps (PTHP) sold under the Bryant, Carrier and Fast brand names. Recalled units include those with original power cords and those that received a supplemental power cord as part of the 2007 recall. The recalled units have capacities of 7,000; 9,000; 12,000 and 15,000 BTUs and plug into 208/230-volt, 20-amp outlets. The following brands and eight models are being recalled: Carrier models 52CE, 52CQ, 52PE and 52PQ; Bryant models 840 and 841; and Fast models 840 and 841. Model and serial numbers are located on the ratings/data plate on the right front of the unit, underneath the removable front panel. This recall involves 43 models of Casablanca ceiling fans manufactured in 2013 and 2014. Casablanca fan styles including: Alessandria, Aris, Bel Air, Bullet, Caneel Bay, Heritage, Isotope, Riello, Stealth, Tercera, Trident, Whitman and Zudio. Affected models have a gold label on top of the motor housing that includes "Casablanca" and a model number. Some Casablanca models also have the Casablanca logo on the switch housing or on the end of the pull chain. The production date code is a four-digit code on top of the motor housing near the center down rod. Fans with a Cat. No. "A01", the last two digits of the four-digit date code ending in "13" or "14" and no green dot on top of the motor housing are included in the recall. This recall involves Limoss AKKU-PACK rechargeable lithium ion battery power packs sold as accessories for Palliser, Flexsteel and Best Home Furnishing power recliners and lift chairs. They are used to power the chair when an electrical outlet is not available. "Limoss Li-ion Battery Pack," model number ZB-B1800, code MC 160 and dates codes of 11-0102011 through 6-14-2012 are printed on a white sticker on the side of the unit. Recalled battery power packs are black and measure 6 inches long by 3 inches wide.
This recall involves 14 watt LED wet location PAR38 lamps sold under the TCP and Great Value Brand names. These lamps are white and produce a soft white (3000 Kelvin) or bright white (5000 Kelvin) color temperature. Recalled units have an item number of "L14P38D30KFL", "L14P38D50KFL", "RLP381430WL" or "GVRLP381430WL" and the date code printed directly on the white plastic heat sink of the lamp, just above the screw in base. Consumers will need to shut off power to the lights and disengage the lamp to check the item number and date code. This recall involves ear plug jewelry that is designed to be inserted into a pierced ear lobe and used to stretch the piercing in the ear lobe. The ear plug jewelry contains a coin-cell battery that lights up a decorative pattern. The ear plugs have a diamond logo on the front and come in the colors black/white and black/red. They were sold in sizes 00, 0, 1/2, 5/8, 7/16 and 9/16.
This recall involves Bostitch® brand electric pencil sharpeners Quietsharp Glow™ Classroom and Super Pro™ Commercial electric pencil sharpeners. The sharpeners have a silver body, six pencil sharpener openings on the black front dial and a removable pencil shaving tray on the front. "Bostitch" is embossed on the side. The Quietsharp Glow Classroom sharpener has model number EPS11HC and date codes between 4714 and 3215. The Super Pro Glow Commercial has model number EPS14HC and date codes between 1612 and 2715. The model number is printed on a sticker on the bottom of the sharpeners. The date code range is a two digit production week and a two digit production year (WWYY). The date code is visible inside the unit when the pencil shavings tray is removed. Quietsharp Glow and Super Pro are printed on the pencil sharpeners' packaging.
This recall involves portable lithium polymer battery packs with model number T10400 that are used to charge USB-enabled smartphones, tablets and other USB-powered devices. The batteries are black or gray hand-held devices, 4 inches x 2.75 inches x 0.75 inches, with two USB outputs and four blue LED lights. PNY is laser-printed along the bottom on the front of the battery.
This recall involves WakaWaka electrical adapter kits. The kits allow consumers to charge their electrical equipment using AC current. The components of the kit are black in color and include the adapter, a U.S.-style two-blade plug, a European-style two-prong plug, a USB cable and ten different types of connectors. "Travel Charger, Input 180-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 0.2A, Output 5.0V-500mA" is imprinted on the front of the unit right below the pins on the adapter.
This recall involves 12 models of Ninja professional blenders with model numbers that start with BL 660, BL 663 or BL 665. The model number is in the rating label that is molded into the bottom of the motor base. The 12 affected model numbers are: BL 660's: BL660, BL660B, BL660C, BL660QCN, BL660QPL, BL660W, BL660WM BL 663's: BL663, BL663CO BL 665's: BL665QBK, BL665QCN, and BL665QWH All of these models have a clear 72-ounce pitcher with a removable gray or black lid that opens and locks closed, a stacked blade assembly, and one or more Nutri Ninja cups. All recalled models have a motor base that is gray, white, black, cinnamon, or platinum. The power of the models' motors varies from 1,000 to 1,200 watts. The recalled models may have been sold with additional accessories, including a 40- or 64-ounce bowl, a chopping blade assembly, or a dull dough blade assembly.

The heaters measure about 21.5 inches high by 24.5 inches deep by 23 inches wide. Serial numbers included in the recall are 0451 through 4420, 5681 through 5890 and 6301 through 6310. The firm name and serial number are printed on the faceplate attached by screws on the front bottom of the unit.
This recall involves the EFLC1105 E-flite Ultra Micro-4, 4x9W, AC/DC Battery Charger from E-flite. The charger has four independently functioning charge circuits with a LED status display. Each port can charge one 30-150mAh, 1S UM cell, a 1S MCPX cell, or one 120-300mAh 2S pack equipped with a JST-PH, 3-wire connector. This recall involves Fujitsu lithium ion battery packs sold or provided as replacement battery packs for the following Fujitsu notebook computers: Celsius H720 and LIFEBOOK E752, P701, P702, P770, P771, P772, S752, S762 and T580. The battery packs were also sold separately. The black battery packs measure about 8 inches long, 2 inches wide and about 0.8 inches high. Model number CP556150-1 including all serial numbers, and model number CP556150-2 with serial number range Z120102 through Z120512 are included in this recall. The model and serial numbers are printed on the white battery label. The notebook computer's model number is printed on a label on the bottom of the notebook.
This recall involves Segway PT Off-Board Chargers manufactured from November 2012 to November 2014 with part number 23288-00001. The chargers are black, box-shaped and measure 8 inches wide by 13.75 inches deep by 4 inches high. Two wires used to connect the unit to Segway PT batteries extend from one end. The Segway brand name is on the charger above these wires. This recall involves Glacier Bay and Schön brand touchless kitchen faucets that allow the user to waive a hand in front of a sensor to start and stop the flow of water, a pull-down sprayer head with a white LED light and a single handle to manually turn the water on and off. The touchless feature is powered by four 1.5V batteries installed into a battery box connected to the faucet. The Glacier Bay faucets include a matching soap dispenser. Glacier Bay is printed on the base of the Glacier Bay faucets. Schön is printed on the base of the Schön faucets. The Glacier Bay faucets were sold in chrome, Mediterranean bronze and stainless steel. The Schön faucets were sold in chrome and stainless steel. The model number and the manufacturing date are printed on the faucet's black piping that connects the faucet to the kitchen's water pipe under the sink.
